Went in for my appointment to find a brides dress. My bridesmaids and I had enough time to look threw the dresses and I tried on 10! We had to get different sizes and they were quick and efficient. Linda was very helpful!

What an excellent experience! All the girls here were amazing! From the moment I walked in to pick out my Wedding Dress, I was so nervous but the woman who helped me (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, shame on me) was so wonderful. She has a calm to her but also had me laughing which made me feel very comfortable and I immediately knew I was in good hands! Even with alterations they were great, they listened to what I wanted and the additions to my dress look amazing I’m so excited! HP helped me pick the perfect veil and jewelry and of course I had to close out with a wand, cause what Bride wouldn’t want a wand!?! LoL

I recommend David's Bridal (especially the Naperville location) to everyone looking for beautiful & affordable dresses/alterations! My dream wedding dress came from David's, and all my alterations were done here as well! It was an easy process from beginning to end, and the staff here are FANTASTIC. Every single one of them. The seamstresses are also extremely knowledgeable and talented. This David's Bridal is special. I highly recommend coming here for your wedding dress if you want an easy process for you and/or your bridal party! They're so talented they naturally they book up, so make sure you make an appointment as far in advance as you can! (My dress was the Illusion Sleeve Plunging Ball Gown Wedding Dress; GALINA Signature - SWG820. I had the sleeves shortened to elbow length. It was everything I dream of & more!)

My experience at David's Bridal Naperville was phenomenal! As a plus size bride, I was extremely pleased with the options of sample sizes to try on. Every dress I was interested in was available for me to try on in my size. The stylist, Dina, was amazing! She listened to exactly what I had to say and suggested great options for adding accessories that were perfect with my dress! Phylis helped me during my follow up appointment the next day and made sure everything was perfect! Ciara completed the great experience at the checkout. Highly recommend!

I recently went into this store with no idea of what wedding dress I wanted. Ally went above and beyond on recommending and advising me my dream wedding dress! She even helps me to select the veil and take photos of all the dresses. Ally also aids me in deciding the bridesmaid dresses color and gave me free swatches. The seamstress also went by to give her recommendation and advices on the wedding dress's alteration. Everyone here is AMAZING and made me felt really loved and beautiful! Highly recommended bridal shop!!!

I found my dress with great help from Maureen who listened to every suggestion from our party and helped me narrow down exactly what I was looking for. Not only did I find my dress, but all 6 women in my bridal party found their dresses with help from Chenise. It was great working with both ladies and I couldn’t recommend enough.

I had a most enjoyable experience. Everyone was so helpful especially in working with my very tight time constraints. Diane was wonderful, she found the perfect outfit, shoes and accessories exactly what I was looking for.

Linda was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient and had a lot of knowledge on the dresses as well as the veils. I came in only looking for my civil wedding dress and ended up finding both dresses for both weddings with 2 veils. The prices in the store are also incredible. I could not be happier with my experience. Thank you so much to Linda and to the manager for being amazing & making that special day magical!

Linda was very helpful. She had each dress ready for me to try on. She helped adjust the dress if it was too big she clasped it. During the dress try on she fluffed out the train so we could get the full effect. She showed us each dress that I was interested in online if there was other sizes or colors that were needed. Very enjoyable experience and ended up saying yes to the dress.

Linda was very helpful and genuine. She showed us around and picked out the perfect dress for me! The one I decided on was the one Linda actually said I should try on and would be wonderful on me. It was absolutely beautiful on! Linda was definitely a help and made picking out the perfect dress relaxing for myself and the family. I had the best experience finding my dress all thanks to Stephanie at David’s Bridal Naperville! My mom and I walked in with no appointment and even though they were booked out for the day, Stephanie was so sweet and was so accommodating for us regardless. We were able to browse the dresses and she answered all our questions. Stephanie helped us get a dressing room and I was able to find my dress! She was so kind at checkout answering all our questions and being patient as we continued to browse the accessories. I am so thankful for her kindness and the experience!

So happy I came here! Karen helped me from the moment I walked in. I explained to her I only had a month left before my sisters wedding and I needed a last minute dress. She picked some styles for me and the FIRST dress I tried on was perfect. They ordered my size and it was there for me 3 days later. I even bought my shoes there too. The store is clean and well organized too. Thank you so much Karen for all your help. I will absolutely be back!

I felt rushed immediately from the time I came in until I left. Only 1 hour blocks are available, maybe offer longer times so you don’t have to rush people out the door. My stylist also had me going and grabbing my own dresses while she stood there by my bridesmaids while they changed. Ridiculous that I had to run and grab dresses myself. The stock was also not good at all, the store itself is small and they do not have much to offer. Ended up leaving and going to a different David’s Bridal.

We walked into the store at 7pm without an appointment and the girl at the front, Maryanna, greeted us with a warm smile. She was able to speak with a consultant, Rachel, who was more than happy to help us out! She did a great job verifying each style would be in on time and had a great memory on sizes and styles we requested! Prices were fantastic too!

