Tried to call so many times to book in groom, and they have never answered the phone. I don’t like booking these things online as I like to speak to someone directly, especially as I’m taking my dog to you and trusting you with it. Left vms and no one comes back to you. Tried to call for several weeks at multiple times in the day. If you can’t even answer the phone or callback, I can’t really trust you with my dog now can I?

Never had a problem with the shop, always has items I need. But the outside is in desperate need of a hose down and clean. I know dogs wee up posts but a good clean down wouldn't go amiss. I'm sure the management can see this as they walk by everyday.

We was after getting a baby bunny and the lady was sooo helpful gave us lots of details and information. Helped us pick out what we would need extra to what we already had. And we came away first time pet owners

Just adopted these four cuties from here. Staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions well and helped us to get them as swiftly as possible.

Purchased our first hamster from here. The young ladyl who served us was incredibly helpful and passionate about her small furry friends. We named our little hamster oreo, and she seems to be settling in well. The young lady who served us was very good at advising us how to care for the hamster and the basics they need. All good stuff so far. It's a bit weird going from a dog owner to a hamster owner, but we required something that wouldn't want our attention as much.

Lovely place.. I would normally give five star but on this occasion... Staff were always nice. I buy all my fish and accessories from there but it was very disappointing. They had no fluorescent replacement lights for the fish tank, there were a lot of accessories that I needed for the tank and they just did not have them. I took my 2-year-old niece to the pet shop thinking I would show her the pets as she loves them but they only had hamster and one rabbit there were no other pets in the whole shop. This isn't what you call a pet shop at all. Not to forget the smell was absolutely horrendous. (Fosse Park, Leicester branch) I had to just buy my 8 fish and come home quickly

A wide choice of food, toys, accessories, etc, for our dog. We buy their reduced fat dog food, which isn't always on the shelf, so I order it to click and collect via their app. The staff are always friendly and helpful and offered to carry my order to the car.

I used to go there do much for all my fish tank requirements. But on this occasion I was very disappointed as they didn't even have basic fish tank lights - no sizes available in fact didn't even keep them in stock anymore. We went to buy a new pet but they only had 1 rabbit - no choice and gerbils that's it!!!!!!! As well as fish 🐟 The staff are very nice and friendly

Am disabled parking on the fount door a lift to get to the vet safe are very helpful if you can't reach top shelfs they take it outside for you all good

The vets are always very good with our Oscar. When he had his booster jabs. It's never overly busy in there. So my dog doesn't get too stressed out.

Vets have always been good. But would not recommend the groom room. Took my dog in, I warned them before hand he's weary of strangers and I will be with him to keep him calm if needed. They booked him in. I did bring a muzzle even though he's never needed one, he's all bark no bite but I know he's a bit intimidating. I did make them aware of his breed: bearcoat shar pei. I took him in and said I'll see how he gets on his own but I'll be in the store area call if you need me. He did start barking and got scared of the hose so I of course came back straight away and stood with him all throughout his session and he was good, let her trim his paws and ears let her dry him, he just needed me there. She kept commenting on how good he was and at the end even mentioned about bringing him another time. Tried to call up to book him in again and they straight up refused and said his behaviour is bad and he wouldn't accept a muzzle when the girl never even tried to put a muzzle on as I bought my own! So they falsified his records and straight up lied about his "bad behaviour". So don't bring your dog if they will bark at complete strangers and are a bit nervous and weary as they will be classified as dangerous. I wouldnt of minded if the groomer was transparent and said she wouldn't feel comfortable grooming again even if I was there making sure he stays calm but it's the lying for me and falsifying the records. I have 0 trust in this place, I'm glad I stayed with him the whole time.

Great shop. Helpful staff. An excellent adoption system for Guinea Pigs. Good background information. A wonderful way to give a new friend a forever home!

Great place. You can practically get anything you need for your pet. Also I wanted to mention the staff that works at the Vet upstairs... Your team is truly amazing. I had to put my dog of 14 years down awhile back and they were so comforting. They really understand. This will always be my forever vet for my future pets. Also the grooming services is good too.

Staff here are friendly and helpful! Theres everything you need for your pets!: dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, rodents, fish, lizards and more. Lots of cute little pet nick nacks and treats. Pet food and supplies are a little pricey but theres not really anywhere else you can go, but products here are good quality. We've adopted three pairs of guinea pigs here through the years, it was always straight forward. Never had any issues with my piggies. My current piggies i adopted last year are doing well, very happy and healthy! Pets are well looked after here before adoption! And its always nice to come in and have a look at them!

Basic. I hate when they ask loads of questions when you want to buy something. They didn t want to sell me some aquarium fish because I wasn t sure what size is my tank. Why do they care?

Good pet shop. sometimes stock is low. Easy to drive to. Easy to manoeuvre around. Dogs welcome instore. Groomers and vets all under one roof

Amazing experience! Everyone was lovely from start to finish. My partner and I wanted a small pet and with the help of Katie, she guided us for everything we need as well as being smiley and happy the entire time! She is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Staff here are always lovely, and helpful, took my puppy in for a harness, and had an abundance of assistance about the right fit, and what may be needed, but without the hard sell, great staff, ourselves and the pup will be back frequently

Great staff and nice location. Prices seem to vary. Great on some things, but expensive on others. A great range.

Really helpful staff and with a 25% off voucher made the shop very affordable. They still lack a good range of dog leads and collars but the staff make up for lack of stock.

Great service every time, everyone is super helpful! I just think that wearing the headphones and having a separate conversation with someone via the headphones whilst you are serving can be a little rude.

I went to get my dog his first harness on the 8th october and a lady measured him and I was given one that wasn't quite right, there was alot of room on the front and he fell out of it. I went back today (9th october) and informed a gentleman about the harness and he immediately noticed issues with it, he said I was given the wrong one because my dog doesn't have a large chest area but broad shoulders. He took his time measuring my dog and ensuring the harness he found fit perfectly, he practically ended up doing gymnastics to measure my boy because he was so wiggly. He bent over backwards (literally) to make sure my dog was comfy and I can't thank him enough for the help. Max is very happy with the new harness. Unfortunately I couldn't get his name but I hope he sees this.

Sadly we’ve had a bad experience with pets at home. They are great for all your essentials etc but we’ve recently brought a rabbit from here and was told the gender was a female by a staff member to then going back recently to get ‘her’ health check and vaccinations to be told my rabbit was a male. Please make sure they check properly before going home with your pet!

michael is a lovely man, went here to pick up some food for the cat. another staff member behind us (dark hair, quite dark makeup, i believe her name began with an L?) seemed very joyful and polite too!

Cat owner. Good range of cat litter and mega packs of pouches. Decent deals of Sheba. They have a large range and cute little pets you can see, aka “cheap zoo” #FOTC ☺️. People take their cute dogs there so that’s fun too! Lost a star as the queues can be long…I think because the staff and shoppers talk about their pets. Nice and friendly etc but a pain to queue behind.

I was served by Andrew at the pets at home in Fosse Park and had an amazing experience. He was polite, cheerful and overall made the customer experience amazing. Most recently I’ve found you don’t get that type of welcoming service that actually makes you enjoy spending your money so it was refreshing and just a joyful experience overall

Decent enough store to get pet essentials also has vets and dog grooming services on site with good car parking.
