Probably the best breakfast in Derby - really lovely cafe great tasty food and excellent service. Much better than wayfarer. Good portion sizes clean place and excellent quality food. Will be back.

Popped into get some jacket potatoes for lunch. Tasted really good and the customer service is top notch Plenty of seating available both indoors and outdoors Wide variety of freshly made home made cakes that tasted amazing Wonderful staff members and the place looked clean and had a nice vibe to it

Have used this Coffee Shop alot. Prices have risen since opening. Don't like the fact that each time you go to sit in the front door is always wide open and not closed. Like my food hot,not cooled down with air! Nor do I like a draft on me. Liked it when first opened compared to now . Tables were always wiped CLEAN. Now I find them each time a bit dirty or sticky!!☹️ But, food nice. Staff nice. Place nice.

I try to pop in every time I visit my son. Usually, i take him for a breakfast, and a very tasty one indeed. Prices are reasonable, and the food quailty / quantity is really good

The breakfast was good and hot, it seemed a little expensive. They forgot to bring my cuppa and had to remind them. I would go back.

Very friendly atmosphere, nice and clean throughout, I've been told that it serves the best breakfast in Derby, I will have to try it sometime!

So glad we stumbled across this little gem. My wife and I each had a cooked breakfast and it was delicious! Good portion sizes and everything was cooked beautifully. Hot chocolate was super tasty too. We will definitely be back again and will recommend to our friends and families! Thank you 😊

Stumbled on this cafe while working and it is incredible. The food is amazing and won’t hurt your pockets either, especially for the price. The seating is comfortable and the staff are so friendly. I’d give it 6 stars if I could, a great find and definitely worth the visit!

Called for breakfast. Poached eggs were perfect . Bacon sandwich beautiful. Staff very welcoming. Prices very fair. And was asked how do I like my eggs. Would recommend a try

Lovely place and friendly staff. Me and my friend went here before it turned into Archies (Wordsworth cafe) and they did take a bit of time to attend us at the front but the food was lovely and nice to sit down and have a break.

My favourite cafe in the whole galaxy. Banging food, caring & genuine staff, and great vibes all round. Sit for hours and a great atmosphere to get some work done too!

Very friendly good food fair prices. Very clean and even a bowl of water for the dog. Love the fact you can sit out side.

Took daughter for lunch had a cheese burger and chips they were very enjoyable and the burgers are definitely good value for the price u pay and the staff are very helpful and pleasant would definitely come here again

We normally use the wayfarer but with it not opening on a Sunday we thought we would give Archie’s a try Sunday morning. Couple inside were very friendly and without comparing the 2 cafes too much the food from Archie’s was on par with the wayfarer with some of the lads even saying it was nicer, that’s a huge compliment considering the wayfarer has been on top of its game for many years in the Derby area. I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from Archie’s again and will be trying some of the Jamaican menu at some point too. A easy 5 stars !

Just visited this cafe as we were in Derby for a night out. Amazing cooked Breakfast!! Hot and fresh, Perfect Tea. lovely decor, clean and modern. Friendly and polite staff. Would definitely visit again if in Derby.

Really lovely little cafe. I understand the current owners have only been here about 6 weeks, but lovely, friendly service. All nice and clean and the food is great. Breakfasts look amazing, although I chose a ciabatta. Prices are really fair too - will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

Website says open but it was closed! Get your hours right and you might get more trade...oh well our money was spent elsewhere...your loss!!

Bit of a rip off 1/Onion should be free 2/ chilli chips were just normal chips undercooked with the tightest amount of chilli sauce on them. Good thick burger patties was good and there was option for lettuce cucumber, none of which I could taste, there was an option to have onion for an extra 75p now that don't sound alot but I'll break it down, if you cut 7 onion circles out of an onion and they only use half of each onion circle in the burger, they are getting £10.50 just for an onion!! I think it has alot of potential but to charge 75p for a bit of onion is way over the top

Popped into this cafe. Had a breakfast and hot chocolate. Staff were really friendly. Food and drink was excellent. The icing on the cake was they took dogs. My dog was given water and dog biscuits were on the counter. Well impressed other cafes beware
