Needed to hire a car for a short notice work meeting. The process was easy and the costumer service friendly and first class. I liked how the car inspection was photo documented and emailed over. The car was ideal for the journey. Returning it was quick and easy too, the deposit refund was processed straight away. Definitely recommend and will use again .

Not all heroes wear capes !!! 🦸‍♂️ 🦸‍♀️ 🐕 So I was enroute to collect my 3 children from rural Lincolnshire , i was driving a recently serviced 2020 quashqui ..,, when unfortunately the car only on 24k miles decided that the clutch was giving out ,,,, oh no 👎 So I fired on the hazards and started ringing round , could I find a car , anywhere not a chance …… Enterprise had one in there but needed 4 hours to ready ,, that was not great as I had to be at school ( which was 1 hr away ) in 2 hrs time , So I started to ring further away , and that’s when I found park lane self hire …. They do vans and even camper vans ,,, but more importantly they had a car and they would ready it immediately… yay 😀 🎉 So I turn up after limping 5 miles in 2 and 4 gears ( safely , so you know if it had been at all dangerous , I wouldn’t have driven the car ) And the car was there ready , The girls and Chester the dog helped push me into a bay as I didn’t have 1st gear …. And quickly sorted my checklist , I was in and out in 15 mins max , and why did they charge you ask ?????? Enterprise has quoted 190 quid for 2 days … These guys , £35 quid for a 24hr rental and £100 deposit … I even said it feels too cheap especially knowing what enterprise wanted me to pay ( in 4 hours time mind ) So there she was a clean spacious Vauxhall corsa automatic , drove like a dream . Started on the button and to boot the clutch ( well auto ) was working fine … Returned it 24 hrs later , and the handover was painless easy and the staff super friendly … Watch out for Chester the cocker-poo as you might get some love in the office 🐶 👅 🐕 I would highly highly recommend and am hopeful my car breaks down again sometime soon ( we’ll not really ) but I know the first place I would call … Fantastic people and fantastic service Thanks again for rescuing me Chris

We've hired quite a few vehicles from Park Lane Self-drive, and they are amazing, the car's are both well maintained and fuel efficient and never had any problems. Everyone who runs the business are very friendly and helpful and we wouldn't go anywhere else if we need to hire a vehicle
