I took my elderly mum to see the nurse at the practice for an urgent review. Kit was lovely and friendly, great with my mum who has special needs. Couldn't recommend highly enough - excellent service!

First time using regent street Leicester for a long time . So impressed with the new location. Sarah was very informative and put my mind at ease correcting the issue I was dealing with. Really disappointed with overall service. I had called up twice to check whole information with private GP appointment, only to be seen by a specialist nurse- who has full access to speaking to a GP. This is not a service we have been put through whenever we have had private GP appointments. Definitely do not recommend.

Brilliant service from the staff very knowledgeable, quick and efficient nice clean clinic. I attended for travel vaccines and suprised how quickly they saw me.

I got my injection yesterday and I was sceptical at first, my Hayfever has killed me off and ruined my summer since I was a kid and I woke up today feeling like a new man. Can’t stress enough how much Better I feel, I feel like I’ve never had it. Also the receptionist and the nurse were very friendly 5/5 recommend :)

I’ve had my hayfever injection done here twice this year & both ladies that have done it have both been really nice. I love how easy it is to get an appointment here, never full of people when I’ve been, just get straight in and no waiting around. 5 stars from me, Perfect thank you :)

Poor botox results. Poor aftercare ie lack of response from the clinic after contact advising of disappointing results. Really awkward and bizarre pushy sales approach from the receptionist who wanted me to leave them a review. Oh the irony! I wouldn't go back. These clinical run by Bobby have some questionable 'clinicians', and if there are any issues, the response in my experience has been really poor. Regent Clinic is the worst.

The best travel clinic! Lovely friendly staff, really educational and spoke through all the different vaccinations for my trip to south east Asia without trying to sell them to me. Definitely recommend!

Bobby and his team are amazing at what they do. Bobby takes the time to listen to what you want and then delivers fantastic results. I’ve been going to Regent Street clinic for years for Botox and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

So pleased that regent street have re-opened in leicester. The clinic is beautiful, on london road and the quality of the service remains first class. I saw nurse Sarah who was absolutely lovely, she discussed my case with dr mehul and between them they had me referred to a specialist who I saw three days later at leicester nuffield. Fully recommend regent street clinic, we're delighted they've bounced back after COVID, will be back.

I had very bad hay fever, my eyes were bubbling and my ears nose and throat were very itchy!!! I was told about the injection available here and tried it, my symptoms went from unbearable to normal, I couldn’t be happier. Now they have an Aesthetics nurse too who just like the doctors, is lovely, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I Would definitely recommend this Clinic 🤩

Attended this clinic for a private GP appointment as I was on a trip from Belfast. Was seen quickly, bloods done same day and results the following day. Excellent and informative appointment with a professional doctor. Would recommend this clinic, and would also book again ☺️

Very welcoming professional and they instilled confidence. I was very nervous but the dr made me feel at ease very forthcoming with information answered all my questions before I’d even asked. When I received the injection it was painless just a feeling of my muscles contracting. Afterwards no side effects or pain. The day after there was a noticeable difference in my hayfever symptoms. I highly recommend their services. My symptoms were a 9/10 so quite severe and I’m pleasantly suprised at how quickly the injection has alleviated my symptoms. Thank you

I have used the clinics a number of times and always found the service and the quality of the medical care to be excellent. Appointments are invariably available the same day and there are a number of convenient locations. The last time I went I also had a blood test and got the results back the same day which highly impressed me so all in all I would recommend Regent Street Clinic.

Very impressed with the speed at which I was able to get an appointment. Also in terms of professionalism, Dr Bobby Ahmed was easily one of the best I've ever encountered, patient, knowledgeable and reassuring. Doctors here can also prescribe remotely and send letters over email. The only downside is the fact they’re not yet open on a Sunday but I’ve mentioned this, you never know when you’re going to need help but I find that they’re always accessible through WhatsApp and social media channels too so that’s great.

My mum researched this clinic and recommended it due to the reviews on the aesthetics treatments. I had lips, chin and jawline but it was very very natural and I’m really happy with how it’s made me look and feel.

I really appreciated the efficiency. Was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Also extremely transparent about cost, as stated on the website. I was a tourist and it was a great experience for a less than great day of my life.

Convenient for me as literally round the corner from my office in Leicester. Got a same-day appointment (can be a struggle sometimes even with other private GPs), great service, good follow-up, arranged my specialist appointment for me (instead of just stuffing an open referral letter in my hand and leaving me to figure it out!). And cheaper than other walk-in private services. Would definitely recommend.

Same day appointment with Dr Bobby Ahmed this morning who was really lovely, excellent bedside manner and clearly experienced. Very reasonable prices, efficient and friendly service. Would definitely (though hopefully not) use again.

I have been coming to see the guys at Regent Street clinic for about 14 years now intermittently.I find their service perfect for what I need, the ease of access to the doctors and the speed at which tests come back are the things that keeps me coming back along with the relationships I’ve built up over the years. They treat you with genuine respect and make you feel a certain way. Really super.

Very profesional and efficient service. It's great that Regent Street Clinics are in several convenient locations around the UK and I'm able to go on the website book up an appointment for the same day and at a time that's convenient to me. Good value for money at £95 for the appointment and I’m happy to pay the additional fees for testing, referrals etc. You can’t put a price on your health.

The staff there are amazing very friendly make you feel like you're in safe hands you don't need to be worried plus there is plenty of time to ask questions to the nurses. (Personally I had the best experience going here I do recommend if I could give more stars I would they do deserve it ⭐)
