Trying to call to get an appointment has been a complete nightmare. I've been suffering with severe pains in my back since Friday I could hardly sit or stand. Tried calling the surgery on Tuesday but was told I was no 14 and advised to book online. So I made an online request but to date have received no response. This service isn't good enough for patients and needs to vastly improved.

This practice runs a clinic where you can get your implant removed/ replaced without needing to be registered there, which is great! The reception area was quiet and clean when i went, the lady on reception was nice and i went in quickly. However, the procedure was not explained to me at all i was just asked to sign a form and hop onto the bed. The lady did not tell me when she was inserting the needle to give me anaesthetic so i just felt a sudden pain without warning. It all just felt a bit rushed and not much communication was given.

Saw Dr Mudassir Majid for the first time. Very disappointed. I found him to be very dismissive and hostile with poor interpersonal skills. Soon as he called me from the doors (to appointment rooms) I just knew... Will not see him again and would refuse to do so. Wanted to see Dr Kurian or Bhatti but unavailable. The latter I have found to be excellent. I regret I have had to write this and about the Practice I have gone to for 25+ years.

A surgery you cant actually book an appointment with. If you work you have no chance of a pre scheduled appointment. and if your elderly, vulnerable and computer illiterate. give up now. rude, coldhearted, unhelpful receptionist. you are putting peoples lives at risk!! phone lines down as I write this review. shocking

I would give 0 stars if possible.I have a life threatening heart condition and have twice now been given tablets which could have killed me (even though I checked with doctor they were safe). I was never given an apology for this either. If anybody reading has a link where I can report this please let me know. I was 'kicked out' of the surgery I had been going to for 25+ years as I am now out of the catchment area. I have been given 2 months 'grace' to find another surgery, so during this time when I tried to order prescriptions online the system wouldn't let me. I would avoid this surgery and find another one. When Doctor Woolaston was here it was a good surgery, now it's a shambles.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Absolutely disgusting I think when trying to make an appointment you never get one even though you are ringing early hours in the morning for the past few weeks, and being told ‘request online on the web’ no one bothers looking that up for you. The receptionist be acting like there doing you a favour no manners and rude. and just the way they deal with answering phones is a joke Surgery has definitely gone down since the past years. Need to fix this problem if you want happy patients.

Very disappointed with the surgery today.i was waiting on the phone for an appointment only to be told to go on website and they may have appointments on there and on the phone they are all booked up. The surgery needs to sort this appointment problem out because you can't get through at first and when you do they tell you no appointments.

Absolutely disgusting service. The Pakistani receptionists are rude and interrupt you then tell you to calm down. They haven’t got half a brain cell between them and can’t understand a simple issue. You’ll wait for over an hour just to be spoken to by someone who doesn’t understand basic English. This surgery is the biggest joke. Once you see a doctor they’re decent but booking an appointment with the idiot Asian reception staff is not worth the hassle!

Today I visited my surgery after a long time but really disappointed. Firstly few months back my test was done in City Hospital and surprisingly no results or update so far in surgery. Secondly I explained my current health condition to Doc Taj and only been prescribed pain killer for my arm and spray for my ears but nothing for my inside mouth itching and random cough attacks which are not letting me sleep in the nights. I'm really disappointed the way patients are being checked. Even there isn't any chances to get appointments over the PHONE anymore. I'm not satisfied at all therefore would urge for a complete satisfactory check up ASAP before my health condition becomes worst. THANKS

Visited under the Umbrella Clinic. Dr Nazif was a delight! So personable and caring. She was so quick and I was assured during every step. She restored my faith in the medical profession. I hope there are more like her because every woman deserves this level of care from the NHS. I've never left an appointment smiling before, thank you Dr Nazif.

I was reffered to this medical centre for an IUD and dealt with DR. Zinab Nazif. I just want to say that she is an amazing woman, very personable and went through every step with me thoroughly. She explained the procedure very well and made me feel at ease. Dr. Nazif is very kind, respectful and caring. Thank you for helping me through every question I asked.

