I came back again to collect my alterations an hour later - the same full bag search demand. I just bought 17 items from your store, yet I am treated like a crim. Way to treat your good customers.

The service they provide is very good. They showed the clothes according to my taste and they have got everything which is in trend. I have picked many clothes from the store and more than happy to wear it. They have maintained their store very well and all the staff is highly experienced. Coming to their pricing, then I must say it is very reasonable. I have personally compared their prices with other clothing store and found their pricing sensible. According to me, this is the best clothing store. You will find the best clothes and it will not even hurt your pocket.

If you can find it (I always get lost in the bloody Emporium!) Well worth a visit. Worldwide, Uniqlo has a fantastic range of clothing and accessories. A bit pricey but worth it. Two life hacks to mention: for the shorter man, get their range of ankle pants. Perfect fit for a shorty without mods required. (although they offer those too) Secondly, their Airism masks are the best. Still worth buying even as mask rules are lapsing. Not as hot as regular ones and XL are a great fit for a face and beard.

Uniqlo Emporium is good. I like their clothes & suit my preferences very well. Inside the store Clothes Arrangement on desks is easy to browse. I like this format. By the way, I'm always impressed with their self-checkout machines. Both the automatic scanners + software is pretty fast!

One of the bigger Uniqlo stores I've been to. Ranges from men, women and children/baby across 4 floors. There are escalators and a lift inside. Great range of clothes that are well made and will last a few years. Always find something in Uniqlo 👍🏻

I finally made a decision and picked up a new coat. Decided on a black ultra light down Liang coat, small. This would allow me to layering under without it being too tight. I am so glad I stopped and picked it up from this store. It was clean. I didn’t realise it was 3 levels with a sale level at basement. Worth checking out the sale items. Lots of change rooms and lovely range of contemporary coats and sweaters to see. I love the sweaters, so super soft. The store is worth checking out. The levels of items on display is plentiful and great range of sizes to pick from. I tend to stop by here because my local store Pacific Werribee may not always carry my size or preferred colour.

There is a young asian male with glasses working at the Emporium store that doesn’t appear to have the slightest idea of what good customer service is. Get some grownups to sort this store out!

It's a 3 storey Uniqlo. Tshirts and clothing has many collaborations with other artists, anime, and movies. They also have my an airism T-shirt which I personally find to be very comfortable and stylish. Great place for cheaper clothing.

So called “quality” clothes for the masses. Bought 3 cotton tshirts in navy, black and white. Usually to wear as undershirts. After a few washes as per care instructions on label they’re all faded in that cheap worn out look. Save your money and buy good quality stuff - the extra dollars will give longer lasting wear so equates to the same price in the end. But at least you’re not tipping your hard earned into a monolithic corporation bulldozing all the smaller clothing makers.

Large four floor Uniqlo store in the Emporium mall. The store is very tidy, clean and staff are helpful. The clothing is very fairly priced and comes in a large range of colours. I first shopped here 7-8 years ago on a trip to Melbourne, the store is just as clean as tidy as my first trip. The self service checkouts automatically count the items in the buy zone.

I just had a notably great shopping experience here. I didn't get the name of the staff member at the checkout (15 July, about 11:30am) and he totally helped me out with the self checkout as it works differently to those at the supermarket. He was so super friendly, and really brightened my day. The self checkout is amazing by the way, really easy to use.

They always have a great selection of items with a wide range of colours. I always come here for my winter wear. It's lightweight, soft and keeps me warm during the especially cold days!! Very economical when you compare it to other woolen clothes stores.

I was trying hard to find the last stock of the splatoon Tee collection for my partner. The Japanese staff Yuhei helped me out and was very patient. He pulled out the inventory machine and checked every single design, led me to the sales pile. I had a very good experience.

