Got home told the wife and she said Jim spoke to her the same way a few months ago. Learn to treat people...     Very professional team offering great prices. I dropped in to get 4 new tyres, I had an appointment pre-booked after thorough online research on various prices. Tyroola, Bridgestone select, TTF - nobody came close to the prices offered here. Very happy with the service! Kudos team 👍🏼👍🏼

    I purchased a tyre online and paid a 20% deposit to have it fitted on the 27th of October. On the 22nd, I called to request an update as I did not receive any communication from them and Clinton told me that the product was not available and a refund would be processed on Monday the 24th. On the 28th, I still did not receive a refund and called back to ask. I was then informed by Lee that they could not process a refund unless I went into the store. Why would you accept online orders if you cannot process a refund online? I have tried to call head office over several days and nobody picked up. I finally contacted them on Facebook, they asked me to email. I have emailed them and I am still waiting for a reply. My concern is that Clinton told me that this product is not in stock in every Bob Jane across the country. Why does the system not tell that there is no stock? Don't they have any stock control in place? It is very frustrating to order goods that they don't have, and on top of that, it is so difficult to get a refund.

    I took a tire off our car as it had a nail, and brought it in for a basic puncture repair job before 9am Saturday morning. They said they'd it fixed and call me before the end of the day. I waited, and then they closed at 4pm without even a phone call. Given they are closed on Sunday, this left us (family of 5, with 3 young children) without a car for 3 days without so much as a phone call. When complained that they didn't even call, they were extremely rude and tried to gaslight and blame us. All i was really after was an apology and acknowledgement of the poor customer service and they should have called us with an update. But no they somehow played the victim here, ridiculous.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I went in at 4.50pm to get a puncture fixed, they close at 5.30. The guy behind the counter made me wait 10 min to be served due to him having a good old chat to the customer befor me (not related to tyres). When the time came for him to serve me, he said he can't help me. I procedded to tell him that my tyre has a puncture and that it will be flat soon said he doesn't have the time and to come back tomorrow. Mind you I was there (a woman) with 4 kids and he couldn't help me. I'm am disbelief with his customer service skills and not helping someone who needed help. I will never be back to this store ever again.

    Got 4 tyres changed for Honda jazz. Took almost 2hours. Decided to go somewhere else for next service, surprisingly took about 30min included wheel alignment for my civic. Manager was not friendly at all. Arrogant on the phone, rude when hanging up phone call. Will not do business with them anymore

    Bought tyres for BMW. Store manager offered me cash back after a month.Paid in full and applied for a cash back on BobJaneTmart website. I received confirmation that I get a call/code from someone. Never received one from anyone. Waited for few weeks then followed up with store manager(Colin), he acted like he is helping me out - did few calls and asked me call tyre company. I called them few times they after chasing few times I got a call from someone offered is finished I don't receive cash back(200). So I was wondering how many customers have been cheated like this? Are you ? I am going to consumer affairs - I got all the evidence.

    Took Car in,paid money guess what tyres still felt the same, they didn’t do anything !!!!! Tyres felt the same way as I brought the car in . Complaint the following day, advised I had to pay $for each type they had to pump; Not sure ? how they help their customers!!!

    I cannot say more strongly how amazing the service of Shahzad was. I was a ‘drop in’ with a puncture but he went above and beyond to advise and assist. I haven’t had such good service in a long time. Will return for all tyre needs !!

    Paid extra for nitrogen but they wouldn't inflate it to the requested level. B.s. about how it could get them in trouble when even the dealer says you should add a couple extra psi for highway driving. Never buying there again.

    "Very poor and rude customer service", Had a wheel alignment done , to the car, and it was still pulling to the left rang back the next day as was told to bring it back made a 10AM appointment with them the next day on arrival the next day they told me that car was wasn't going to ready in it 2PM because no workers showed up to work today come on you could of give me a courtesy call. I don't get it get 10AM appointment and NOT ready till 2PM please And be very rude about it 🤔 ?Anyway I had left watergardens as i had a doctors appointment at 11:45AM. Anyway, i had gone to Highpoint Bob jane and completely different experiences fixed the car for free of charge and was told it was completely out of spec's i wasn't happy at all with Watergardens Bob jane anyway thank you, "Highpoint store" for fixing my car properly.

    Went there at 3:30pm on a Saturday cause I had an unplanned long drive and the tyres were bald. I had no appointment but they had my car set up with new wheels in the hour. There was a confusion and was quoted wrong but they stuck to their deal even though they were at a loss. Great customer service and the follow up knowing I had the long drive. Thanks guys.

    Thank you soo much to Clayton, Lee, Jose and all the boys at Bob Jane T Mart Taylor’s Lakes! You went above and beyond to repair my puncture and although you guys where so busy you managed to put the safety of myself and my children first and came up with a solution with no added stress to anyone. I highly recommend these guys and will travel to them all the time as I know I will get exceptional service and safety! Thank you again!

