Lakes Entrance is a coastral town in east victoria. This place is must see tourist attraction for lakes and long drives.

Manned by very enthusiastic knowledgeable and welcoming individuals. So pleased I popped in to see them as the wealth of background information made such a difference to choices for where as a differently abled person I could go with confidence. Can't thank these ladies and gent enough.

It was a bit confusing walking in as someone at the front desk was talking on the phone but there was lots of information here about the local area and beyond.

One of the best visitor information centre i've been to. And i traveled all over australia this summer. Amazing people and very friendly. If you are traveling to lakes, make sure to have a stop here before all else. They will show you the best places and will help you with any questions you have. Great job people

Thank you to the ladies that helped us, we had a great time. We are now planning a trip to this area, instead of stopping as we pass through on our way to somewhere else. There is parking metres from the door Coach and caravan parking is available in a spacious drive through area just across the road and adjacent to a lovely park with shade and BBQ facilities. The friendly volunteers assisted us with information on so many activities in the region plus information on many other towns we were curious about visiting or might like to see on our travels. We got a lot of very useful information to help us. The visitor information centre has all the usual maps, information about local events and tourist attractions. The toilet facilities in this complex are very good and appear to be well maintained.

Best visitors centre in the east! Have been here a couple of times and very impressed with the set up.

The lady in there is so lovely, and very helpful. You certainly find enough information for the local area and surrounds, mementos and local products for sale. I would recommend calling in there for a visit to find out the best spots to see while you are staying in town.

Great spot, good well presented collection of information. Able to purchase the usual trinkets as well as fishing license and art on display up stairs. Call in to get all the info to plan your stay.

The guy working the day we went was super helpful, great customer skills... The woman spent more than 15minutes talking on the phone on a private call that should have been taken somewhere else...no one needs to know all about how is doing who and married to someone else.... Leave person views and person gossip at home.

We stopped here whilst visiting Southern Australia on a motorhome tour. We had a fabulous time on our trip and everywhere we went the scenery was amazing, the people friendly and very welcoming. We can thoroughly recommend you do the same as Australia is an amazing place. Highly recommended ?
