Staff are rude and would prefer to talk to each other over their customers. It's sometimes hard to find a park, especially with children with you. The aisles are narrow and don't seem as if a pram would fit through them. I hopped around the store with a bad knee, looking for a strap and I past at least ten staff members, who were chatting to each other and there was nobody to ask where something was located and if you do ask they show through body language that your being a inconvenience.

Very slow service. The pharmacist told me the wrong isle for kids medicine. Cashier was friendly, surprisingly. Security eyeball you and have zero people skills. The little extra you may save does not stack up to the poor level of service or frustration. Unlikely to return unless I am desperate.

What a Creep! So 7pm on Monday the 20th, and as i was shopping at Chemist warehouse with my husband, went to the counter to pay and the old security Man standing at the door did not take his eyes off me sending me creepy smiles and nodding his head while that time my husband didnt notice! Im his daughter’s age and well dressed just to mention!!! As i was leaving the door, he even turned around trying to stair at me and then i had to stop and say something emotionally and he regret it and apologized! End of story, please make sure you consider this with security staff when i should feel comfortable around them not freaked out! More respect please to women!

Was treated extremely badly after asking for some simple directions, and when I asked the pharmacist for a specific type of medicine that wasn't generic I was questioned on it for 5 minutes.. When I had a very valid reason that was quite frankly none of their business.

I usually shop at chem wearhouse but this store had rude pharmacist. Got charged twice for my medication and when I asked why, they said it's a service fee which I've never experienced before anywhere else. Been on that medication for 7 years and never been charged a "service fee". No matter what time of day I go, I wait at least 30 minutes to an hour, this has happened 3 times. I understand they can be busy but 1 hour is ridiculous. Safe to save 3 times, shame on me for going there. Won't happen again 🤚

The services were extremely awful, asked a girl name Nguyen Phuong Ngan to assisted me to find a product and she didn't even answer and just walked away without saying anything. Do not recommend coming here!!!

When trying to shop for products like vitamins etc. you are literally bombarded with the sound of 6-7 tvs running 6-7 different commercials at the same time. The volume is quite loud and so annoying and distracting that I can’t stand in that place for more than a couple of minutes. Whether this is one of their sales tactics or not, I decided to get my aspirin and vitamins elsewhere. Also I agree with other reviews here the staff is just too rude.

Main pharmacist here is great — friendly, helpful with great advice delivered with care and compassion. Kudos to her she does a terrific job. Several others I’ve experienced here however are rude, judgemental and difficult, especially if you have a sensitive script. It is completely unacceptable to attempt to make a patient feel uncomfortable about the medications they’ve been prescribed — yes my medication is for me, my name is on the script! Checkout and aisle staff are generally rude and disinterested teenagers who act like they’d rather be anywhere else and treat customers accordingly.

Staff avoid eye contact so as not to have to assist you with any basic service , they have no stock of anything anyway . Prescriptions advertised on website with specific prices ( that Priceline will do ) then try to charge you nearly double when you actually go to pick up prescription medication . Waited 40minutes in store only to have to wait in line again to cancel prescription due to fraudulent price increases. Will never go there again . Did manage to get what I wanted at the other local Amal chemist just across the car park and at cheaper pricing

I visited Chemist Warehouse Mentone on a Sunday and needed assistance with choosing a foundation. I have always had difficulty choosing a foundation that was suited for my skin, but one of the girl's recommendations was spot on! She didn't have a name tag, but she spent time looking for my perfect shade and even being considerate of my undertone. To the girl with black hair and braces, thank you.

Refused to give me more than one Ventalin inhailer from my 5 repeat script. If they really care about their customers well being they would know the importance for asthma suffers to have access to Ventalin. Idiots !

Chemist warehouse is the best thing that has happened to Mentone. Cheap prescriptions and off the counter medications too. The customer service is excellent. The Mentone store. has so many discounted products, especially Vitamins. The staff are professional in assisting customers. Pharmacist are always stocking shelves yet they stil assist with the item you would like to purchase. They are very helpful with anything you need help with. People under estimate the staff, they work hard and give you the right advice to suit your needs. They have a new room which accommodates vaccinations, the staff remind people to attain their vaccinations or apply for a free rapid test every month if eligible..The store is always stocked, clea. Thank you to everyone, and a big thank you to Danny and Jamie and the rest of the pharmacist team who are very efficient. Everyone is complaining about waiting times, we all wait at chemists it's not only at Chemist warehouse..I love the idea how customers are messaged when prescriptions are ready. I see most of the time medications are always ready and annouced a couple of times yet noone is around to pick them up. I found the male chemist working on Sunday 31st July was rude and condescending with an extremely poor attitude towards both staff and customers alike. I will not be returning to this chemist because of him!!

Came here to buy cold tablets and nasal spray (me wife got cold yesterday and me today). Grabbed 2 x Demasin sprays to realise at the counter that only one allowed at the time. Really? We work in different places and driving different cars.. Went back to the shelf, grabbed 3rd spray (they kept the 2nd one), came to the same guy literally 45 seconds later - no problem! Dear Chemist WH, reasonable and understandable limits start somewhere around quantity 4-5 I reckon for nonprescription meds, please improve, don't be stupid

This chemist warehouse is the worst. They legitimately lost my prescription. I am in disbelief. I rely on this medication and they couldn't find it. Never leave your prescriptions here

Poorly mannered security guard accused my wife of theft of a product not even stocked in their underwhelming excuse for a business!!! Scripts take a while to be filled however the pharmacists are nice and helpful. Surprised that they didn't have soap containers in stock. Layout of store is a bit messy and things are often located in weird locations down different aisles.

