Amazing first visit. Will definitely be recommending and revisiting. Clean, tidy and lots of choices to keep little ones busy. The staff were exceptional. Couldn't fault our visit.

My granddaughter and her friend had the best day ever at mini madams for her birthday. Libby and Katie and all the girls are amazing we all can’t wait for our next visit xx

Very prompt on booking and getting back to confirm the availability. We had Katie with our daughter slime nail session. She is very friendly! Very fun place to bring girls! Definitely take our daughters back.

Had my Daughters 9th birthday here on the 22/10/2022. From start to finish the service was amazing!!! Each child had the most magical time! Thank you for making each and every child feel special! Massive thank you to both Maggie and Frankie for adapting the theme and entertaining them all. They havnt stopped talking about the amazing party!! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!!

Attempted to book my daughter for the strike days but was advised due to my daughter having diabetes they where not able to accept her to the group, we have attempted to arrange for the alder hey diabetes nurse to attend and train their staff on how to administer insulin (although my daughter can give herself insulin & she has the libre attached to her arm so she can check her blood sugar levels herself) only to be blanked via email and even when a call was made their response was ‘we’ll get back to you’. Promoting working in the community but only seems like they ‘working with the community’ when you’re a fully able bodied person

Absolutely brilliant time making fabulous memories! Everyone involved made the effort and were friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend! Thanks Mini Madams for an amazing time!

Highly recommend this place, had my 7 year olds party here and the staff was lovely always checking everything was ok & made her party fabulous and 1 not to forget we had a great day.

Had my daughters party here on Saturday and it was so well organised from start to finish. Really lovely team who worked well to keep the kids engaged and entertained. Will most definitely be booking again. Keep up the great work ladies xxx

A lovely experience for my 9 year old daughter and her friend. Katie was fantastic with both girls, they a magical pamper, manicure, pedicure, glitter, braids and afternoon tea!! Brilliant! We can't wait to come back soon!

We had a lovely time at Mini Madams Spa today. We did the ‘Just the 2 of us’ package. All was lovely but I wouldn’t probably waste money having my toes and nails done as an adult as it wasn’t the best job, very quick quick and go- it wasn’t busy either. I came home and removed the Polish I had as it was smudged already. Great for kids but adults shouldn’t bother really. My daughter enjoyed herself tho. Just a tip for management- offering hot drinks or anything at all for that matter would have been nice!

Had a lovely morning here for my daughters 3rd birthday, got the “my first spa day package” which was a mani, a pedi and a facial. She loved it! Shy at first but came out of herself so much because the staff here are great with the kids❤️

My 6 year old had an amazing LOL birthday party 🥳 Ruby and Amy were great hosts and the kids all looked fab - thank you so much!

We have just had the best 7th birthday party at mini madams. Ruby, jess and lily were amazing… took care of everything and the girls had a ball x thank you!!! ❤️

Booked for my daughters 6th Birthday party , brilliant atmosphere.The girls had such an amazing time together lots off little giggles . My older girls booked in for the Day Spa at the same time and they learnt so much about skincare ….such a lovely experience for everyone. Well done to the staff they were all amazing, thank you ❤️

Came here with my daughter and her friend for her birthday . Was warmly welcomed and shown through to a large area for everything a girl needs/ wants ! The girls had a very informative tutorial on facials and the lovely lady was patient , knowledgeable and friendly . They had facials and mani and pedi done and robes to wear . Would highly recommend to others and we will definitely be back for her next birthday
