Absolutely lovely lake. First time here on a 48h session and had, in the first 24h, 8 carp (between 7lb and 15lb) and 2 bream. 🎣🎣🎣🎣🥰. Amazing bailiff and very helpful. I’ll surely come back here.

Plenty of fish in here. Great place to go if you're after an easy days fishing. Friendly bailiff who is happy to help. You catch anywhere in here, especially in the margins.

Always go down after work Great ponds with very helpful and friendly bailiffs Never complain like most places because I go in a works van Almost every fish is in great to perfect condition Top job lads

Amazing big crp

The fishing lake is great for big catches, but you might not catch a lot, and watch out for swans as I had to wait nearly an hour for them to move away from the fishing rods.

Good couple of lakes caught double figures but mainly small bream and x1 5lb carp get there early to pick best peg

Fished main lake first time I have carp fished on this site for 9 year as my fishing is now trout fly only. Had very enjoyable day resulting in 3 carp all 5lb ish + one at 12 lb and one at 14 lb .the banks are all well kept with the bailiff and the owner very helpful . Would recommend .

Lovely place but they shouldn't allow large groups with kids running around on a fishing complex. We go fishing to catch and chill out. Not to have people shouting across the lake to there kids that are pissing about near your peg.

We had a terrible experience at this place. The staff was rude with poor attitude, they checked our lancets 3 times and start arguing that we paid for 2 and we had 1 extra next to it as a spare. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great lake, good mixture of fish. Baliff's are great and always willing to offer advice
