    I have called 118 times between 8am-9am on 31/01/2023. At times the phone was showing as ‘user busy’ and at times it rang but no one picked up. Eventually on the 118th attempt a receptionist picked up and told me no appointment for today. All appointments have been booked and that I have to ring again the next day. I cannot book a future appointment. She also said today have been quieter than normal days. I was told to book a private appointment.

    Worst doctors I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Firstly it’s near impossible to get a appointment and when you eventually do get through on the phone and book a appointment they cancel it via Text! This is the second time this has happened and both times ‘due to unfortunate circumstances’ once is unfortunate twice is a joke no professionalism whatsoever . My 2 year old has to wait another 3 weeks for her injections now because of the incompetence of this doctors!

    I just want to say that this practice is great after new doctors have been in. Lana always helps me and is very polite and understanding towards patients. She always helps and goes out her way to help patients. Thank you for all your hard work. And thank you to the other doctors and reception staff who have been so helpful. Sherin

    Came here for a blood test for the first time after registering. I wasn’t waiting long until I was called in and the service by the nurse was excellent. She was really helpful and engaged in conversation which ultimately made having to go for a blood test a more enjoyable experience. Thank you!

    The nurse I saw was so lovely she really had the time of day for me! My kids were running wild and she didn't even flinch. As well as being very professional she had time for a chat which is lovely when your stuck on with only child conversation all day. The nicest member of staff I have been seen by since being at this doctors. What a lovely lady :)

    The phone system is terrible. Instead of putting the caller in a queue....your phone call is turned off because the 'line is busy'. I've been ringing multiple times for the past 5 minutes. It's absolutely terrible! I've also been on the 'waiting list' for registration for over 2 months now.

    I had a pleasant experience at BMC, I got an appointment which was further confirmed through a text. I also received several reminders to help in blocking my calendar and then the staff were so warm and helpful. Thank you.

    I moved to this practice a few months ago and I'm so glad I did. Everyone is really helpful and polite from the receptionists to the doctors. I needed to book in with the nurse for blood tests and I was booked in for the next day. I am terrified of needles but the nurse was lovely and really put me at ease. We were chatting that much I didn't even realise she had done it.

    Worse GP ever!! You can hardly get any appointments and when you do, you have to wait for hours for the doctor to see you. I have moved from here and will be moving all my family too. You will see out of your doctor more than this GP if you’re registered here.

    This is from Neville speakes age85 to sue the receptionist for her compassion and understanding. She excellent in all aspects of her job, its a shame more young people who work there Do not take a example of caring from her experience and work example. Can't thank you enough for your warmth caring and compassion. It would be a complete different place if she was not.there keep up your excellent work it does not go unnoticed many thanks sue .From Neville Speakes.

    Amy the nurse & Leesa the Manager are fabulous at what they do. They go out there way to support and provide a healthy service. Would be great to see the old reception staff back they we're AMAZING. Doc Shafiq, Doc Padama Doc Abbey are great..

    Awful surgery, they dictated to me I had to come in for my medication to be checked on joining the surgery despite my medications being clearly documented in my notes. When I wouldn't go in because I can't around their opening hours they stopped my medication so this is now being progressed legally

    Doctors are very professional and really good, but the receptionist are terrible I asked for my repeat prescription and she asked me to fill a online form whereas it never happened before, im ran-out of my medicine and badly need it but she couldn’t get me any kind of help Terrible service thinking to leave this surgery

    I’ve been at this place for a very long time and I’ve seen what it’s like inside they aren’t even that busy they just chilling and talking to each other instead of picking up the phone to people that needs medical attention you guys need to approve on picking up the phone and not keep ending the call

    This practice goes beyond to support there patients. Sue immediately arranged an appointment within short notice and the Gp arranged a quick face to face. Emails are replied to with swift repeat prescription requests. Outstanding customer service.

    This surgery just never answers the phones, ever. Website says to call the surgery for queries etc, I've rang on multiple different days at different times too, it’s not just the mornings when you can’t get through, they just never answer! 14-2-23 - 215 attempts between 08:00-08:26

    Applied online to be signed up to the service it’s been almost 3 months now with not even so much as a call or an acknowledgement of anything , call no one answers the phone pretty poor if I’m honest do you need a physical interaction or have people scream first before you do anything !!????

    Aimee is the nurse helped me to take the blood test and she is very kind and experienced. I can’t feel anything when she put took the blood from my arm. She is the only one that could do that without any pain. She always shows her concerns to me if I feel uncomfortable during the process. I really hope that I could meet her everytime when I have the blood test appointment. Thank you again Aimee for making the process less painful as possible. Great job and please keep it up.

    Awful doctors and receptionists basically gate keep the doctors. Doctor gives false information and leaves you running round in circles to try and talk to somebody else. Appointments are impossible to get

    Honestly, the only reason I’m giving this 5 star is because of a lady that works there called Sue. She is someone who should truly be in healthcare. These days a lot of people treat it like a 9 to 5 and do not understand that they are in a place of comfort, help and a listening ear to people who may be worried about their health or have one issue or another. But Sue listened, empathised and went above and beyond to get me an appointment for the same week when another colleague told me I would have to wait a whole month! So this is for Sue, and other great health care workers at the GP Practise. Thank you for being such a help 😊 x

    On this occasion i couldn't fault the service received. The appointment was booked by the nursing department a week ago. The examination was thorough. Unfortunately the same isn't true of the practice Manager, which I'm still waiting to speak to 6 years on. The GP side of the medical center is a little snowed under and have to fight the reception staff for a face to face appointment.

    Leesa has been a massive help to me and my daughter and going above and beyond to ensure the needs of my daughter have been met. There is a known issue with pharmacies where they are not receiving prescriptions and this is very frustrating for patients as its their words against the surgeries. Leesa went out of her way to walk over to the the pharamastist and managed to get them to view the prescription. Anybody else would have sent me on my way. There is a list of things that Leesa has done and I am really graceful for her support. You need alot more people like Leesa on your surgery as most of the reception follow process which sometimes needs to be deviated away from.

    Absolutely shocking service. Been in the doctors for over 10 years and since lockdown. You can not get a appointment. They loose important information regarding your health. Ie medical information from hospital, hearing centre, other NHS services. Lots of different reception staff all the time. Unfortunately it's the only local doctors to me

    SSP health Terrible service I Was ringing 4 hours continuously for appointment for blood tests but nobody answered. I had to go surgery and complain about it receptionist simply said sorry we are very busy at the same time a men entered and gave her to new patient registration form One side you can't handle your old patients and other side taking new patients Going to leave

    Recently moved into the area and was nervous about moving from my old doctors who ive been with for 15+ years. Although it was busy the staff were fantastic and the doctor was brilliant. Made me feel at ease throughout. Thank you
