The clinic used to have very friendly staff, but now, a lot of new girls have come in and the friendliness is no longer felt when you walk into the clinic. I have switched to a new laser clinic

It’s really rude n unacceptable. I had a reservation at 10:15, but the door was not opened and the lights were off when we arrived. I waited for more than 30 minutes, but in the end, no one showed up, and only the next people who booked appeared waited for someone to come. We called you several times n we even called to Melbern Central center but both didn’t pick up the phone. I wonder why you got the reservation if you're going to do like this. Shouldn't you have called or texted in advance? If it was really difficult to contact to everyone, I think you should have at least written a notice in front of the door and posted it. It’s also rude though.

Went in for a microdermabrasion and contracted a serious skin infection which is still being treated by strong antibiotics. I obviously brought this to the clinics attention where I was only offered LED light therapy. The final discussion was with the managing director, who was condescending and proceeded to laugh at me when I explained to him what 2 GP’s had advised me & refused his offer of going in to be assessed by his ‘qualified’ doctor - 4 days after my initial complaint. After several emails I am yet to receive an apology or any reimbursement. Could not have had a more horrible experience with a ‘reputable’ franchise.

Unfortunately, I had prepaid for several sessions at the clinic in QV and the Emporium. When I initially inquired about using my prepaid treatments at the Emporium clinic, the staff at QV informed me that I couldn't and would need to purchase new treatments there. However, upon visiting the Emporium, their staff mentioned that I could use my QV treatments as they were under the same ownership. Despite raising my concerns about the conflicting information, the response lacked any apology, and the staff simply stated, 'I work in QV as well, I know you can.' It made me feel as if they were doing me a favor, perhaps due to my ethnicity. The entire experience with both the QV and Emporium clinics left me feeling disappointed, embarrassed, and infuriated. On the other hand, the staff at Chadstone and Hobart were much more courteous and helpful. I am determined to find a new clinic to avoid such hassles in the future.

Did anyone feel laserclinics’ policy is pretty unfair? Today I was a little bit late for the appointment(QV, Melbourne) and the staff there just called me the whole treatment would be cancelled and I couldn’t get any money back. I asked them may I only pay the cancellation fee? They said no, the cancellation fee is the money of the whole treatment. I went there and thought it was pretty unfair, but one of the staffs just had a very bad attitude, and told me “it is our policy”. She rolled her eyes, and she had a very arrogant attitude and an unfriendly tone when speaking to me. I am an Asian student, I am not sure whether I meet some racists in this shop. Tbh, I went to a lot of other clinics, the cancellation fee and the whole treatment fee will be different. It was my first time to meet this kind of unfair conditions. But I won’t choose this clinic and I don’t wanna see that girl’s face any more.

Unsatisfied for laser treatment for many reasons: (1) the heat level alway unstable and not gradually increased when they always changing the stuff and she not asking or checking on last session. (2)fooling you on the price, never clear especially if you add on some treatment not on on the package, they let you pay more then they say oh this for you as free next time. For example, always lip price range between $9 to $12 maximum. Today, because me questioning paying extra she charged me $19.15. (3) stuff not friendly and often want to finish you quick rather than doing an excellent job. (4) always missing some parts on laser. I am with from 2019 and as much as I do no significant improvement. For me I will not visit this place again and not recommend for Others.

If you had a bad experience at LCA Emporium, don't bother to come here, this clinic is owned, managed, and staffed by the same people. I wasted $2,804 over 8 months of laser hair removal treatments across the two clinics to get poor to no results. They took advantage of my trust and naiveness to repeatedly and systematically deliver a service in 40-30% less time than it was marketed, booked, expected, and physically required to treat the areas I paid for - justifying their poor service as expected variable length. In reality, they grossly and rushly treated the areas systematically leaving gaps between the hits of the laser. After moving to Clearskincare Brunswick clinic (who uses same laser machines), I magically got better results in just 2 sessions. LHR is a simple treatment from a physics/medical perspective, if you get poor to no results after 3-4 sessions, if you still have to go back here every 4 weeks after 3-4 sessions, it is highly likely that it is not because of your skin, hairs, or bad luck, it's just them who don't do the job right. Look elsewhere, don't waste your money.

