I have just picked up my beautiful white gold wedding ring with 3 diamonds. The owner Megan helped design the ring to suit my taste and budget. I am so pleased with the outcome. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Waterdale Jewellery. I had a ring resized, this ring is from Finland and is very sentimental to me so I was hesitant for it to have any work done given the unique pattern and shape of the design. However, they did the most perfect job with it, it doesnt even look like it’s been touched and was done within a week. The staff were all lovely too! They did an amazing job and made me feel very confident to leave my rings with them. Both rings look/ fit beautifully. They also polished the platinum rings to perfection. I had my engagement ring resized here a few months ago and will definitely come back if I need this service again. They were really helpful in checking my size (even after realising I'm very sensitive to temperature change they resized again for me at a later date). The ring came back thoroughly cleaned and polished, it looked amazing and now fits perfectly.

I have recently had a few jobs done at Waterdale jewellery and I cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience there. My wedding band was missing a tiny diamond which Daniel fixed back to perfection. I also had my engagement ring amplified by re-setting it with two extra blue sapphires, which represented the addition of my two beautiful sons after getting married. During the whole communication process of redesigning my ring, Daniel listened to my brief and gave me advice when I needed it. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed, and definitely felt like he put my interest first. I am now constantly admiring my gorgeous rings, and will definitely be back for more in the future.