So l went to chemist warehouse mentone this morning, the product l wanted was out of stock ,checkout unattended and then someone with poor English approaches l was just asking when you were getting more stock in simple.

Where do I start? Firstly, I was shamed for being 'fat' despite me only weighing 192 kilos. The man writing the prescription laughed at my type 2 diabetes, despite diabetes being a completely genetic disease. The store is badly laid out, with back ointment being next to the jelly beans! Never come here!

Treating every customer as a potential shoplifter is just unacceptable. I walked in made a purchase after waiting in line and walked out and had to be subjected to a handbag check …. You can do better

I have been a customer for nearly 2 years. The staff are always helpful..The chemist is so clean and immaculate condition. Their stock is always available. The prices are the the cheapest. There are always staff that drop everything and escort you to where the product is.. All staff members have a sound knowledge of their products..Their advice is really beneficinary. The staff make time to talk about any quieties you have.. Although the prescription area is so busy. The pharmacists still takes the time to explain what the doctor has prescribed and makimg sure you understand the.prescription. The attention.to.detail what makes them unique. All.the staff friendly all have clean uniforms all are ready to help with anything.you need. I have had assistance from the staff so many times. They always directed me to.the right path and helped me to be at ease while while they sorted out my scripts..The staff are very quick in.understanding what you are after dont judge a book by its cover..treat them with respect they know everything in the store Thank you to everyone

Really lovely and professional staff that followed up professionally and discreetly my harrassment complaint against their security subcontractor security guard whom followed me out to my car and pressured me for my number. Really went out of their way to look after me.

Great pharmacy

I bought a purple weekly pill box for the disabled man I live with & care for so it would be easy for him to dispense his own medications. Shortly after I bought another one as he was going away for 2 weeks so needed the extra pill box. When he arrived home after the 2 weeks away his carer told me the pill boxes were useless as some of the compartment lids wouldn't stay shut. This disabled man cannot use them as so many of the pills fall out when he is trying to get out the ones he needs to take at the required time. I tried returning the boxes today but since I didn't keep my receipts (didn't think I'd need to!) to be told there was a 7 day return policy. NO WONDER! After 7 days the lids won't close and you can't use them. These are badly made & defective. Now I will have to get his medications made up by the chemist in Webster packs, at extra cost to him. And it definitely won't be at Chemist Warehouse. The least you could do is refund a disabled man who is out of pocket for the defective products you sell! 😫👎

Loads of stock and wider aisle a which is great. Pretty easy to get too but the dispensary seems to be under the pump each time I visit and it takes 15 to 20 mins to get scripts.

Don't go here unless you want to be harassed by the security guard. I went in and was being followed around by him which already made me very uncomfortable. I walked out to my car after my purchase and locked my doors and he followed and tried to open my door. He started asking for my number and I told him I was taken to which he said "can we still be friends." He's lucky I didn't go to the police... I was so uncomfortable and scared.

Telling me hydrogen peroxide is a restricted product. Bought 3 at Woolies next door. Idiots

Have been a couple of times to the pharmacy and it's like a processing plant. Really bad attitudes and a lack of true service. It's just submit your scripts, wait and get out. I would rather go somewhere that charges a little bit more and provides service. Will not go back.

A very busy store with often long waits for prescriptions but the staff here will do their absolute best to help you, both in the shopfront and dispensary.

Management have been rude on multiple occasions including to my mum. While staff have always been friendly and nice, management have terrible costumer service.

Over a 30 minute wait for a script is ridiculous. Pharmacy staff were very rude. I won’t be back. A real let down for the name ‘chemist warehouse’

Ridiculous service - had my doctor email me my prescription, went to this pharmacy as it was on the way. Got told they need doctor to fax to them directly (Not sure about you, but I'm not stuck in 20th century). Went to Amcal - they accepted my emailed prescription without any issues at all. Won't be wasting my time going back here again.

Bought a perfume 22 Dec 2019, sales lady assured me the same perfume I am referring a tester in the shelves. I told her the box said cologne assured me that is the same. Got home open the box well it is not. I phoned the store 24 Dec 2019 for exchange told me that they don’t do exchange or return due to the box is open. What a full of BS if your staff stuff it up well you should honour what you said I am buying is the same thing I wanted. The sales lady gave me her assurance and I take her for it. Lesson learned double or tipple check your self and don’t trust the sales person in the store.

Lovely staff, but very busy store and clearly over worked, ideally I will find a local independent pharmacist, if they still exists, who has more time for their community.

Last week I was collecting medicine from the pharmacy area at the Mentone store. Whilst I understand the store and the pharmacy area, is generally always busy. I stood there waiting being ignored, along with all the people waiting behind me; whilst the pharmacist and some older grey haired lady from the floor area gossiped. All it takes is an acknowledgment, “sorry won’t be long”?? But to continue on whilst the queues grew longer is just plain bad manners. The older grey haired lady has become really sour of late. Also another thing I feel chemist warehouse need to be called out on is dispensing medication with a short use by date. Several times now, one of medicines has had only four months use on it prior to expiration. I have discussed this with the pharmacist as medication generally has to have a twelve month expiration date at issue? I just wonder where they are getting the close to use by stock??

There are so many varieties in this shop, convenient parking and the staffs are friendly and helpful.