    Absolutely shocking. I've visited this store since it opened and have been a long term customer with a few cars. I've generally had great experiences until recently. I called in the morning to ask about urgently replacing my tyres with a specific set. They weren't in stock but they could be ordered in the same day. I was told they'd arrive around lunch so it was booked in for 3pm. I dropped my car off at 3pm. After getting a lift back home I soon got a call to say the tyres never arrived. Incredible. I understand this job was short notice (same day) but don't say you can do it if you can't. I needed these for a long trip the following day. Also I understand things can happen with deliveries so why not contact me before I dropped the car off? There was plenty of time between when they were meant to arrive and when I arrived. The part that just pushed me over the edge to write this negative review is that I just noticed all 4 dust caps were not returned onto my old tyres. Reply: You know who I am. You collected my details before taking on the job. I'm not hiding behind a fake account.

    rang today and spoke to a guy name lee to see what price I could get a set of tyres, after telling me the price online was best they could do. rang the Sunbury store asked the same question took $20 off a tyre. you guys have lost my business. before you buy from these guys call a different store, can save you self a few $$$$

    My first visit to Bob Jane T-Marts at Taylor's Lake due to having a punctured tyre. They were really busy but still managed to fit us in to do a tyre repair. To say I appreciate it is a huge understatement. The staff member was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was done in quick time on a Saturday afternoon. If you are looking for a new set of tyres, wheel balancing or alignment I definitely recommend these guys. I give 5/5 stars. Will definitely be coming here in the future for all my tyre needs.

    Took my car in to get a puncture repaired. The service was amazing. Very quick and efficient. And a big thank you to Leigh at the front desk for being so polite and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and looked after. Will definitely go to this Bob Jane again.

    The service was optimal from the beginning of the initial contact to find the rims I wanted and what suited to the middle of the contact and the outcome. The boys are total gentlemen and this was a happy outcome not for just my car. 2024 and 10/10 absolutely no worries coming back to these gents.

    I cannot praise the service quality at T-Mart Taylors Lakes enough! I had to replace a tire valve that unexpectedly shot out. They not only provided me with a new tire valve but also checked all my tire pressures, stored the spare, and kindly charged me $0.00. I was genuinely surprised! This customer-centric approach is precisely why I'll be purchasing my tires from them in the future!

    Had 4 new tyres and battery replaced. Asked to keep the old battery, they said no problem. After driving off I decided to check before I got home and sure enough they didn't leave the battery so I went back to collect it. Waited around 10min for someone to come and see me. While one of them went to get it I made polite conversation, with another worker. I asked how's his day, he told me they had nothing as in not much work on for the day. They put the battery in my boot, I said thanks. Try to start car, car won't start, gauges go haywire. I go back inside and tell the guy if he could send his mate out cause the car is not starting. No urgency shown. I go back to the car and have a look while I'm waiting. The old battery had heavily corroded the terminal which they didn't bother to clean and it was not fastened well I could move it with my hand. Not busy but too lazy to give the terminal a bit of a clean. I spent nearly $1k in their shop today. How about a bit of service and pride in your work? Imagine being so lazy to fit a brand new battery and not spend two minutes to clean the terminal.

    I received a quote to have 2 tyres fitted to my car and accepted it. But when I get there I'm told I was quoted the wrong size for my tyres and the only tyres they had to hit my car was $170 more expensive each. I was told it would take 2 hours at the maximum as i was there fiest thing in the morning, but it took 3 hours. Besides from that inconvenient headache, their customer service at the counter was great and they did offer a free wheel alignment.

    What a major scam, they are advertising a special at the moment which is buy 3 and get 1 free . Absolute rubbish because what they are doing is pricing the tyres much higher to cover the cost of the so called 4th free tyre. My example is the tyres I wanted to purchase normally sell for $342.00 each so I was thinking that I could get all 4 for the price of 3 which would have cost me $1026.00 but when I went to Bob Jane to book in the job I was actually quoted $1368.00 which coincidentally is the same as 4 x $342.00 but the salesman quoted me for 3 tyres at $456.00 each with the 4th tyre free which incidentally costs exactly $1368.00 which means that there is no saving at all during your promotion.Somehow the price of my tyres went up 33% during this so called promotion. Seriously guys get real and stop treating your customers like mugs . I’m finding it hard to believe that you’re allowed to try and scam the general public with this false advertising . Future tyre purchases for myself will be done elsewhere due to your dishonesty with this false promotion you are advertising.

    Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE. I wish I had read the reviews and heard my neighbors story before I went there. But it was only a puncture repair. To cut a very long story short....they broke one of my wheel nuts trying to get the nut off....because they didn't even have an extension bar. Very similar story to one of the other reviews where they kept saying they would call and never did.....and then made up excuses. I ended up calling the State Manager as I was sick of hearing they would call me back. 10 days later, they got the tyre off and put different nuts on one rim. I had to point out they were different than the rest....more promises of getting a complete new set of wheel nuts....more excuses of no return calls...then the supplier didn't have any in stock...more...I'll call you when they come in. I ended up just buying a complete new set of wheel nuts (the exact ones they could not get) and putting them on myself.....all without breaking another wheel nut because I used and extension bar. That was around 5 weeks ago now....still haven't had a call about the wheel nuts....not that I need them now. As I said....go ANYWHERE ELSE

    I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Brought few tyres here for fitments and after wasting my times for 4hrs the "supposed tyre expert" failed at his experiment and forced me to pay for his fault! Made my car look ulgy and done a half job and charged me for full price! Im taking this further.

    Connote speak highly enough. I had a big nail in the tyre and it was knock off time. They professionally completed the repair after hours and then did not charge because I had been disadvantaged. I was desperate so didn't care. All the time dealing with a customer from he'll who just would not accept reality. I could not believe how long he argued about something that was not possible. I was losing my temper and I wasn't involved. Very happy.

    I returned from shopping at Watergardens and found my tyre was leaking air rapidly. I took it to Bob Jane and they were able to assist straight away. They replaced the valve on the tyre and I was on my way. It really helped me out. Thanks guys.

    The tyre price keep going up by store manager Jose himself without notice. His manner was absolutely disgraceful. Even I visited 3 times still Tyre could not be replaced. I asked for refund of my deposit. I wouldn't recommend this store due to Jose store manager if you want to waste your time YES go ahead.

    Our experience with this centre has been flawless, both in regards to service quality and customer relations; therefore, I find the number of bad reviews here quite baffling. We've dealt with Jim, Colin, and workshop staff; all of whom were professional, understanding, and amiable. They were also accommodating even though we booked on short notice.

    I took my vehicle in for 4 x new tires.I booked a spot 4 days earlier for a 10 AM fitment. I was told it would be 1 1/2 hrs to complete i went back at 11.40 AM it wasn't even in the workshop.I had to wait until 1.30 pm .To be approached for the first time by the manager. They did a wheel alignment that they got wrong i then had to wait until 2.20 pm for them to rectify there mistake. So 4 1/2 hrs later it was done.The best the manager could come up with was "thanks for your paiience". really? No wonder they asked may to pay 3 x times before they started otherwise i would have gone elsewhere. Be very cautious of any timeline promises they make.. The admin have now put their standard reply in response to my review , not exactly sure what would be achieved after the fact. Im not posting this for their benefit. Im posting to warn others of Bob Jane Tmart poor time management and poor customer service levels. The last thing I need is for a business to steal half my Saturday off me.

    Not happy today, had a flat tyre went in and they gave me some B. S. about the car needing to have run flat tyres. The flat tyre was just a standard tyre which I made clear is exactly what i wanted but they would not sell me a tyre to get me going. I ended up going to an independent tyre shop who were leaps and bounds above in service and looking after me. Just proves that Bob jane has the name and survives of that. I won't be going to them any more my support will be for the little guy who actually cares about their customers who pay them. By the way I reserached what they told me and it was in fact B. S. just trying to upsel me and rip me off I guess.

    Took my wheel in today around 11:30am to get a puncture repaired. I was told they workers were about to go to lunch but they would ring me as soon as the puncture was repaired and can be picked up. Waited at home till 3:30 and then went down to the store. When I asked why no one had called me he said we don't call customers, just advise them it will be ready in an hour or two. Well, this is not what I was told and I wasted my day waiting for all call. On top of that, was charged $40 to plug a nail hole which would have taken 5 minutes. Not happy with their service or price

    I just walked out of the shop after waiting to be served.My turn came I step up and was asked can I serve the to gentlemen behind you they are quick . one needed to hand in a tire for puncture the other to pay and pick up his car ....me being nice I said ok . it took him 10 minutes to organise them in the meantime another man came behind me as I walked up and again he said can I organise him ...and thats when I had more then enough of waiting and walked out ...never to step foot in that shop agin.i had to put one star but its not worth that the service in that place.

    I had great experience, Got my tyres replaced and wheel alignment done two months ago. Then I had to get one tyre replaced again because I damaged it[it was my mistake]. Had some issues with the alignments after that but they were helpful and didn't charge for doing the alignment again. Collin and Lee do look after their customers. Very happy!!

    I have used bob Jane at Taylors lakes for some time now and have always had reasonable service. So I recommenced my partner to get her tyres replaced there, she needed only 2 replaced so what did they do.......Charged her over $600 and did nothing no tyre change just a wheel alignment and balance. It has been rectified now, but your service and attitude was appalling so not only have you lost my families business I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS TO ANYONE AGAIN. Have a great day.

