I recently took a First Aid and CPR course, and it was truly exceptional. Parker, our instructor, was fantastic. He made learning enjoyable with his wisdom and humour, and his personal experiences made the content relatable. The course material was presented clearly and concisely, making it easy to understand and remember. It remained relevant and practical throughout. Parker's care for participants' well-being and his focus on the human aspects of potential casualties were truly impressive. Thank you, Parker, for your dedication and professionalism. You're a credit to your profession, and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. Your expertise and personal touch made this course enriching. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking these essential skills.

Bhavana was engaging, entertaining and informative. Probably one of the best trainers I've come across after many years in the corporate sector. Total legend. Recommend

Highly recommend! I had a fantastic experience with Australia Wide First Aid for my recent CPR and First Aid training. The trainer, Catrina, was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly dedicated, enthusiastic, and helpful, making the whole session engaging and enjoyable. I learned a lot of valuable information that will be essential in my childcare job.

I was lucky enough to have Faith as my instructor today for my first aid refresher. I have done a few first aid courses over the years but loved her ability to deliver the content today in an innovative and practical manner. She was very realistic in how she presented the information and gave true, real life scenarios. She also gave some further insight into some tricks and ways to remember key information, ones I had never heard before but found extremely helpful. She was understanding, fun and very empathetic in her approach. Thanks Faith for your support and class today 🙏

We arrived for our training this morning - on time - only to be greeted with a handwritten sign stating that no one would be allowed in after 9am. We were there at 9am. Furthermore, our confirmation email stated that people who arrived 15 mins after the start of the training would not be admitted. This is understandable, but we were on time, and therefore should have been admitted. I will be contacting them on Monday morning and demanding a refund. *** Update: since our unfortunate first experience with Australia Wide First Aid, we have since been contacted twice by their HR and customer service teams to express their concern about the situation. They have given us a full refund for the previous training day, and have offered us a free training session whenever we are available in the future. They have assured us that the trainer responsible for the notice has been disciplined, and that their behavior is not reflective of their organization’s treatment of their trainees. I have accepted their apology and offers, and am impressed with their determination to rectify the situation.

Have to agree. Customer care do not care about the customer at all. We used them fro 4 years plus but they have changed the way they do business. Got locked in with a either lose your money or comply with what we say. After this experience we will take all of our business and that of others to another provider. Well done guys you did a great job building walls to prevent people having a good experience. Goodness you even have to tick a start just to post a review! You don't deserve a star but how else do we get the message out there?

Yes the trainer maybe okay but the company has poor customer service. They run full training session even on weekends yet their offices remain closed with no alternative helpline students can contact in case of any emergency. wait until they open on Monday. I don't think it's a sign of understanding to block a person from attending a training after he travelled long distance to the venue and is only 7 minutes late. I would really understand if I was 15 + minutes late. But 7 minutes after paying, giving my time to do your online 55 questions, cancelled my work and travelled 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach the training only to be sent back home and now I have to pay rebooking fees and also take another day off work. I think you guys needs to really understand in some circumstances.

Really poor customer service. Booked a session according to dates available online. Customer service called and said there is no session on that day. The person who called had no idea what was going on. Said she would call back with the information and it's been days. No call back. I have been on hold on the customer service number for more than 45 min now. No replies to emails. Never using this service again. I am taking action until I get a full refund.

Appalling customer service. I arrived 10 mins late and was refused entry despite the course not having began. The female facilitator was very rude and showed zero understanding as to what could lead someone being late in Melbourne CBD (train delays, traffic jams). So I missed 8 hours pay at work for nothing. I tried to rebook but was told I'd have to pay a $22 rebooking fee. When I emailed expressing my concerns about the customer service I didn't even receive a reply. A very different experience to what I recall 2 years ago with the same company!! Go elsewhere.

I attended the CPR and First Aid class today which I believe was run by a trainer also named Danielle. I was incredibly disappointed by her severe lack of professionalism, kindness and empathy. This trainer was overtly cruel to one girl in particular, rolling her eyes at the girls effort, scoffing, laughing and shaking her head to the rest of the class. Instead of taking more than 5 seconds to teach this girl, she was visibly frustrated and told her to ‘just stop’ on multiple occasions. Following this, the girl went and stood in the corner with her head down clearly embarrassed and upset. This made a number of us incredibly uncomfortable and the more I have thought about it today the angrier I have become, as well as disappointed in myself for not saying something at the time. In addition, the trainer was obviously overwhelmed and frustrated by the large size of the class. Danielle showed the class how to do CPR along with a few other things on the floor at the front of the room which was impossible to see from 3+ rows back, and I personally had to watch other students perform CPR to learn what to do. This course/room would benefit from a raised platform or smaller class sizes to ensure students can actually see and learn efficiently. Helpful hint: If you’re going to use a PowerPoint to display information and pictures, firstly click the slide show button or increase the size of the display so that students can follow along. I feel that I learned more from the 185 questions required before attending, than I did during the 4 hour class.

