I just realised that this sounds like a paid advertisement after i typed it 😅. I had to praise Lawrence and Temelli team for treating us so well and with so much respect even though our purchase may have been very small compared to the many expensive pieces they must be selling on a daily basis. Me and my wife were so lucky to find Temelli Jewellery shop just by chance one day as we were checking a few other Jewellers to get a Diamond necklace done urgently. No other shop was able to give us a worthy necklace within our timeline while being in our budget. Lawrence and the team went above and beyond to work with us and tailor their signature piece to our budget. Lawrence was very welcoming, patient, and was even willing to push his own team to make it work for us. Lawrence kept giving us updates about the necklace every couple of days, and with our busy schedule, he made our life a bit easy and one less thing to worry about. And yes, as promised, Temelli delivered amazing piece on time and with better specifications than what we were promised(they delivered with better clarity stones and higher CT than initial agreement). We would definitely only be going back to Temelli for any jewellery needs from now on. You will not get a better deal anywhere else or find someone like Lawrence who goes above and beyond to make sure you leave absolutely happy with your purchase.

Temelli exceeded our expectations beyond belief! We were quite disappointed after going to Janai (just next door). The consultation with Janai was very underwhelming, and impersonal. We felt rushed. Considering that my now fiancée and I were looking for an engagement ring, Janai should be treating each customer with excitement and care. Instead, they treated us like just another number. Not giving us any details about the gems, advising, etc. Just showing us options and then rushing to finish our session. So I'd NEVER recommend Janai to anyone. With Temelli, however, we knocked on their door just a few minutes after finishing with Janai. They had just shut up shop. But instead of turning us away, they made an exception for us and let us in. A lovely lady answered all our questions and then booked us in for a subsequent consultation with a gemologist. During the consult, the initial lady told the gemologist about our experience with Janai, so he made sure to do everything Janai did NOT, which is exactly what were looking for. He gave us real good advice about the gems, rings, the time required, etc. Not only that, but he did something almost unheard of - he got our custom engagement ring done within just one week! He created 3D renders, communicated with us via WhatsApp, and more. He and the Temelli team really went above and beyond! As a result, my fiancée was able to get her ring in record time and just before she was set to leave overseas. She was over the moon and I was incredibly impressed. From here on out, if anyone is ever looking to get custom jewelry done in Melbourne, I will always mention Temelli. They're the real done, and deserve every 5-star review they can get.