Not sure if clients are allowed to take pictures. But all I can say is a superb professionalism of workers. It was my first treatment and the employee discussed all the info in full. I was very impressed as well that they’re concerned about my lifestyle, knowing I’m working on that day and asked me to reschedule my appointment as it will affect me.

The last time I went was the worst experience, unfortunately I have more appointments already paid. I paid for 6 sessions of FULL face in advance and the last time I went the girl simply did what she wanted, without listening to what I asked for, I paid full face and made me just the chin and mustache. I just asked him to make me sideburns and she just didn't want to.. I've done them the previous times without excuses.

Check your refund policies. Purchased a good which is locked to specific clinic. Doesn't lead you to look at booking availability until after, despite no availability, they won't refund (literally can not see why they wouldn't afford this when the website isn't user intuitive to check appointments and starts worry excessive advertising to buy first) OR move the session. They'll just keep your money until they have availability. I needed this service for an event so I'm now going to need to pay again. Won't be going back

Paid full price online and walked in store next day, price is 50% off in store. Asked for store credit, they basically said bad luck. Context - pricing in store is always 50% off or on sales all year round. Their website pricing is misleading per ACCC and store doesn’t do anything about it. On top of this, customer service is terrible. Never coming back again.

It took me weeks to write a review regarding my experience in this clinic as I am not a fan of writing reviews in google towards a business as each one of us has its own experience and it varies from time to time. But this time I spent time to write regarding how poor and extremely bad the customer service I encountered. I've been with laser clinics for almost a year already , some of my treatments I had was in their emporium branch. Had my needling session last 29/12/22 and upon check out a girl mentioned that I still have 2 sessions left. Last 30/01/23 i had another session for skin needling but when check out i was told that I only have 1 left and i need to purchase a new one for the next session. I requested for a review and was told that their manager will email me regarding my disputes. 3 weeks has been passed but i didn't receive any feedback. Called them again to follow up and was promised again that they will email me. But again, they didn't even tried to call or email me back. I got sick and tired of following up. I just cancelled my future appointment and will never ever back again . just an advise to future clients, record all your purchases as their system is not that updated all the time.

(Price transparency feedback) Was told on the day of my booking that I would enjoy a promo price, even confirmed this multiple times with the receptionist However, I was charged $20 more during payment on the day of the treatment, had no choice but to pay up after. Their reason was that the promotional pricing was applicable only if you bought this with other treatments. The receptionist I booked with knew this was the only treatment I was going for but did not 'warn' me about this. Not sure if the treatment truly worked as well but I understand repeated sessions are required to see visible results.

It only takes some flexibility and politeness to win a customer's faith. At the QV laser clinic. I was impressed with Julie for handling my appointment professionally. I was told by a staff to reschedule my appointment as I was late by 20 mins (due to a faulty train). Then Julie clarified on an available slot and not only did she accommodate me with a cheerful smile but did a professional job of micro for me. She gave me all details while doing her job and made customer delight look easy.

First time doing my Botox with mengiun. It was good and the results amazing. Book for lips filler. To be honest, it hurts . But she really have the patience for me. And now I'm back for my first micro filler. Beauty is pain and I recommend this place for you all out there .

Very disappointed. Started off well as I needed an emergency microdermabrasion prior to going overseas. Didnt realise they had the $39 special so that was a bonus. However the actual treatment was suboptimal. I am a seasoned user of many treatments, you name it and I expect results. This one especially although not too recent due to other treatments I'd be getting elsewhere. Whilst the technician was lovely the main aim I felt was about selling me more....... I left the treatment a day but the result was nothing like the microdermabrasions I've had elsewhere. It was ineffective with very little result. The serums and cream they added hid this fact and when I inspected my skin especially the areas I would normally see results there was no change at all. I should have said something at the time of the treatment but I'm too polite and wanted to trust the process. The exfoliation was extremely weak. I rang and was told the manager would contact me.back... no phone call. I am obviously not deemed an important enough customer or future clientele. It would have been to the contrary. Had I been happy this would have been my main go to being close to work. That's ok. Many other salons...I'll try the one further down the road...albeit that's a franchise with targets too no doubt. Hopefully the result is better. Advice: if you can see that some customers have quite a bit of knowledge coupled with an already established skincare regime don't push it....it comes across as desperate and extremely annoying. If we know what we want and ask for one thing that's it. We do not want to be hassled to buy more. It's like car sales for gosh sakes. I also felt I was treated like an idiot having been given what was obviously a watered down treatment . I wont blame the technician 100%, this is obviously a standard trained approach

