His expertise in treating these injuries have been highly effective in reducing pain, and increasing mobility. His knowledge and techniques surpass specialists clinicians. I’ve been having treatment at symmetry physiotherapy port Melbourne for at least 6 mths after a small work injury and general minor injuries . Chris is so far the best physiotherapist I’ve been treated by. I travel 30 min once a week , worth the travel. Chris’s knowledge and experience has helped heal and strengthen my body. I definitely recommend Chris and his colleagues as they are very professional and experienced .

I've been seing Zwim during the past two month and she is just amazing ! Always smily and bubbly. I've sprained my ankle very badly, and she helps me to get my confidence and my strengh back. Zwin Pham... WOW I had a work accident and tore my meniscus in my right knee. I had a operation to remove the damaged part in my knee and then after the operation i suffered from blood clots in my leg which my surgeon told me will complicate my rehabilitation. I searched around for a physiotherapist and when i met Zwin i felt that not only was she a pleasure to deal with, she seemed very knowledgeable and confident. My first session with Zwin, i was on crutches and my leg wouldn't bend or straighten.. I'm now back at work, able to lift as much as i did before.. If not more. Playing basketball and running again with confidence in my knee that i had before my accident happened. i cant recommend Zwin highly enough.

Couldn’t speak more HIGHLY than the Port Melbourne Symmetry team and especially Zwin. I fractured my ankle and had pain in the muscles and joints everyday. I had no range In my ankle either. After sitting down with Zwin we worked out what outcome I wanted to achieve and she based my recovery around that. I no longer have day to day pain, I can wear heels and now I can run. Would highly recommend Zwin and the team, all very lovely and understanding. The team at reception are so warm and welcoming and always happy to help. We have been going to Symmetry for around 18 months now. My daughter sustained a significant injury to her knee which has required a lot of physio to strengthen it, surgery to correct and now more physio. The Physio’s are all very knowledgeable, the reception staff are all very friendly and accommodating and the rooms are always clean and bright!

Sara was very reassuring and mapped out a plan to ensure my recovery went as smoothly as possible. Sara was very caring and gave me confidence to do my rehab. I had terrible foot pain for about 6 months before seeing Dan at Symmetry. I had already seen two podiatrists, GPs and an orthopaedic surgeon which out much relief. Everyday walking was difficult and painful for me. Dan listened to my concerns and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Within a few weeks of his tailored program I started to see progress and less and less pain over time. Just by doing simple exercises and stretches I got to a point where I could walk again pain free! Since then I don't hesitate to see him for any issues as I trust he has the knowledge to set me on the right path again to get back on my feet. Very grateful to have found this physio and won't go anywhere else!

Zwin was amazing. I had a sore hip which needed to be fixed in 5 weeks for a big active holiday and Zwin gave me exercises and consultations which led to a fantastic pain free two weeks of walking and activity.

Zwin is enthusiastic and witty and was very quickly onto the source of the pain. I was pain free after only a few visits. I came across Symmetry and Myotherapist Brady Stevens when I moved to Port Melbourne about a year ago. I have seen so many different therapists over the years to help with stiff muscles, aches and pains. I was used to seeing Physios or Osteopaths and had experienced Myotherapy in the past which I didn't find very helpful. However since I had Myotherapy with Brady I now would never consider going back to anything else. He is really skilled in his practice and really takes an interest in how I react to different treatments. I always feel so much better after a treatment with Brady. I highly recommend anyone to see him.

Symmetry is a professional Physiotherapy with dedicated and highly skilled professionals. I went to see Chris C after pain in my hip and he quickly identified that it was something serious and recommended a MRI. It led to surgery. I continued to see Chris post surgery for physio to get back on track with my fitness and was running again after 3 months. I would highly recommend. Friendly, approachable staff that are highly experienced in what they do.

Brady is an excellent Myotherapist! I could not recommend his treatments enough. I have been treated for multiple issues with my hip flexors, shoulders and back and he always had me feeling like my regular self again :) Reception staff were also always lovely!

After 10 months of extreme pain and countless visits to my Osteo I finally got fed up and paid for an MRI the result was I have a sever disk bulge. My Osteo sent me straight for a surgery consult, I decided to get a second opinion from my Dr and he suggested I try Physio. I was willing to try anything to avoid surgery. I fortunately got booked in with Zwin for my 1st consult and have stuck with her ever since! I am now seeing her less and less but sticking to Pilates twice a week (mostly with her). I can’t speak highly enough of her, she really cares about her patients. I am also happy to say I am virtually pain free aside from the occasional flair up and slowly getting back into training.

A clean clinic with warm vibe , you never feel rushed or 'just another on the production line of treatments.' Headed up by Luke and his team with a breadth of experience in clinic, sports rehab and chronic disease, you feel at ease and personally looked after. A team of physios, who are great listeners able to assess, diagnose and help you take control of your health , going that extra mile. Real value for your buck. ! I would highly recommend them to allow you to move again and ease those aches pains.

Zwin is an amazing Physio who has helped me get over my painful shin splints. Through my weekly appointments with Zwin I now have no pain in my shins and am now able to run and play sport with no trouble.