Excellent delivery of this course by our educator, 'Parker'. I completed my annual CPR update and my first aid update. Parker was engaging, spoke clearly and made me feel confident. The venue in Queen St MELBOURNE was easy to find and accessible via train, tram or car. All in all 'AUSTRALIA WIDE FIRST AID' provide a fabulous course! I've attended many courses over the years run by various other providers and I'd venture to say, this was the BEST!! Thanks Parker 😊

Thanks for a fun but informative First Aide Class. Due to Roger’s to the point delivery (laughs aside) came away feeling we were going to remember & be able deliver some crucial First Aide. Always appreciate too how well set out & organised classes are, no traipsing around unpacking a trainers car boot etc These little things make a difference when you’re initially anxious Highly recommend Australia Wide First Aid

Very informative, and i feel more confident with my first aid skills now. Was great that I could do partially online and partially in person. The first aid trainer was very knowledgeable and made it very easy to learn. I got my certificate the same day we did the practical assessments.

This was my first CPR training course and I was expecting it to be a long underwhelming morning, it turned out very fun, informative and interesting. Faith (the trainer) was very engaging and made the experience far more interesting. I would recommend for anyone interesting in obtaining CPR certificate.

This is the first time I have attended CPR training from Australia Wide First Aid, Their trainers are informative and knowledgeable. Kelly is very attentive and engaging trainer. Our class learned a lot from her today. I received my certificate within the day. Online booking was also easy and the price was quite affordable. I will definitely use Australia Wide First Aid again next time.

The course was extremely beneficial and left at its conclusion confident in my ability to provide first aid assistance on our construction sites. Learning material along with the practical training conducted during the session is high quality. Our teacher was engaging, knowledgeable and made the session enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you to your instructor Glen. A wealth of knowledge, so personable and very engaging. The course covered everything needed for basic first aid, the turnaround time of training and receiving the certificate was within 5 hours. A positive experience all round!

Patrick the trainer who i completed the course with today was excellent. His knowledge was 1st rate and he kept it interesting whilst still being informative. I have completed my first aid training with Australia Wide First Aid on several occasions and have always been impressed with the way they do things, from the online e learning to the reminders you get when it's time to refresh your training.

I have to say very poorly run institution. My experience with the teachers was good but their customer service and admin services are a shambles. I was originally booked in for an Express First Aid course and it was cancelled on the morning of the course with no replacement teacher. This was annoying as the Express courses are only run once per month. I tried to book in multiple times and they said I could not. Finally I organised a full day course as you can only do the express within 12 months of the last but when I showed up I was not on the list and the teacher said he could not let me in the class. I showed him the email from Australia Wide First Aid which said that I was booked but the message had not been transferred to the teacher. The teacher was helpful and tried to call his director but there was no answer so I could not do the class even though I had paid for it. I am wondering g if anyone is actually going to follow up on this now or am I just another number. After initially being happy with the quality of their courses I now have to choose a different provider as I cannot rely on this company’s administration. I demand a refund also as that is 3 times I have not been able to do your course. Please improve the communication systems.

Roger was extremely enthusiastic during the entire course, which allowed us all to be comfortable and confident. He ensured we gained the most out of the course in such a short time and allowed time for us to also practice our skills during our training. I absolutely loved the experience, it was amazing!

I did CPR training today as a requirement of my job. The instructor was great. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name as I arrived after introductions, perhaps the facility can look it up and post below. She delivered the info in a very clear way and gave good practical examples which helped me see how important workplace safety is. I can recommend Australia Wide as I also thought the training was good value for money.

The educator was very knowledgeable and delivered an excellent lesson. Everyone was involved in activities and answering questions. The class was amazing with full laughter, and we all respected each other and listened to each other too. I definitely recommend the class as I personally gain good knowledge, especially learning the basic, such as to provide CPR at first. Thank you, Bonnie, for leading an excellent class.

Instructor did well making alot of information relevant with examples and stories. Facilities were not up to scratch. Bathroom in particular was atrocious. Would consider moving locations if feasible or having words with building management as not well kept.

This is not my first time to renew my certificate. However I was enjoying the class than I expected. The trainer Parker is great. I think He delivered the information successfully with great sense of humor. Some of useful information is beyond the textbook.

