My watch (Tag Heuer) was gifted to me from my mother 17 years ago and has great sentimental value. We used Gregory’s Jewellers to resize an engagement ring. It is a family heirloom, so it was quite damage. Ralph and Kesh done a great job with helping me to pick the right size. I attended this jewellery store in Highpoint to look for a ring for my partner several months ago. It was the first store I browsed so I looked at a few others within the shopping centre. I returned shortly after as the rings that Gregory's was offering and the customer service experience by Janiie was second to none. The engagement ring was beautiful enough to compensate for everything I was lacking in order to get my partner over the line and say "yes". Janiie was really attentive to my needs and sufficiently answered any questions of mine. She also made me aware of the smaller (but potentially important considerations of purchasing a ring). She had comprehensive knowledge of the jewellery on offer. What isn't usually a simply process was made simple. I also needed to have the ring re-sized and the team at Chadstone was fantastic in facilitating that process. All in all, thank you to Janiie at Gregory's Highpoint. I hope to return for the wedding ring purchase.

Went in to get my ring cleaned as it is a service they apparently offer after you buy from them. The two girls working made out like I was a huge inconvenience asking them this favor and reluctantly took the ring, which then they cleaned and when I asked if it was ready I was told to wait as they were busy. Just rude manners and bad people skills
