Ian and Jess have provided the most incredible service throughout the whole process of designing an engagement ring and wedding bands. Ian's attention to detail and ability to interpret our vision, paired with Jess's extraordinarily communication skills, left me and my fiance not only with stunning rings, but with fond memories of the whole experience. My fiance remarked that she's a little bit sad we've finished the process and don't have any future appointments to look forward to. 10/10 will return as soon as we find a reason to.
