Very bad customer service, when free air is our right in petrol pump, this service is not provided and when asked to the management they were responding badly and saying to complain to police station. They were talking bad words. Which is a very bad response from a place like this.

Good pump and toilet facility

I would rate it a 0 if I had the option because,I went there 2 times and both the times I got scammed ,they claim that they’re filling the petrol but the petrol is not getting in my car. And they’re not admitting that they’re doing so and trying to give all sorts of explanations…. So please be very careful if you are going to this place……:/

Occasionally I used to fill petrol here and I had two bad experiences from here today. I wanted to use the washroom and asked them where it is, they told that it is under construction for a long time and nobody can use it. Located at one of the main location, this petrol pump don't have a toilet for the customers. Also, I wanted to fill air to my bike tyres and they didn't even helped a bit. Keep these things in mind, if anyone happens to go there.

Its a good pump. Provision for free air is present. Accepts credit, debit, upi. But they use paytm pos which I face issues with getting reward points for indianoil credit card (No issues with indianoil xtra reward points).

There was no rush to fill the petrol here, one side of circulating area was pants , didnt use the toilet so no comments