I'm a fan of Uniqlo. I've been enjoying the experience there. But one of the staff at the shop gave me bad experience recently. When we tried to use the coupon, we scanned using the app but didn't work. We asked for help, she told us we already scanned, nothing she could do. Okay, we paid the original price. Later we tried to use another coupon on other purchases, the other girl there helped us and said sometimes the app doesn't work properly, staffs need to do it manually. (thanks for her help) Oh wow, the previous girl obviously knows nothing and she could have asked other staff to help us but instead she confidently said nothing she could do... She needs to be trained better and stop ruin the shop's reputation.

I just had great customer service at Uniglo Lonsdale St. Kevin went over and above to help me find the sweater size that I needed. He checked storerooms and made a real effort despite being busy plus he was friendly and professional while doing this. I was impressed. Thanks Kevin and Uniglo!

Is the best one yet, staff are nice and good range of clothing. I love the way they have great each floor based on casual, seasonal and sale discounted price :) The only down part is the ecobag litewear is easily broken, it has annoyed me along the way.

Yesterday 3/12/2023 the staff working in fitting room (not the one standing) on Menswear floor at 6:45 was the worst staff I ever met at Uniqlo. After my bf tried 6 items and things didnt work, we returned it to her and asked where we should put the clothes. She didnt even say A WORD! All she did were keeping her mouth shut and aggressively took the clothes basket from us. I originally intended to buy a lot of things at Uniqlo because the clothes were nice, but she made me want to leave immediately. She should be retrained from the beginning or should be allowed to work fewer shifts so as not to affect the customer experience at Uniqlo.

Everything was good, most of the staff is so nice and helpful BUT the lady at the cashier who worked on floor one at around 2:20pm on November 28 2023 was making me feel like I was unwelcomed in the store. Ranging from everything between her facial expressions to her actions.

Always a pleasant experience to shop here. They have good stock levels most of the times, I love the quality of clothes and pick up basics for my family from here and can be confident that they’ll last. Help is always available at hand if you’re stuck here, the crowds in the store is a testament to both service and quality at this store.

Always busy but all floors and fitting rooms are always neat and tidy and run smoothly. Prompt, polite customer service, and you'll never struggle finding a staff member to assist you. Products are very good value for money iny opinion. Perfect for work attire. The store and fitting rooms are warm/hot. I'd recommend not wearing too many layers and using extra deodorant. The fitting rooms, especially on the men's floor, can get pretty smelly.

Love uniqlo usually but my recent experience was questionable. I wanted to use my coupon thats claimable for over 50$ purchases. Went to the counter and the staff told me to scan my coupon under the tablet which i did. Regrettably i still tapped my phone and paid the moment the total popped up, and when asked if the coupon was even applied, they just told me to come back next time and try again. What was the whole point of making me scan to apply the discount? Shouldnt the staff check if it went through before showing the cost? It was my fault for not checking the price before tapping but man, its not like i’ll drop 50$ casually all the time 😭, just wish there was some proper communication there

Most of ny warm clothes come from here. I am quite pleased with all of it so far. But you really do have to very careful to follow the washing instructions. Twice i have mistakenly put items that were supposed to be put into a cold delicate wash in a wash bag onto a warm wash without one and the thermal leggings looked worse after only one wash. If the government had not used the covid crisis to further discriminate against the aged and disabled, by making these pensioners the only Centrelink payments not to receive the corona virus supplement, I would have bought more pf the warm clothes I needed from here this year.

Great customer service and products. However bought a jacket on two different occassions where staff forgot to remove the plastic tag. Had to go back on both occassions and argue that I did not steal the jacket and just wanted it removed. Was especially upsetting when I gifted a jacket to my mum for her birthday and she couldn't wear it right then and there. I had to drive into the CBD and go back in store (made much more stressful by the coronavirus conditions) and request it be taken off. Would recommend better training of staff at processing outerwear products.

I love many of their clothes, and the prices and quality is good but some of the staff are shockers and obnoxious. Apparently their computer doesn’t make mistakes! Yet if it scans wrong there it is...No wonder retail is in trouble.

For reasonably priced garments of an acceptable quality there are not many shops that can provide the same level of satisfaction as Uniqlo.
