Probably one of the worst time managements I’ve ever experienced. Takes an hour wait minimum to be seen even when there’s 2-3 patients waiting and you’ve pre booked an appt online, and forget phone appts, got told by staff to “wait by the phone and have it on all day” as they couldn’t give me a specific time for when the dr will call me back even though I had a Telehealth appt booked. Will never return again

I read some of the reviews, I agree with some regarding the waiting time, but if there were 3 more Dr D'argent then the waiting time would have been minimal. So the waiting is annoying but the service is first class, the staff is friendly, Drs are polite and Dr D'argent is always there to listen to you and help you. She will always go out of her way to help ,for example , if I went for a check for my blood pressure and then I said by the way I have a problem with my ears , legs or whatever ,she will never say make another appointment so I'll be able to check you then for your ear or leg etc. She will look at that person straight away thus her timing goes out of the door, so instead of a 10 minutes consultation the consultation goes for 30 mn or more. So we cannot complain because she is doing what she is supposed to do to care for her patients. I am pretty sure that this has happened to most of us and she is going to do it again. So please forget about the waiting time think about the service you get, that's the most important thing I guess. So I give the clinic 4 stars

There is no service what-so-ever at this clinic. Just waited over an hour to see the doctor to find out there was two more patients in front of me waiting. The service here is appalling. Doctor D'argent may have a doctor rate in medicine but gets a zero for common sense. In that wait time, she parked in front of another client (double parked) blocking the customer in, therefore the client had to wait until the doctor was finished until she could go as the doctor had to move her car...there is carparks clearly marked for a reason. If the clinic knows a doctor is going to be late, have a system to text or call your clients to inform them of this, you won't lose so many customers in the future if you do it this way. I will never back!

Great staff...specially the front girls... very friendly and supportive. Also my doctor.Ariaane Dargent is the best doctor so far I have seen...looking after me very well... this place recommends for everyone....

Waited over 1.5 hours - ridiculous!!! First time went there but will never go back there anymore!

In the waiting room while I'm writing this. I've been waiting over an hour now and can honestly say I'm never coming back. They are so distorted they need to allow more time between bookings. Guess they're too busy making money they have little care for their patients.

Had an appointment yesterday and had to wait 1.5 hours longer than scheduled. Why am I not surprised...

After reading some of the reviews, I agree that the waiting time before you see Dr D’Argent can be long. However, in my experience this is usually dependent on the time you make your booking. When I check in, I ask the friendly staff if there’s a long wait and if the answer is ‘Yes’, I kindly ask the ladies if that’s okay to give me a call when it’s my turn as I’ll be waiting in the car. They call me when it’s my turn and there’s no hassle. On the other hand, Dr D’Argent has always been professional and did everything she could to keep me healthy and safe. She replaced my fear of illness with trust in my recovery. My family and I would like to THANK YOU for being such a kind, thoughtful and caring doctor when we were at crossroads. You are a credit to your profession and we appreciate all you did! Keep up the great work you do for your patients.

So far I've been waiting for 2 hours and 12 minutes for my phone medical appointment. When I rang the medical center they just said the doctor is late. They are not even worth 1 star.

Worst experience of my life with a condescending female doctor.

I’m waiting room whilst writing this already waited 45 mins, been to counter twice saying I MUST leave in 15 or I’ll be late to pick up son... nothing done, now I will have to leave and miss appt with possible lung problems because of poor practice!!! Constantly over book themselves!! Have never waited less than 45 mins for my booked appointment!! Ask office staff and they will lie how long wait is/ how many people before you... highly reccomend you don’t go there!!! Waste of time! Can say without a doubt NEVER RETURNING!!!

Doctor Ariane D'Argent has been my Doctor for over 20 years, also looking after my husband through his sad journey of the insideous Motor Nuerone Disease. She was amazing in her care calling in to see him,and with the support to myself. Would hesitate to recommend Hallam Medical Group to anyone looking for wonderful family care.

Hallam medical group is a really good practice, they have heaps of doctors that help, also psychologists too if needed. Its a bit of a wait for the gp, but worth it. The staff are also very nice, and helpful.

Staff is friendly and always try their best to come up with a time which is convenient for the patient.

I'm really disappointed everytime by this place. Everytime i have to wait more than one hour. Today my appointment was at 11:am but they called me at 12:30pm. If there is no punctuality in this place then no need to book an appointment before coming here. You have to waste your wholeday , really disgusting service.

Exceptionally professional. If you come here depressed Eileen at the front desk will have you leave blessed.

If you have an appointment, expect to wait about 30+ minutes. Especially with 1 particular doctor who takes over an hour+ (I don't think I can name her.)

Staff are absolutely lovely, the doctors go above and beyond in their profession and are more than qualified to be of assistance. Depending on the time of the day, there may be prolonged wait times though in spite of this minor predicament, service is absolutely above adequate.

Great doctors

Used to be ok actually I used to quite like it, grey for a local and free doctor but now have some new owners or new staff at the door. It's kind of stupid now, demand a Medicare card every time you arrive. Haven't used it in ten years. Keep the card there or keep it on file like you have done until now!!! How hard can it be? How about i sticky tape it to your desk? Like I said it used to be good, it used to be friendly. If you choose to still go here use the app to book online. Stuff dealing with the new gatekeepers. They talk to everyone like idiots.

I have been visiting Hallam Medical Centre for a few years now. The staff have always been friendly to me and the wait times have never really been an issue. As a bulk billed doctor I would highly recommend them.

Disgusting wait time they actually rang me and said he was running 2 hours late then they rang to come still waited an hour think his mate went in and was like 35-45 minutes I was disgusted then got in there he listened but didn’t want help and lied to my face about medication gave me bad advice for flying went to another doctor and got told the truth stay away unless your friends

Been trying to call at least 50 times for it to say it’s not busy then when it goes through it’s not even to this office! A robot says I’ve called within surgery hours and to contact my own GP. Been trying to contact the receptionist regarding my test results. Very very frustrating.

They have no time management have to wait to long I have an appointment on 11.40 now it’s 12.20 and still waiting for my turn if ask to the reception staff how long more we have to wait then they saying if u can’t wait book for tomorrow how careless they are We understand they cant give exact time frame to someone but tht long wait is like fukin ??

I have been trying to contact Dr Asim Saghir for over 4 weeks to discuss one of my worker's medical conditions. As an employer, we want to assure that our workers can continue to stay safe at work and it is disappointing that in cases where specific management of a chronic condition is required, the worker's doctor and practice administration are unable to respond in any capacity whatsoever!

I booked an appointment for Pfizer booster shot online and went for the shot on that day. They asked me to wait outside until my times come. And on time, they came out and asked for medicare card, I said I don't have it and I mentioned it when I book the appointment. They said they can't do it without medicare card. Waste of time.

Despite the waiting time are too long to see Dr Arianne D'argent, on the other hand it's worthy. Myself and my family would like to say THANK YOU so much for being so kind, passionate and caring of my health condition and well-being during my difficult time. Without you I couldn't imagine what life would be. You and your staff professionalism are excellent, keep doing the great job for the communities.