    Had to get myself 4 new tyres for my car. And while I had a budget to stick to, Lee (manager) helped me pick a better set of tyres, and gave me a discount to stay on budget. Not only that, but the job was completed within two hours of showing up. Good service and really proved knowledgeable. Will return when my wife's car is ready for new tyres.

    Terrible. Booked in a wheel alignment got upsold a wheel balance. The car didn't have any vibrations prior, now has noticable vibration at speed over 70 and pulls to left worse than before.

    I couldn’t recommend Bob Jane watergardens more. I went into the store to get a quote for some tires and spoke to Lee at the front desk. His product knowledge and customer service was excellent, he helped me to decide on a few really good options. He was very honest and took the time to explain everything to me well as I have no clue about cars. Came out confident knowing I made the right choice.

    Wheel and tyre package + wheel alignment to forget! Was interested in new wheels for my car. I had a lot of questions about wheel specs etc about what I was planning to buy for my model car. They were good at evading my questions so as to NOT inform me, while assuring they knew what was needed. After the day of installation, test drove my car with the new wheels to find the alignment and steering wheel was WAY off. In fact WORSE than when I bought it in. It took them 3 attempts to get my alignment right. 3 visits worth of my time to drop off my car, wait for it, get it handed back, drive home and find that it's incomplete, and call in to book another appointment because they didn't get it right. You counted right, 3 TIMES... THREE. After paying well over $1,300 for this package, I wasn't given a good deal to include alignment for free. They made sure to extract as much money out of me as they possibly could. I wasn't reimbursed for their errors and incompetence either. After this unimaginable experience, I wasn't refunded any money for the bad service. A basic job such as a tire puncture requires them to take all day. For reasons we will never know, it can't be done on the spot. You are asked to come back later, meaning end of the day. Not to mention it's $35 a tyre. Anyone going for business here are just volunteering to be treated like they were just born yesterday and then robbed of their hard earned money. Would never recommend. I will always advise people to never come here. Steer clear of this mob, pun intended.

    Very helpful and friendly staff and great customer service! Excellent value for money too: new and reliable but "not-so-expensive" front tyres and "spot-on" wheel alignment; it was like driving a brand new car! Will definitely go back there again!

    Rang them up for a set of 4 Michelin energy xm2 tyres and was told that they had no stock, and that I need to wait 12 to 14 weeks for the new shipment to come in. so I then rang bob jane in hoppers crossing and was told that they had no stock but would have them in for me the next day just by making one phone call. the point that I am trying to make is that why couldn't bob jane in Watergardens make an effort and ring who ever to try and get me a set just like bob jane in hoppers did. I have been going their at Watergardens for the past 15 years + and now they have lost a loyal customer for good.

    Horrible experience. Took my Subaru into the 'Taylors Lake' store to get four tyres fitted and a simple four wheel alignment. The men that work here are not at all invested nor engaged in their clients as the service was poor and quite blunt. Very forceful is an actual understatement. When I picked up my vehicle a few hours later I acknowledge the absolute horror and disgraceful state my property was in. Chunks of thick mud was left, on the floor of the back seat. WHY WAS THERE ANY NEED TO GET INTO THE BACK SEAT OF MY VEHICLE? Part of the front seat was broken off. The positive terminal cover was moved from the battery. And the receptionist man tried to sell me nitrogen to put into the tyres stating the tyres were under inflated. Wheel alignment needed to be done. Not happy with the service I received. Will not be going back. When a client trusts you with their cars, as a professional YOU are obligated to look after it and make sure everything is all okay and working properly.

    Colin’s customer service was great! Managed to get my car in on short notice, do the job within the promised timeframe. One of the workers even came out on his smoko to talk me through what the problem with the tyre was for my own understanding. Recommend!

    Such a professional and pleasant experience I've had today especially! Never a good time to have a puncture, but today took the cake. Once I realised I had a nail in my tyre, 15 mins prior to closing time at Bob Jane. Nick and Jose had my puncture under control in no time. They both stayed open with no hesitation or complaint at all. Nick was super fast and sufficiant. Flawless customer service guys, super friendly, super fast and Im super happy. Cant thank you enough. Well deserved 5 stars guys!

    Great knowledge. Terrible service. Booked tyres for 11am being told an hour and a half wait time, when I arrived was told 2.5 hours, let staff know I needed the car by 3pm for my wife to get to work. Heard nothing about the car being ready, attempted to ring the store 3 times between 2.15 and 2.30 without them answering. Headed down to The store at 3 and the car was not ready. Ready by 3.10 however had to wait another 20mins to pay and leave while staff disappeared doing other things.
