Corporate needs to come in and do a major overhaul. The employees here think they are privileged and more important than their customers. Countless times have I seen Walmart employees parking in spots designated for online orders and spots designated for law enforcement only. The same Jeep I see every day and Walmart employees exiting that vehicle.

This store looked very clean, it had just been remodeled according to another customer who shops this store frequently. I liked some of the displays, and wished the Villa Park, Il.s location looked 1/2 as nice as this store does. Lots of room in the aisles.

The store opens at 6: a.m. on my way to work. I wanted to return the gift I bought. I got there at 6:28 a.m. I was informed by employees that customer service didn't open until 7:a.m. I asked to speak with the manager(Drago), and he informed me that there was nothing he could do. Before I could finish my question(s), he rudely turned and walked away. Needless to say, I will NEVER shop at Walmart again 😒. I know that people are tired/disgusted, but his actions were totally uncalled for.

I'm giving a 5start review because the pharmacy here is AWESOME. Very personable and remember names, faces, and ailments. Just all around Great People, and it's very hard to find in today's world

Found everything I needed, I did self check out & the clerk was so Awesome. She was so friendly, & helped me with checking out my items. Lines were moving pretty fast.

Please don’t come here during thanksgiving. We wanted to purchase a couple turkeys to help other families, and the small African American lady at the register with pencil-thin deviated eyebrows clearly has no common decency. My in-laws, who speak no English, come to us almost in tears because she refused to look up the pricing for the turkey or at least ensure that they can find a price tag. She shouted that she cannot do it and it was not her problem. She stalled for time considering the people having to wait in long lines because only two registers are open at all times. Managers or other coworkers prefer to chatter rather than employing customer service and the overall environment just being hostile for no reason. Walmart I implore you to be considerate of our shopping experience as well as consider hiring and at least training employees to have decency. Thank you.

I was here after 10am today coming out of the cat food isle That maroon colored hair female employee was pushing that large stock cart so fast, she startled me, she came close to running into me and she never once opaligize to me, & she never once slowed down, just kept right on going. She never showed any regards for safety. Why was this girl ignoring your safety guideline? What's wrong with her? Is she mad at the world? She did not once turn her head to look at me when I came out the isle when she pushed that large stock cart past me so fast, almost hitting me, but she had startled she. She is so ignorant...

Super quick curbside pickup. I hate current tipping culture but this was one of the times I wish I had cash on hand to do so. Dude carries out my super heavy order, at 9pm, in the rain, super polite the whole time and then proceeds to thank ME! No sir, thank you!
