    Worst customer service ever!!! I was waiting for over 30min for someone to help me choose between two digital watches, all I wanted was to know which was the better choice. After 30min I went to the counter to ask and was laughed at by the staff saying it’s not that hard. She then said her manager was coming so he would help me, but he just said “how should I know!” When he realised I was standing right there he told me to go and find a tech guy. I told him if it was too hard I would leave it, to which he responded “if you don’t like it too bad, I can’t serve everyone who comes in here!” I was disgusted by this experience and will never return to any office works store!

    Bought a phone online but had to exchange it for a cheaper phone. I have contacted online chat and the store at least 5 times but still the refund has not been processed. Original phone was bought using $30 perks, but store did not inform that perks would not transfer to the exchanged phone. Complain letter to the store has received no reply. Seems like I have to chase for my own money multiple times for no reason.

    Asked for some assistance and waited about 20 mins and still no help. I ended up buying a item worth 1000 dollars. The original seals looked like they were cut on the box so I asked the sales rep if this is new and she said it's new so I took it homes started unpacking to notice that all the factory seals of the product has already been cut ( they didn't give me a new item) I have had this same experience in another store years ago. I definitely won't be shopping from JB anymore. I returned the item and asked for a full refund.

    Went here on a Sunday afternoon to pick up a pair of airpods and could not find a floor member to assist me. I went to the front counter only to be told that I needed to speak to the non-existent floor staff. 20 minutes later, left with no assistance and no AirPods. Edit: Went to the nearby Telstra store and was able to purchase them immediately for the same price.

    Waited for someone to assist but didn't seem that the staff were interested. Eventually got to speak to one of them but they did not have stock of the accessory for an item they sold at their store. Not impressed. Will think twice before buying from this store in future

    The worst customer service ever. STAY AWAY from this store. Purchased a TV on 27 December 2021 and was told 2-3 week arrival. It is now 10 March 2022 and still no TV. Spent over $5,000.00. Minimal updates from the store, confronted by rude staff when I would call or attend in store to query my order, as if I was being the inconvenience to them after they took my money and I have been waiting for 11 weeks! Head office needs to step in and train this store in customer service and dispute resolution to avoid customers making complaints to the ACCC. Ridiculous. I will never buy anything again from this store even if I have to spend more at other competitor stores.

    Great store with helpful staff. I asked for a Nintendo switch game that was not available on the shelf, the sales assistant found the item behind the registers and put it on hold for me while I shopped for other items, thanks! This kind of service is unfortunately becoming rare. Keep up the good work 👍

    If your product is on the shelf and you can just pay for it it's great. But if you need help from a sales assistant you can be waiting for half an hour to get any service. This is not the sales staff's fault but rather just a lack of stuff relative to the number of customers.

    This is my go-to JB Hi-Fi store. They have staff who are informed and helpful. Great range of console games, music and electronics etc. You won't be disappointed. You can even call them direct to check if they have something in stock that you are after.

    Been there a number of times, they’ve been talking to friends or other staff, one time four of them together. Other stores look for customers who need maybe some tech support to help make your buying decision. Would recommend basically any other store.

    Tells me they will throw in the selected laptop bag as spent over $2000 yet when I paid and got home realised they didn't throw in the laptop bag. Thumbs down for that fact. So watch when purchasing. But great store lots in there to suit most people.

    Poor service. No one bothers to attend customers! Forget that, even if you ask for assistance; they prefer finishing whatever they are doing on their system no matter how long it takes! Pathetic branch to visit! ?

    No one listens and when you apprehend a staff and ask for delay they talk disrespectfully ....never going to visit again . If this is the service before sale after sale they would not even care. Be careful when going to buy something from this store. And when you ask to speak with a store manager they don’t have one on Duty. Pethatic .

