Must emphasise that l had gone for specific products so l didn't look around the rest of the store. The 5 stars are based on the friendly and helpful staff and the availability of suitable foods. My rescue hound, Loki, is only allowed low-fat foods due to a long-term term health issue. They had a good selection, albeit not cheap, but comparable to other stores. I think it's a good idea that they are all together saves looking at every packet they have! The aisles are wide so would easily take a wheelchair / motorised scooter, and there is disabled parking spaces near the entrance. On a bus route.

I go in every week for treats for my dogs, the staff are happy, friendly and polite, loads of choice and variety plus there's plenty of room to park my lorry in the car park which is a bonus

First time we've been here. It took us a while to find hand gel to use. Not a massive range and it was a lot smaller inside than it looks outside. Staff didn't speak/smile to us despite us saying hello at the checkout. We'll stick to the Forest Town /Mansfield one they're always pleasant and shop is fab!

This store has a great selection of pet goods. Although they have some food/supplies for exotic pets like reptiles/rodents. They seem to mainly supply for dogs.

Took pur dogs here to get our youngest a collar lead and harness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Use this shop for most of our pet things.

Great, nipped in for poo bags so we could take the dog a walk because I forgot to pick some up when we left home🤣🤦‍♀️ very clean, staffy very friendly, disabled spaces and wheelchair friendly if needed, big variety of treats, toys and food to choose from so we picked up a few packets of treats too.

An excellent store and offers a wide range of products and services. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Louise. We took our boys for a grooming, one of which is nervous but with the caring nature of Shannon he was fine in the end. They are highly recommended.

Friendly staff in there, some staff do like to start a conversation which is always nice. And for a small(ish) shop, they do stock a fair amount of decent quality brands that aren’t full of cereal and sugar and they have a wide selection of natural treats which is great. I love going here as I prefer the treats from here to anywhere else. And you have a decent range of natural treats which is always fully stocked whenever I go in. I shop elsewhere for my dogs food as I get staff discount but in terms of their dog food in pets and friends, they have some decent brands in there. The only downside to pets and friends is that they are a bit pricy at no fault of the staff of course. Their products are always cheaper on other online companies. The only way to make it better is doing their offers such as 4 for the price of 3, which works out better but still a bit much and you’re still spending more in the end really because you’re buying more products. So you either by 1 item that’s expensive. Or you buy in bulk for the offers but end up spending more money anyway because you’re getting more items. It’s a shame they didn’t have some form of loyalty scheme for in store spending. Or if there is, I haven’t been made aware. Rating any less than 4 stars I think would be harsh considering I’m rating the store itself, not the whole company. These guys are friendly and the store stocks some decent products so I think 4 stars is fair.
