We visit this place for quick coffee and hot chocolate break. Both our drinks was very nice. Hot chocolate was nice and rich with marshmallow and coffee taste very good to. Also if you want order at table ,you can order be there app. Nice and easy.

Visited Nordico lounge for the first time today. Upon arrival, the staff directed us to a nice table. The place was very busy. The waiting staff provided us with menus promptly, and we ordered at the bar. The food and drinks we ordered came out within 15 minutes. I ordered a lounge breakfast. The breakfast was good, and it was cooked well. The prices are reasonab, e the portion sizes are good. The atmosphere inside was relaxed and too loud and the staff are really helpful. I'd definitely recommend this eatery, and if I'm in ormskirk again, I'll pop in

Lovely atmosphere and delicious food. They serve English breakfast all day. There are seating downstairs and upstairs. It is noteworthy that this is a dog-friendly restaurant (so happy to see some dogs inside the restaurant). The waiting time could be slightly longer (20-minute wait). All in all, we had a good experience here.

Food and drinks- beautiful ! Service, awesome! Absolutely love the fact there is a huge gluten free menu too so my sister could endulge properly-without having scraps of options! Bravo

Great little place. I've heard the Breakfast is Great. I'm yet to try. But when I went we had the Tapas. Few options to choose from. And all was gorgeous and tasty! Definatly would Reccomend! And I would definatly go back!

Great place to dine out. Staff are lovely and always on hand. I have allergies, so need to be very careful where I eat out. Staff ask all the right questions and make sure there is no cross contamination. Food is lovely and presented well, and the prices are very reasonable. Plenty of options to including a full vegan menu and gluten free. Can highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful place with the largest gluten-free selection I've ever seen on a menu! I'd written off ever getting to try something like nasi goreng, but thanks to this place I was able to and it was delicious. The staff were very helpful as well, and knowledgeable about allergies (when asking about my nut allergy, they made a point of making sure I was aware of other allergens in the dish and had even kept the sesame paste in a separate pot so I could leave it off if I needed to.) The décor was lovely, the dogs in the café were a very welcome addition and extremely well behaved, and overall it turned out to be the perfect venue for a birthday meal. I can't recommend this place highly enough and I'll absolutely go back next time I'm in Ormskirk!

Large cafe/restaurant with extensive menu including separate vegan and gluten free menus. The staff were super. Shashuka was delicious. Great brunch spot.

Met with my friend and had brunch. We waited well over half an hour for our order to arrive, and it was barely warm, with very over done eggs. I know it was a busy, Saturday late morning, but is batch cooking the way forward? Or maybe more waiting staff at peak times? Either way the food, which could have been amazing, suffered as a direct result.

Went here 8th December for our office Christmas meal. Received a warm welcome on arrival and fast efficient service at the bar. The food was excellent and I particularly enjoyed the tapas style starters. The waiting staff were very friendly and attentive and ensured we had a great night. Highly recommended!

I went here a few weeks back with a colleague and we both had our lunch there. They do the fresh orange using fresh oranges in the machine, which is my absolute favourite orange juice so I was glad to get a big glass of it while sitting in the sun. The vegan menu looked amazing! Couldn't believe the variety they had on offer. I ordered the BLT and my friend had avocado on toast with eggs I think. To say I was disappointed with what arrived is an understatement. It was cheap bread, there was no mayo as stated in the menu, and it generally looked rubbish. I asked for mayo in the hope it would taste better than it looked and I was given some. Unfortunately, it was just awful. I didn't say anything as it was market day and the staff were so busy, and I just didn't want to cause them any bother. I won't eat here again, but I will go for an orange juice. It's not difficult to make a decent sandwich, you clearly had decent bread as my friends meal looked good! Take this review as intended, and just do better with the vegan options please. Service was excellent, so thank you for being professional even when you were rushed off your feet. I've done this job before and know how hectic it gets so I appreciate your excellent customer service.

Great venue for a family catch up with puppy. Superb menu and great quality of cooking. Super friendly for Dogs with water and treats available for hungry pups. Fantastic staff and we will make it a definite re-visit as soon as practicable.

Visited a few times. Great food at a good price. I suffer from allergies, but I always feel safe eating here. They are a nut free kitchen and the staff always ask the customers about allergies before taking the order. Will be returning 👍

I went with my wife and two daughters. Really nice place nice food, decent prices. Service only got a 4 due to when my daughter asked for sauce it was plonked on our table and fell over and the lad didn't even say sorry, other than that, everything OK.

Just a coffee today but a great range of hot and cold drinks available, any milk option. The food in here is really good and waiting times not long at all. Toilet facilities available also a disabled toilet with baby change and nappy disposal. Great place for a chat and a bite to eat.

Visited a while ago and will definitely be going again. Absolutely stunning place, has a really nice atmosphere and layout✨ they have really cool overhead lampshades too They also have a really cool selection of cocktails and there was a lit candle at the table (I went in the evening) which was lush. I had the tapas, so if you go I recommend trying them because they are 11/10 If none of that makes you want to go though, one of the chefs is really fit, and the people who serve you are really nice and accommodating, peace and love xo

This is an outstanding place. I love spending hours here just reading my book and having a mean cappuccino. The location is perfect, the interior is eclectic and vintage chic, and their food is never disappointing. The price range is not on the high side, but not cheap either. You have a good choice of tables from near the window down to the deep end of the building. Nordico is the perfect spot to hang around while you wait for friends or family, or just to bring a date for a meal of the day or drinks, cocktails too. So if you're stopping by then visit the Nordico. The beverages alone are miles better (and cheaper) than the rubbish they sell on the nearby Costa, proper coffees and cappuccino's. And this is coming from a Portuguese, so I know.

Lovely place + food (and service). The menu is interesting, and everything seems to be fresh and prepared upstairs, in the kitchen. Burgers are lovely, and a few other choices are available as well, including tapas and quick bites. Orders are placed at the table via the app, which is intuitive and pleasant to use. Prices are reasonable and the decor is warm. You can just pop in for a glass of wine if you prefer...

Absolutely stunning food, I had the steak and it was cooked to perfection, the staff are so friendly and courteous. The bar/restaurant is clean, tidy and welcoming. Brilliant 10 out of 10 xx

Have been to Nordico many times and normally no trouble at all, however this visit was surprisingly disappointing. Waited nearly 40 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and that was with asking the waiter twice as to where they were. When we finally got our drinks after we had already finished our food the waiter informed us the drinks order hadn’t been received which confused me as the pot of tea we ordered arrived within 5 minutes of ordering which we ordered with our other drinks? food was nice however the sausages were missing from the breakfast, no waiter came over to check the food therefore we weren’t able to ask about it so just left it. The waiter was nice, just a disappointing experience as the place wasn’t even very busy at the time, hope our next visit is better. The watermelon ice tea was delicious!!

Well where does one begin. Firstly beautiful setting . The food was amazing the best chips I have ever tried . As amazing as the food was the real selling point for this location is it’s people . A gentlemen very kindly after my love and appreciation for them topped up my portion . I would be very proud if these people worked for me !!! Keep up the great work much appreciation Ajay . Popped in today with my children and our dog for a bit of cake for the children as a reward for school work. Absolutely beautiful place with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Grace, Marie and Louis made us so so welcome. I rarely "go out" and it was a rare treat for the children and what a treat, we couldn't have been made more comfortable or welcome. Even biscuits for our dog! I hope we can visit again.

Brunch here with the family this morning, what a lovely place! Staff are friendly and welcoming, atmosphere is pleasant, and food is excellent. This is THE place to go in Ormskirk if you want to get good coffee, good service, and good food WITH your canine companion. We loved it.