I've never wanted to complain on here due to the NHS being so understaffed, but there is an issue with incompetence or lack of education at this surgery. I went to a private clinic (due to the waiting time for the NHS) to get scans done where I was told I needed bloods. Yardley Green Medical took bloods for everything but the one I needed to have done, and so I'm now back to square one, where I'll be having to wait for hours to get an appointment that will be available in 4 weeks time.

Absolutely frustrated with the practice. Called on the Monday the 15th to get a jab and was told I get said jab on the 24th of may. No issues. Get a call today, saying appointment cancelled due it not being booked Through a doctor as they have no background of me needing said jab. If this is the case this should be explained when making the appointment! I’ve booked a day off for work thinking I had jab and the surgery had only given a days noticed. This is a massive inconvenience, also trying to get a hold of anyone to make a doctors appointment is hard enough.

If you want your repeat prescriptions prepared properly and completely sent to your pharmacy, AVOID THIS MEDICAL CENTER. I'm sorry but this has become ridiculous, it's almost a regular occurrence, especially for Blister Pack patients. Almost always something is missing, then the peasant dispensers have to chase it up, and the prescriptions become out of sync for the next few months which causes frustration for the pharmacy and the patients. THE PHARMACIES PICK UP THE SLACK FOR REPEATS ON THE REPEAT MEDICATION SYSTEM BECAUSE OF YGMC. If they bothered to prescribe repeats properly and on time, patients would have a week excess so when there are problems they don't lose out on their medication. Unfortunately it's a regular thing with this place where they always leave it to the last minute to prescribe repeats, where the pharmacy has to rush to order stock and dispense last minute to patients. Do your job properly, prescribe repeats properly and on time, otherwise don't bother and close up.

So far tried 27x to get an appointment today and more than 50x yesterday, all lines busy then hang out and you have to start again. Impossible to see a doctor there. Are we in europe? This is just ridiculous. This surgery does not care about your health!!!

I had a conversation with a receptionist named Shamsun, and she was exceptionally helpful. I wish everyone could be as kind and helpful as she was when assisting patients.

Perfect, my only concern is the parking on a Wednesday. The car park shuts for children to learn bike riding on. This is a good thing.. but bad if you are trying to get into the surgery and can't walk much.

Honestly had a pleasant experience with the drs all so lovely . Only midwife was a bit rude tbh but other than that I only have good review overall . I have managed to get appointments online/ via call although call is very difficult to best to do it online.

If there was a zero star , I wud give that. U cannot even get an appointment, wen u do get thru ,they say no appointments available. Its disgusting, we as patients are getting more ill because they can't be bothered to give us an appointment. The surgery is always empty wen u go in , phones ringing and u find the receptionist chatting away and ignoring the call. Iv seen it myself. This is just not on, u think they get over the covid bloody 19. Its the new norm now, get over it.

Can honestly say this practice is the best especially dr kurian she as so much time for her patience. And mark who works on reception goes way beyond for the patients. 😊

Very good surgery. Dr Alex Noakes dealt with my son today. He didn't rush us and checked my son thoroughly. I felt very confident with his judgement and advice on what to do. He addressed my concerns. Thank you.

Getting an appointment is an extreme nightmare. This clinic definitely needs improving to its appointment system!! Been trying to make an appointment since last week with no luck. Calling 8.30 in the morning and got answered 9.30 saying no appointments left. I was told that they response more faster online but to be honest thats not the case, had waited and got responded after 5/6 days. This surgery used to be an amazing clinic with pre bookings and getting a same day appointment but now getting an appointment on a same day is ridiculous! Dr M Kurian and dr S Bhatti is really kind, friendly and listen to their patients.

Despite being registered for many years I've only recently needed the services of the surgery. I can only comment on the service I have received recently which has been exemplary. I have had calls when promised and prescription sent directly to a pharmacy. Good advice from GP who called
