Steve provides a wonderful jewellery service. He painlessly and easily removed my wedding and engagement rings when my pregnant hands got too swollen, and then cleaned, resized & replated them beautifully months later. A lovely guy, reasonable prices and quick friendly service.

Ordered a name ring with kids names, for the kids to give to my wife, for Mother's Day. As most things we left it till 8 days before mothers day to order. I had zero expectations that it would be ready on time given the last minute order. Steve orgiased the 3D CAD video and said he was confident we could pickup on mother's day. Unexpectedly, as promised pickup was on mother's Day. Plus on pickup I found he took time out of his mother's Day to open just for us. Steve's communication was great. Price was great and Quality was amazing. Most importantly mum was SUPER happy. Thank you Steve and team.

Our experience with GN Designer Jewellers was extraordinary! We bought my engagement ring + our both wedding ring and we are so happy!!! Steve was excellent to deal with, in every single aspect of our interaction with him. We came in with a very tedious job, as the bracelet design meant that it was detached with the smallest amount of pressure applied. We went to numerous jewellers who said that the job would be near impossible. When we engaged Steve, he was very forthcoming and professional in our interactions. The craftsmanship was truly second to none and I know with the difficulties he encountered, he could've truly charged us a lot more. He could not come more highly recommended - thank you Steve!

I had a very positive experience with Steve. A prompt response to an online enquiry. A less than three week turnaround on a bespoke bracelet for my wife’s 40th. From a emailed, pencil-drawn sketch and one phone call Steve hit the brief perfectly. Stunning packaging and even a box of choccies for my wife when he found out it was for her birthday. Very reasonable price. She loves it!! When I attended the shop to pick it up, I had a good look around and he has some stunning pieces in the showroom. Highly recommend!

I discussed with Steve Pallas about making my diamond necklace and he drew some drawings. I would have normally been apprehensive, I've had jewellery hand made before and l was very disappointed. Because l could view some of Steve's artwork, l was confident. I couldn't be more pleased.

Wonderful experience, picking an engagement ring. Nick was so patient and helpful it was so much fun and the ring is beautiful and within the budget! Will definitely be back for the wedding rings. Highly recommended!! I got a pair of silver earrings fixed here. I had taken them to another store before and I was told nothing could be done. They were repaired and polished, you can hardly notice which one was broken. They look like brand new. They were all super friendly. They make you feel that no job is small.