Trainer were quite experienced and were engaging throughout the session. My only feedback would be the venue itself. Messy kitchen and no proper airflow. I would have enjoyed, if the venue was more inviting.

I have just finished my training today for a First Aid Certification and was trained by Faith. Faith is extremely exceptional in her energy and is born to teach. She has a really kind and uplifting energy and effortlessly keeps the class well engaged, communicates the knowledge in a way that is easy to be grasped, understood and remembered. She handles all questions kindly and with an appreciation for the participation of the class. I cannot commend on Faith’s energy and teaching method enough.

The course content was exactly as expected. Have completed this course a fair few times with other companies, and found the content to be the same. Our instructor Danielle was quite confrontational and blunt with our class, and was visibly quite flustered from the offset with individuals not having completed the pre-work, and the large amount of bookings. The room was very warm and stuffy, to which an elderly lady asked if there were any cooling solutions. Danielle advised that she was fine so the whole class would be fine, and mentioned she had no control of it, perhaps over 7 times in 5 minutes. Danielle overall was very abrupt and borderline singled class members out for either not understanding, or because they were asking questions. Unfortunately I will not be back again.

This is a comprehensive course and Parker, who is passionate about this subject, really knew his stuff. Parker went above and beyond the subject matter about what you could or couldn't do, where the law covers you. Most importantly, around the mental health aspect of stepping up during emergency first aid. I highly recommend this course.

  • 5/5 Adam S. 5 months ago on Google

This was the most effective and entertaining First Aid & CPR training I have ever experienced! Roger used humour and repetition to convey critical points and the time simply flashed by. I left with a new confidence about performing as a first aider should I find myself in this position. Thank you Roger.

  • 4/5 Tallulah R. 3 months ago on Google New
Faith was a friendly, kind and knowledgeable trainer who clearly knows her stuff! She made the sessions engaging and funny which really helped learning all of the information. The only downside to this training was that the dummies were not very hygienic (by no fault of the trainer). Even though they were sanitised after every use, the condensation from the breathing in the CPR exercise clearly gets caught inside the dummies ‘mouth’. Later on when the dummy is used upright for other exercises, that condensation dribbles out - and it is disgusting to say the least because you don’t always have the same dummy you started with! This was not only noticed by me but a few other students in the class.

I have completed first aid 3 times in the last 10 years and CPR 8 times in that period... This is by far the most outrageous fail of a course. Second page of the question's are related to maths and spelling? How this is relevant in saving lives at a First Aid or CPR level is beyond me. You need 100% to pass... DON'T TAKE THIS COURSE I walked out of the course

As a company, our experience with Australia Wide First Aid was a disgrace. The amount of work expected from our staff prior to the training day was never mentioned until we had paid and booked. The staff at Australia Wide First Aid had very little concern for us and our lack of USI numbers. Eventually with the threat of canceling the course, we got some action from their end. The trainer was great but everything before and after the training day was a disgrace. I would advise staying away.

The location is the only good thing about this place. Since day 1, I have been using this training provider to renew my first aid and CPR. But this time around, The trainer for CPR was so rude, the way she talks to people is so inconsiderate. She make you feel like you don't belong anywhere. When you pay for a service you would expect it will be delivered in a professional manner. Respect goes both ways. Good thing, this is not the only place to do first aid and CPR.

My colleague and I competed our training at Australia Wide First Aid this morning with Bhavana. It was a fantastic session, very informative and Bhavana did an amazing job of answering everyone’s questions and ensureing we had a solid understanding of each component. Australia Wide First Aid runs a great course and thank you Bhavana for the training.

Training was good! Bhavana was my trainer. He knowledge of the content was excellent. While I personally found the pace she delivered the content was fairly quick, she did a great job overall within the time we had. Thank you.

Bhavana is a really responsible teacher that she gave us two opportunities to do the CPR practice on both casualties, an adult and a baby. It gives me a very unforgettable experience to review back the knowledge that she taught us in the class! Thank you very much!

Thoroughly enjoyed session. Bharvana’s exceptional knowledge and delivery of the content was excellent. Maybe the pace, at times, with which she delivered the content was a bit quick for me, but overall she did a great job. Very satisfied and appreciative.

👍 My beef is with the excessive surcharges, which just makes the pricing out of whack. I enjoyed the food and vibe. It's a 10% surcharge on the weekend, and they have a standing card surcharge, despite not providing an alternative non-surcharged payment option - which is cheeky. I think you should...

😠 If I could give this business 0 stars, I would.I came in as a model for her student however as I arrived there was absolutely no consultation, I had no idea how the procedure would go, I was also given no aftercare. On top of that, when she came over to take over the tattooing process with me, She...
