Good produce at reasonable prices. Find staff to be abit rude at times recently. Also find it frustrating sometimes when a isle is blocked for restocking. (I understand this needs to happen, but isles just aren't big enough for restock and customers)

I bought stuff. Because they sell stuff you can buy. Stuff you need on a daily basis. And stuff that you don't. Their stuff's priced reasonably affordable. Unlike many of their competitors' stuff. The edible stuff's edible. The wearable stuff's wearable. The useable stuff's useable. And I've still got money left over to do other stuff.🤷

** AVOID AVOID AVOID ** One of the worst Aldi stores I have ever visited. Filthy throughout, shelves half empty, totally disorganised and chaotic. Management Staff are ignorant, customer care is none existent.

I love shopping at aldi, employees are always smiling and my bank manager likesbit too.

I love Aldi, but the staff at Somercotes Derbyshire need customer service training, miserable and unpleasant doesn't cover it, thankfully not all of them are like it

Went last Thurs in the day. Then yesterday evening after work. Yesterday was comfortable to shop but the dates on some of the salads & vegetables was nearly up. They have a good choice of perishables & reasonable none branded pantry goods. The young man on the till was very polite which is a bonus to the shopping experience.

Management need to learn their staff customer service skills at this store, no manners and unhelpful and too busy gossiping on their headsets instead of being polite. Really gone downhill this store has.

Had everything I needed and was in and out quickly. If you go at the right time it's great but avoid busy periods or you will get frustrated.

Out new favourite Aldi, great carpark and always one particularly helpful lady serving who can use her intellect when working on the till. She is a reason to go there!

Products are ok when they're actually on the shelves (even in slow periods they're restocking so maybe need more staff?). Didn't enjoy having a little checkout Himmler shout across the store that I need to pay for a bag, when I presumed you logged the bag at the end the same as you do at most other places, causing alot of other shoppers to stop and stare as though I was shoplifting. A shame as the rest of the staff are usually ok or at the least in different.

Usual Aldi stuff in store including a great selection of camping gear when we dropped in during June. This store had self check out as well as usual tolls which was really handy.

First time at Aldi, I'm not keen on the checkout procedure if I'm honest, but, I thought I'd give it a try. All in all a nice store, very busy at the time, fresh fruit, salads and veg we're okay, not the best for freshness, you do have have a good look and feel before you put it in your trolley. Not a bad selection of other products, I was quite surprised. As I expected, the checkouts I personally find quite stressful but I had help from my family member. I'm not keen on just putting the food in my trolley and bagging afterwards so, I try to bag everything at the checkout which can make it stressful if the cashier is quick. I wouldn't rush back, but it is cheaper overall.

This Aldi is so much nicer than some I have been in. Plenty of room in the aisles and very well stocked. Also have self-serve checkouts for just a few bits. Highly recommend this one above others.

I Love this shop it has everything You. Need from a shop. Vegetables, fresh fruit, fresh seeded bread which I love., House hold goods. I Love looking through all the cage stands where the toys, household gadgets, clothing books garden gadgets. Wow!!!! So many things from baby wear, toys love it. One of the best shops in Alfreton. Such lovely friendly and helpful staff every time I have been in they are always busy. Thank you ALDI

Very friendly and efficient staff, good food selection with fair prices (considering the current cost of living) parking limited outside the shop, but lots of parking nearby.

Clean shop can have large queues unless you time things right. Always run out of Lacto free milk though. 🤬

Literally the only place you have to wash your drinks before opening! Any canned drinks are covered in dust and warehouse funk. Most fresh food is mouldy and packaging broken too. Tear it down!!

So annoying that staff have to restock shelves when it is so busy, and not happy with shoppers in their way. Why don't Aldi do as other supermarkets and pay staff to refill during their closed time. Staff need to be told to be polite to customers as we are paying their wages.

Busy, but nice aisles so not cramped. Just don't like the fruit and veg - frequently find it hasn't a good shelf-life. Onions were rotten in 3 days!

Good cheap food that can get busy, you can see why they are the best food retailers of the year every year.

Great value for money with superb quality of food . Much better than the recognised big stores especially with their fresh meat as it's full of flavour without have loads of water and the preservatives added, you can definitely taste the difference

Would have given 5 but I'm not keen on self check outs . OK if your not disabled and only few items, I understand it can be frustrating waiting for till operator. But please don't reduce your staff as people like me need assistance. Otherwise food fresh. Very clean. Hand and trolley gell at door. All good.

One of the best shop, u can get good and affordable food. I love their "one time sales" things that come at a reduced price . I bought some learning books for my kids am loving them.