I had the most amazing experience with my stylist Linda! I had chosen a dress and came back with my “I do crew” to get final opinions before purchasing. I let them all pick a dress they wanted to see me in just for fun, and after hearing all my likes and dislikes in each dress, she pulled a dress of her choosing for me to try on. The moment I put it on I knew it was THE dress for my big day. Her attentiveness to my wants and knowledge of their dresses, as well as her kindness and warm personality truly made choosing my dress stress free and a fun experience. I can’t wait to come back for my alterations—and I will definitely be requesting Linda!!

LINDA!!! I highly recommend having Linda help you find your dress! She was very helpful, considerate, caring, and supportive. She is passionate about her job and you can tell she loves helping others find their dress. My first appointment I was there for 3 hours until they closed and I was there alone so I just wasn’t sure what to do. I made a follow up appointment and brought one of my bridesmaids and was there for an hour and a half and found the one!! Linda was very very patient with me and didn’t make me feel rushed. She allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted to and take my time. Very happy!!!

Bought my wedding gown from here. Overall I'd say my experience was fine. Had some issues with setting appointments and them not having it written down.. or acting confused when I was there for an appointment. Also had an issue with getting my dress in asking to try it on there, but was told they had no rooms for me to try on. So I had to take it to work for someone to help me try it on- turns out it didn't fit. So in order to get a new size I had to bring it back for them to order a new size.... then when the new one came in there was an oil stain on it, so they had to order me another one. Finally when it came it was perfect! Then moving on to alterations - just to add a bustle, add a ribbon to hold my train up, and hem it was $400..... which I was not expecting that. Maybe $250... so that was a little shocking. Needless to say if you're looking for a one on one great experience and your ok to pay $$$ go to a boutique. But if not davids is just fine for the bride that isn't too fussy or needs the bells and whistles.

What a fascinating experience it was walking into David’s Bridal to find the perfect Bridesmaids dress. Phyllis assisted me on so many different levels. I came in not knowing what dress I wanted. Phyllis insisted on going above and beyond the customer service expectations. I tried on 3 dresses and the very first one Phyllis picked out for me, was the best one and the one I purchased. Went here for a Bridesmaid dress and was not disappointed at all! Phyllis helped gather dresses in my size to try on and made me feel so comfortable! She lended a hand with all the zippers and gave me great advice! I couldn't decide between two dresses so I kept going back and forth putting them on and taking them off and not once did she lose patience. Such a sweet person. I highly recommend if you want a great selection with amazing customer service.

Savannah was an awesome representative of David's Bridal. She was very supportive when it came to helping me narrow down my decision to say yes to the dress. She took her time to help my bridesmaids discover their sizes and gave her honest opinion which we all appreciated. She worked hard to ensure that we were satisfied with our choices. When Savannah saw that I had been discouraged about leaving without a dress that would work for me, she mustered up one final suggestion and bought me the most perfect dress to try on. I finally said yes to my dress!! She presented the most honorable bell ringing presentation as she told me to make a wish and ring the bell as loud as I can so that my wish would come true. After visiting a few other boutiques, and going back to David's Bridal for the second time, I really enjoyed my experience with Savannah. Thank you girl!

Beyond happy and impressed with the service I received. HP the manager or employee there that helped me was AMAZING. We had an issue come up with my dress and she made it right and did more than anyone could have to make the situation better. I never have received so much love and kindness from this location and this women alone. She needs to be promoted with the customer service she provides. HP thank you soooooo much and I cannot wait for someone else to have the same experience I did. Amazing amazing amazing. Plus alterations is super upfront and honest. Love this location and beautiful store.

Had an appointment for 4:30pm on Saturday and when I walked in was told that the person helping me would be working with another customer as well, which was the first red flag. Second red flag, which was my fault, was when I told the person helping me that I was looking for something more casual as I'm already married and my husband and I are doing a lunch reception instead because covid cancelled our original plans. She immediately checked out mentally and offered little to no assistance after that; she pulled a couple dresses and helped me once while I was trying dresses, but was extremely attentive and helpful to the other customer. I understand they probably work on commission and the other bride was going for actual wedding dresses but this is by far the worst customer service I've ever had. Ladies, if you're looking for better service and more selection, go to a boutique store instead of a chain.

Our bridal assistant was Sierra and I had the best appointment I’ve ever had at this location!! My bridesmaids were getting sized for their dresses so there wasn’t too much that needed to be done but Sierra made the appointment so enjoyable! She is so personable professional and got everything done quickly and we had so much fun. I will definitely be asking for her to be our bridal assistant again next time we come in!!

I highly recommend David’s Bridal in Naperville, Illinois! Not only is it a beautiful store, but it’s employees are even more impressive. After calling to inquire about a specific dress, I scheduled a last minute appointment. This was the only store in the area that had the exact dress on hand. My consultant Sarah was nothing short of amazing! She made the experience painless and enjoyable! Her sweet demeanor even brought a tear to our eyes during the “ringing of the bell” ceremony. I can't express enough how amazing my experience was. If there is anyone to give credit for it all it would be Linda and Faith. I was super fortunate to have them helping me and making finding a dress the best experience possible. They made me and my guests feel very comfortable and they were both extremely kind. They offered water, helped tie my dresses, made great suggestions and gave incredible constructive criticism with each dress I tried on. It was such a fun experience and I highly recommend their service. I will definitely be returning to show them the day of pictures 💓
