Glenn was amazing to work with, my fiancé and I felt like we were in good hands the entire way through having our rings made. MJS was recommended to me by a friend, but we also had another jeweller in mind. When I popped into their studio to have a look at samples and a chat to Glenn, I decided then that they would make our rings. Glenn was clearly enthusiastic about his work and made me confident we would find rings we loved. I tried on many rings at many places before settling on a design. In the end, it was one of Glenn's samples I chose. I used gold from my grandfather's rings, diamonds from my fiancés great grandmothers ring and a new ruby. Glenn was more than willing to incorporate these family heirlooms into my piece. We also had our wedding bands made at the same time, so everything fits together. Highly recommend!

Lost an amethyst from a sentimental ring. It was an unusual shape but Glenn found one, replaced it and tightened up the claws in the ring and had it back to me the next day. I got my beautiful engagement ring caught on a draw and it slightly bent. Having moved to Melbourne this year I wasn't sure where to go to get this looked at. One of my colleagues recommended Melbourne Jewellery Service will look after me. I turned up yesterday at 8am and they were able to fix it for me in 20 minutes and it looks perfect again.