    Always condense and the staff aren't helpful. We often wait patiently to be served, but never an acknowledgement or keep their word they'd come back. The girls at the checkout counter are the worst, scan, chuck in a bag or slide back in your hand and on your way.. not one word except "next!" We ordered a PC online 'click & collect'. Their website indicated they were in stock, pick up in store. We paid for it, we received advice to wait for instructions via email/sms to pick up when our order was ready - we expected 24-48hrs max. No confirmation or instructions received. Over a week later and an email complaint follow up, They told us our order had been waiting for pick up sinced it was ordered. Pretty poor.

    I would like to thank Allan & Dhaval on job well done by providing exceptional customer service months after my item was purchased. With a massive online retail giant like Amazon providing same day delivery and free parcel returns and hassle free product returns I am happy to know that I can still purchase from physical stores knowing that these guys haven't forgotten how to be customer service superstars. In my experience, retailers only care about you during the sale to get your money but it's very rare you find staff caring after the sale. Thank guys!

    This is the place to go for all your electronics items. I had the pleasure to meet Jordan, he was super friendly and very attentive. He was knowledgible and hope the item purchased remain as good as him. He went extra mile to show me what is real customer service. I cant thank him enough for the service extended.

    The store always seems to be under staffed... never able to find someone on the floor to help you unless you stop at one of the expensive TV's (they must still get a bonus commission?) As when they do come up to you they only move around 2meters away to let you discuss and stay watching you for ages! So if you don't need floor staff and don't mind the occasional long line for the registers you have a 70% chance of finding what your looking for.

    The shop itself was ok. Rob the sales guy was awesome. The girls at the counter need to be friendlier but I will never buy from JB again because of the rubbish delivery service. Absolutely rubbish service. The carrier must be cheap that’s all I will say for JB logistics dept to partner up with this mob.

    Every thing goes well until you have to replace or refund the item and then the woman on the checkout treats you as if you are a thief and it becomes an interrogation and you are asked to wait till She has time as your importance as a customer is downgraded to nothing. What a shame, I have spent thousands of dollars but this store has disappointed continuously. Shame on you!!

    I wanted to buy a laptop. The salesperson said that they didn't have the one I wanted. She said that I would have to place an order, which she did not know when it would be delivered. So I suggested for her to find out if there were any of these laptops at another JB branch and to send it to the Watergardens branch for me to pick it up from Watergardens and not from AirportWest or any other branch that had this laptop. The next day, I received an SMS saying that I should pick it up. Great! However, when I showed up, nobody remembered me or the laptop order, and the laptop was nowhere to be found. I left in discuss, and ten minutes later, as I was on my way to another laptop supplier, I received a call from JB Watergardens that they found the laptop. I recommend that their salespeople should be more helpful and that they sort out their system to provide better customer service. I have purchased a lot of staff from JB Watergardens in the past, but I can assure you that I will NOT return.

    The business in general is fantastic in the products they offer - a great variety of options for television, and an equally impressive range of accessories - from cables and antenna's to DVD players and speakers. A huge DVD range, records and collectibles make for an entertaining browse around the store. However, of all the JB Hifi's, this is my favourite store, simply due to the great people they employ, and the personable and amazing caring service they provide. Thank you and keep it up WG's Crew!

    Thank you Jason, Blaife and the team for delivering excellent customer experience! My laptop stopped working all of a sudden (it wouldn’t charge at all) and when I called up JB Watergarden, Blaife showed empathy and provided detailed guidance of what needed to be done in order to get my laptop repaired. I was even more impressed with their professionalism and friendliness when I went to their Watergarden store - it was such a pleasant experience throughout and I walked away with a new charger provided it was still under warranty. Thank you for going above and beyond to care for your customers Jason and Blaife. I will recommend JB watergarden to my family and friends and will definitely come back here!

    Tried to do click and collect and payment won't go through so I went inside to look for the product couldn't find it and waited for staff assistant but they are all occupied as the store is busy, I queued up for 15m so i can buy it directly in counter then she tells me to get it but one of the staff help me get it and told me to go to the counter, so I went infront of the counter then the staff that help me told me to queue up at the start of the line again so I waited an extra 10m.

