AWS Cloud Services have become essential curriculum for any modern day software developer. Amazon's training programs are fantastic; you'll work hard, but expert staff always ready to help. Their enthusiasm is highly encouraging, which helps you navigate what is a highly complex and technical service offering. I would strongly recommend any opportunity to join a session here.

Amazon FBA is a RIP OFF and USELESS. I canโ€™t close my seller account and have to keep paying subscription fee since seller support knows nothing

Customer service is appalling at Amazon 1. Get shuffled from agent to agent with the excuse. Just give me a minute to read you responses. Then the transferred to next agent. Then when you say you want to raise a complaint they delete the conversation. 2. Impossible to raise a complaint, they will not raise the complaint and their is no other means to raise a complaint in writing, except for the chat. 3 they wonโ€™t send you the transcript of the conversation. They make you take screen shots of the conversation. If you have done this it is impossible, because every time the transfer to another agent you lose your place. So order is impossible. 4. You canโ€™t read you previous history without talking to agent and hence you have the problem which goes back to point 3. The screen moves. 5 you select the item that you want to discuss. Then they ask you questions to identify the item when you have selected the item. Guess what the only way to read it is to leave the chat and start again with another agent. This is underhanded tactics for a large organisation like Amazon. Additionally suppliers pay good money to be on Amazon and they donโ€™t treat the suppliers goods decently, like when they throw fragile items he items over the locked gate and do t ring the door bell. Then the supplier has too refund or replace, when they delivery is the cause of the items damage. They leave expensive items by the front door. Luckily we have cameras and I take screen shots as I have the conversation, because of their untrustworthy behaviour. As a result I am writing this review, as there is no other easy option to raise a compliant and for it to be takes seriously, which I believe is illegal. Amazon need to lift their game in the customer services and deliveries and support their customers and suppliers. As itโ€™s not fair to take the matter up on a review Ok

Feeling Frustrated: I am extremely frustrated with AMAZON I am unable to get into my account and even when I phone and get people from India who can't understand me I am absolutely no nearer to fixing my problem. It would be really fantastic customer service if someone from Australia could call me to assist in fixing my problem. Telling me to go on-line is NOT working.

Not helpful staff, I applied online to sell some products on there website Iโ€™ve been waiting for more than 5 weeks no response, and when I went to the head office in city Iโ€™ve been told that we canโ€™t gave you any information you have to keep waiting even they canโ€™t tell me for how long, there is no even a phone number online to call instead of going all the way to city and wasting my time for nothing. All what I can say its a bad management for a such big company like amazon.

Purchased a renpho massage gun so that I can reduce my massage visits as I suffer alot with my muscles cramping. This gun is great, the battery lasts and the accessories that come with it are great. Comes with a carry case, it's big though prefer a solid case. Adjustable functions on the gun allows you to massage your own back with out assistance from others * the only negative that I can pick is the button you need to press to adjust the angle of the massage gun, its a bit flimsy, if your rough I could see this breaking after a few years, the design should of had a smaller push in button. Adjustable speeds and the battery slides out so if you ever need a replacement in the future shouldn't be to hard to replace! *update* so u edited this post from this point forward. I've had this product for maybe 1.5years now, and still going strong, used regularly and the battery still holding charge, good purchase.

Just reading the news and comments regarding AMAZON. requesting their employees to work back at the office has left me feeling annoyed. As a young woman intending to have a family, this working model is backwards and I agree with the comments on this thread. AMAZON clearly suggests that they cannot look after their employees. And with the Home Loan interest rates, childcare fees, petrol costs, utility rise, supermarket rise in costs, this has now put further pressure on their workers- now that they need to commute to the office and spend the extra dollars on the commute, notwithstanding time away from the most important people in their lives-their family. Disgusting, no moral compass!!! I wont shop with them now and closed my account as have my family members.

Incredibly frustrating company to deal with. Partner locked out of his account one week after signing up, call centre staff said they canโ€™t help for the next 48 hours. It shouldnโ€™t be this hard to unlock or close an account.

Was threatened by several staff Mary, Damien and.. about a subscription renewal of $39.99 apparently due this month andI was not aware of when ordered two yoga mats in September 2020 which proved to be a scam. The mats were never delivered and reported to Amazon who removed the supplier. The callers claimed they were based in Exhibion St. Melbourne and stated Amazon had access to my bank details which Is untrue.

I had high hopes for Amazon's Melbourne (Dandenong)-based warehouse, because I hoped they would genuinely supply some competition to JB Hifi Online and EzyDVD online, BOTH of which OVER-CHARGE for products AND BOTH of which provide TERRIBLE delivery service and terrible customer service. Unfortunately, AMAZON IS CURRENTLY AS BAD AS, possibly worse than, JB HIFI ONLINE and EZYDVD online. When I first tried to order something from the Amazon warehouse, a month or so ago, I waited over a week -- AFTER the product was supposedly available -- before cancelling my order, because it never shipped (even after I complained). Recently, I ordered a couple of DVDs. It took Amazon Australia three or more days to actually ship it -- during which time, they bolloxed a communication about the item, and then told me it might be the wrong item -- and when they finally shipped it, they sen it "expedited" -- and it took three mailing days to get to me. Even though I live in the city of Melbourne, and can drive to the Amazon warehouse in only one hour's time. Three days to ship two DVDs across town. Yes, that IS faster than JB HIFI ONLINE and EZY DVD, two "homegrown" online businesses, but still... Three days? Worse, Amazon charged more for the DVD than JB and EZY, so Amazon is still not providing any proper competition. Which, I suppose. is par for the course in a country that encourages backroom dealings (Woolies and Coles used to regularly compare their catalogues and prices, so that no one would be driven out of business) and monopolies between retail stores (Target and Kmart -- same company, different logos).

Appalling that their employees have been 'ordered to work back at the office.' Given that they do their job efficiently, this should be continued... With interest rate rises, rent increase , the cost of living, these employees will suffer financially while their children will be put into lenghty hours in child care with & childcare costs. Backward step from AMAZON. AMAZON missed the fruits born from COVID.Ive seen similar statements on social media and this is the 1st time that I have made a public comment .I will have nothing to do with them as result.

I reported an email from Amazon that I recieved this morning ... ' Misleading email that purports to have signed me up to Amazon music with ongoing charges after the first month which I have to then opt-out of to avoid ongoing charges . This is sneaky and poor behaviour. Do not sign me up to unsolicited services again !!!!!! '

Reading the media statements in which AMAZON has advised their employees to Work back in the office/CBD is disappointing & is a clear indication that if they cannot look after their employees, then they cannot look after their customers. With the current costs of living at a high, their leadership requests a return to office???? A backward approach for the Australian worker. I feel for their employees. Poor and neanderthal approach to working conditions. They've put their employees and families under stress!

Reading the comments and other media about the return to the office for employees is clear that Amazon don't value their employees particularly in these trying times for Australians. Terrible and passe working conditions. They'll find employees will move on.WFH is the way forward. It's all about the $ for Amazon. You won't get my $ anymore. Treat your employees right.

Alot of media on AMAZON asking the Australian employee back to the office. I find this horrendous given today's employment model. They have asked the working class back to the office amid rising living costs. Now the trek to work is costly and families putting their children in childcare adding to the costs. Seems like COVID taught them little. AMAZON capitalising on tax by asking the work back to the CBD. Spineless.
