They where very welcoming and polite and they look after me and my boyfriend Neil and Joe and the food was amazing out this wourld and pudding was amazing and we all will be definitely back and was lovely cannot recommend enough !

Highly recommend this fantastic restaurant...Travelled from Cornwall. To see my freinds/family and decided to come here for dinner. And was so happy we did. Food was excellent, cooked fresh & full of flavour. All staff was so welcoming and made our stay. Even the main chef Ram came out and thanked us for eating his lovely food. Will definitely be back 100%!! Big thanks too all the staff. What a incredible team / Family you all are. See you again soon.

We went here last night for a birthday party and I was quite disgusted. We ordered a honey chilli chicken and when he brought it out he said it was lamb, when we told him this was an incorrect order we met with rude customer service and was actually shouted for them getting our order wrong. In addition we was just thrown our plates down and told us if it was wrong just swap the plates around not even thinking about intolerances. The third thing of the night which was disappointing was one of our party’s rice came out very delayed compared to the rest of there meal which ruined it because by the time they got the rice there curry was cold.

The food is always amazing. Never had a bad one yet be it dine in or takeaway. The only curry in Ripley worth eating nowadays.

We've been going to this fabulous restaurant for years and had many takeaways too. The food is as good as it gets and the choice is mind blowing. I would easily recommend the Kathmandu to anyone looking for the best. Their staff are terrific too. We're very lucky to have them just a couple of miles away. Excellent!

Our first visit for years but definitely won't be leaving it long before we visit again. The presentation looked great and the quality of the food was even better. Lovely friendly staff too.

We used to go quite often but after our last sit down meal we wont be going back , I ordered a medium Jalfrezi but when it came there was no flavour to it I told the waitress who took our order and she came back with a small little bowl of chillies !! really ! I knew when she took our order that it wouldnt be right her attitude was oh well . So we paid and will never go back

Best Indian around, must try if you live around this area then this is 100% the place to go clean and fresh food. The food is made to perfection and is hands down the best around. Give me a like if you agree !

We ordered a takeaway to night The special dish khukura masala and Gurkhai hariyo khursani both were brilliant. The portion sizes were spot on as well and came on time as well. Thank you to kathmandu gurkha for the good food and service.👍️👍️

Had our takeaway and was absolutely amazing. Chicken Tikka Karaih and Korma, rice and naans. Will always go back, and the price is good too!

This is a Beautiful place and wonderful food… the service staff is so polite can 5star rating for them especially Subarna ….my favourite dish here is …chicken tikka khukara masala and Nepali chilli chicken and fish chilli is my favourite definitely recommend.

Nice food, very spicy, but tasty. Waiters helpful, not very talkative though.

- ordered on last Friday, food was absolutely delicious, used to dine in but this time taken out as delivery (to try their take outs) and no difference at all, food was excellent. - the service while dine in was always spot on and no doubt on taking orders as well. Highly recommended indian and nepalese restaurant on the town 👍

Very good value for money. We came here for a pre boxing fight curry with the lads. Service was good, food was even better. The chef special Katmandu is amazing and would highly recommend that dish, This came with rice and choice of naan bread. The Gurkha beer is very good too. Would highly recommend to anyone in ripley and will be back soon

Great food with a Nepalese theme. We use regularly for takeaways and occasional sit down meal. It has a great menu with some lovely house specials and the service is great.
