    Lovely place to live. My nan has lived here for nearly 3 years now and loves it. Such a lovely community, nice and quiet even though opposite to Thorpe Park.

    Lovely mobile home park close to the river. A little tight for parking and driving a bigger vehicle can be awkward. Route round is well signposted. A self contained community in a pleasant setting.

    I had lived at a previous address for 28 years and didn’t even know the names of my next door neighbours. Been at Penton Park now for 3 years and now know the true meaning of the word “community”.love it here and so happy……would I recommend Penton Park….absolutely !!
