Took in my Olivia Burton 3D bee watch here as I accidentally dropped it on the hard wooden floor during the week. Was grateful (and told lucky) that all I needed was the hands refitted (as the parts of this watch were made especially made for this design). Was done in just 45 minutes, an added bonus. I also appreciate the advice to avoid putting on near hard surfaces because of the watch part situation! Great watch battery replacement service for my Longines watch - it would have been ‘while you wait’ but Jarrod helpfully noticed the watch band needed a clean. My watch now looks brand new.
