want
to
share
that
I
had
the
worst
experience
ever
from
such
a
top
brand
and
popular
group.
And
for
sure
will
never
recommend
to
anyone
so
that
nobody
should
get
carried
away
by
the
awesome
reviews
written
here
like
I
did.
I
took
their
'Head
to
Toe'
package
and
was
totally
unhappy
about
the
services.
It
just
took
me
just
1.5
hrs
for
a
hair
spa,
pedicure,
hair
coloring
and
facial
🙄
it
was
that
super
fast.
So
hope
you
can
imagine
the
quality
of
their
services.
For
hair
coloring
they
did
not
even
ask
me
for
my
choice
and
I
doubt
if
they
used
a
dye
instead
of
a
hair
colour.🤔
And
finally
when
it
came
to
payment,
all
my
calculations
went
wrong..
anyways
I
just
paid
and
came
back..
it
was
later
the
bill
was
generated
and
came
in
the
mobile
and
I
was
surprised
to
see
the
services
were
different
and
hence
the
rate...
This
is
not
the
first
time...
My
husband
had
a
similar
experience
when
he
took
another
package.
During
payment
when
he
asked
they
said
that
was
the
package
rate..
keeping
that
in
mind
we
confirmed
this
multiple
times
before
taking
the
service.
They
didn't
even
mention
about
the
CGST
rates
when
we
asked.
And
even
when
we
asked
for
clarification
with
the
bill,
first
they
said
GST
included
then
we
asked
them
to
review
the
bill,
they
changed
their
opinion...
What
I
felt
was,
even
the
staffs
do
not
have
a
clarity
on
neither
the
services
nor
about
the
packages.
So
if
you
are
planning
to
go
to
VLCC
by
any
chance,
please
ask
them
for
a
bill
to
see
if
your
services
done
are
rightly
calculated.
And
no
comments
on
the
quality
part...
