Went in for the first time on Friday. I had my dog and a toddler in a pushchair and don’t drive so asked to see if I could fit a 15kg dog food bag in my pushchair before paying. The ladies were so helpful. I didn’t lift a finger one of them brought it to me and managed to fit it in the pushchair herself. So so helpful, attentive and welcoming in here.. great prices too.

Very cramped and claustrophobic inside…. Outside near the back door is an absolute mess. Old shelving unit, old display board and there is always a pallet lying around and masses of cardboard…

Y 6Brilliant old fashioned pet shop. all the newest toys and petfood and local stockist of Arden Grange dog food at really good prices. Well worth a visit. Very friendly atmosphere. 6 stars

There's a wide variety of foods, treats, toys and also things like harnesses, leads, flashing lights, mussels and engraved tags. They provide for birds, small animals, cats and dogs and it's all at a really good price. The staff are lovely too.

I love how you can buy your pets snacks package free and the compostable poop bags! The staff always give my dog a treat which is why he tries to drag me in on the way past every time!!