Today the 10 of December I had an appointment booked with Clara at 4pm When I made the booking I requested only Clara as the others girls I found are not very competent .(probably they just finished the school ) So I arrived in the shop and the lady at the reception told me my appointment wasn’t booked with Clara ! She couldn’t fit me in today ! This is not a good way to work ! If somebody request for a therapist you should leave it ! I work as beauty therapist and I don’t like this sneaky movements !!!!! The manager should do something about it ! Train your staff better for example!

Highly recommend the QV clinic for all laser treatments. They’re consistently running on time and all of the girls are extremely professional and friendly.

I had nasolabial, lip, cheek and chin fillers and disport yesterday. The results for the fillers were immediate and RN Mengjun did an amazing job and the results were beyond and exceeded my expectations! It was my first time having the nasolabial, cheek and chin fillers and I highly recommend! I had lip fillers a few months ago and wanted more so I got another 1ml and Mengjun created a natural yet pouty look which was what I asked for. She has been doing my disport for awhile and has always delivered the look I want. Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal customer of LCA for years (15+ treatments) and can say I will be finding a new laser clinic now. On two occasions I have been 4 and 6 minutes late for appointments in the city (QV and Emporium) and have been told my treatments can’t proceed. I called ahead to notify of my slight delay, and arrived to see 4 employees sitting behind the desk with no other customers and waited on the treatment table only to be told there isn’t time to include half legs in the session, or give me any treatment whatsoever, despite my total treatment time being less than 3 minutes for underarms and Brazilian. Waste of time coming to appointments here when there isn’t even a few minutes leeway on rare occasions when you’re stuck finding parking.

I have taken Brazilian and underarm hair removal package of six sitting but looks like i have made mistake by pre paying. They have expiry date of 12 months and you wont get appointments that frequent. I have taken Brazilian wax and it took 2 minutes for them to done with it, they haven’t done it properly. I din not like their service.

All staff in the clinic are super nice, my last treatment with Jess was amazing! She is friendly and super kind :) … I highly recommend them ❤️

I have done my face hair removal from qv building. There is reduction in hair growth but After treatments I some got pimples on my face, I never had any pimple on my face.

Similar with the experience of a lady in the review, I have been doing hair removal in this store for almost one year. For all the hair removals before, I always arrived on time and waited for extra 5 or 10 min for many times, which I had never complained about. Today I was late for roughly 5 min, got a call from a female staff, saying that she's gonna cancel my appointment. I explained that I've already walked passed INCU and gonna be there in 30 sec. She neglected what I said, insisting that my appointment HAS to be delayed, and just hanged up. Never be treated so rudely as a customer EVER. Update: I didn't doubt anything about the quality of the hair removal. What I care is she didn't listen to my explanation and just hanged up. Just imagine how would you feel if you were just trying to say bye nicely but got hanged up? I also understand that staff member is polite at most time, but the thing is, she hanged up MY phone call and didn't listen to MY explanation. That was MY genuine experience. I don't like the way you indicate that I'm lying about everything🤷🏻‍♂️I've already said sorry for any inconvenience that I brought at the phone, how hard is it for her to admit what she did and say sorry?🤷🏻‍♂️

This review is written for two reasons. One, at my appointment today, the staff were polite,positive and welcoming. It was not only refreshing to be out and about but made me realise how as city we need to unite. The second reason is we all need to be mindful of others. I am sure my therapist had a busy day, I am sure that she has lived the challenges we have all faced over the last few weeks. Today she treated me with such professionalism and happiness. Clara has been my skin therapist for quite some time now. She has been nothing but amazing! Very friendly and welcoming all the time. Since the consultation, she’s always been super friendly and thorough which assures me that I can feel comfortable every time I come in. I haven’t needed as many treatments in some areas as I initially anticipated so that is such a bonus. Her work station is always immaculate and the clinic itself is welcoming and all smiles. Keep up the great work! It’s very much worth it and I wish I had done it sooner. (Keep and eye out for the sales)