    Broken Sony 4K TV, out of manufacturers warranty, JB sent out an authorized technician who came back with unrepairable. To their credit they stood by the product and replaced it.     Average, maybe because I arrived on day where it was short staffed. Some of the staff were very apologetic about not being able to assist right away, other staff members just totally brushed me off. I did however purchase what i needed thanks to the lovely Indian gentleman that literally was able to compare different products for me & knew exactly what he was talking about, was even patient when I couldnt make up my mind. Exceptional service.

    Generally a really good JB Hi-Fi! They seem to have some staffing issues atm like many places, and the alarms on the display phones are a bit broken (sounding when touching the phones 50% of the time). It's a clean, tidy store, and the staff are usually professional and helpful.

    I usually don't write reviews but this one deserves it 100%. I ordered a 65-inch Sony TV from this store; however, I thought I would be able to pick up the TV and bring it home in my car but later on realised it would not fit in my car, so I gave a call to the store and explained the situation as I did not want to drive 1 hour just to pay for the delivery. However, I was surprised by JB Hi-Fi team's help as they not only organized my delivery for me, but they also waived off one time delivery fee for me. They helped me save my time and money both. I want to thank team member John for handling my difficult situation and store manager Chung for taking the decision and providing extraordinary service.

    I have never spent this less amount of time in an electronic store. I was in there for less than 10mins. The reason was because the guy that served me approached me and others to check if we needed help. After that, the other young lady also came and asked the same question.     We have been shopping at that store for a 20 years. Today my son's express their absolute frustration at the lack of customer service offered to them. They have been regular customers there as well for many years, we have spent a lot of money there. Today they went to buy me a Mother's Day gift. They were instructed to go to the front counter which they did. Only to be told to go to another counter. Which they did. They located a person named Ariana who was on the phone to a customer exchanging stories, idle chit chat and discussing how many children she had and what she did for a living. Leaving my son's, who had just finished work standing there for a period of 12 minutes, without eye contact. without an excuse me without anything. My son become frustrated and ask this person how long she would be to which she replied that she had called someone, which she clearly hadn't because she was on the phone. not apologising not calling anybody nothing, the boys were about to throw the item back and leave the store when another person from another department came. Ariana if you read this, you really need to learn manners and customer service as clearly you do not possess either... this is disgusting and we will not be back. What a total lack of regard and respect

    Had to exchange something today in Watergardens that l bought online by mistake. Ally made the whole experience seamless. She was able to multi task while my paperwork went through and didn't hold up any of the customers.

    Brett was great at customer service and was very friendly! He was very patient in giving me time to really have a look at mirrorless cameras and hold them to compare sizes of different models and how the cameras feel. I ended up buying a Nikon Z30 with the kit lens with a small camera bag. Follow up service was great too as the camera display has a small but noticeable dead pixel. I brought the camera back the next day and the team assessed the dead pixel and subsequently exchanged it for a new unit. Overall very happy with the experience here!

    Went in to get a phone, plan and watch. Tenielle was amazing! She spent about an hr with us making sure we're getting the absolute best price for exactly what we needed.     Called for assistance for a DVD, waited 15 minutes to have my question answered. Asked who to speak to about the DVD when I come there and they would not tell me any name. Very unprofessional. Called the altona branch and they were very helpful. Will take my money there.

    Thanks to the second assistant on Friday 5th Jan that sorted my fitbit Versa2 issues. Couldn't access wallet, declining payment. First guy assisting said I need a new phone AND new #FITBIT. Second guy took the time to research issue, searched known problems and resolved, all working fine now. Thanks heaps.

    Price match policy is only to the extent where the price is to their liking. I was denied the price matching for the sole purpose that it was a quotation from their competitor and not an advertised price. Always regarded JB for their service but don't think I'll opt for them for any price match enquiries in the future.
