Friendly, helpful staff. Many items are cheaper than other supermarkets, special items best bought on the day, as stock sold out a couple days later. Store was cleaned and maintained, all shells were stocked.

It has a lot of things when there speacils come out its somewhere different to check out and shop

Great range and goods are cheaper than the other big 2. It would be awesome if they had delivery, click and collect. Very friendly staff who seem like they want to be there to help!

Pretty good but the prices are not as good as they used to be. I don't do my full shop at ALDI, but for the items I buy, I'm pretty happy with the quality.

While the products are alright, staff are very rude and rush you through the counters. They expect that you dump your goods into the trolleys. It is shocking to see old people being rushed through. The cashiers can be extreme and push your items into the trolley, they did just that and I had an awful experience at Aldi Newcomb. Besides, the stores are systemically understaffed, under-supplied and there is no much product variety. Customer service is non-existent, they have Agro old ladies at the counters. Prices are very similar to Woolworths and Coles although customer service at those supermarkets is outstanding and there is plenty of products to choose from. I thought it was a convenience store and I traded prices with horrible customer service, however I see no reason to go to Aldi ever again. I was mostly disgusted anyways. I have been enjoying the shopping experience at Woolworths ever since so I guess the bad experience was a blessing in disguise.

Newcomb aldi staff are lovely. Not the biggest store and some of the range is limited.but always a pleasure shopping there. Never huge queues

Generally better prices but not as big a stock range as Coles and Woolworths, tending to Aldi home brands.

I love going down the centre isle and seeing what random stuff Aldi have. I didn’t buy anything this time but it was just fun having a look. Lots of different advent calendars, even a coffee pod one. I must go back and get that before December. Like most Aldi stores, they are all pretty much the some. Lots of saving. I always feel a bit rushed with the checkout staff. Glad they get to sit.

They do scanning very fast, they won’t give u time to put your stuff in your bag Ha Ha Ha Ha 😂

This aldi is good, the special buys haven’t been in stock at the right catalog time which is annoying, some staff are super friendly and helpful which is a nice change from other Aldi’s! My grandma prefers this one to others

I hope Aldi put self serve checkouts one day It’ll save customers having to wait in line for so long and it gets people out the store quicker the Aldi in Melbourne has self serve checkout

Good prices and friendly staff

The checkout operator today was very rude not wanting to listen to me when l brought a packet of apples back that were not fresh. She yelled at me then offended in front of other customers pushing the money in my hand and wanting me to leave already serving another cutomer. So rude and mean without the reason. Never had such as nasty experiance, made me so upset. Hope the management will consider this and will not happen to anybody else.

Over the past ten years i've bought a ship load of stuff from various Aldi outlets ,,, out of all that stuff , never a problem . the foods great and everything else like tools , gadgets etc are of a good standard .. i particularly like Aldi's honesty in TV commercials where Aldi admits to getting a few things wrong in the past ,,, thumbs up
