    App accepts orders after 5 pm. However they are never open after 5. Never cancelled the orders either. So it creates inconvenience due to false info on the app. Employees are fantastic based on my past experiences. Mgmt: update your timings.

    Worst Dunkins location, actually all of the concord stores with the exception of Manchester st. needs to retrain their staff. Outside of concord we don’t have this problem and always get consistent service and coffee. Each and everytime the coffee here comes out tasting and looking different despite always ordering the same thing. 75% the coffee is not drinkable and we cannot continue to waste money. How is that you can make consistently good tasting coffee at home but the professionals here fail to do so repeatedly. Isn’t there a recipe for each beverage they can follow with the correct portions of each ingredients so they come out consistent each time. I understand they have had staffing issues and I am sympathetic to that but whether they have 1 or 8 people behind the counter they fail to make a basic good tasting coffee repeatedly. While other locations outside of concord can do so 100% of the time.

    Attempted to go through the drive through and the lady rudely asked for me to turn my truck off so I complied. I made my order and I could hear her swearing at me on the other end to her co workers. I then proceeded to give her her own medicine. Never have I ever dealt with something like this at a place of buisness. Do yourselves a favor and get rid of her and train your employees to have an ounce of respect.

    Ordered the chorizo wrap and was still frozen. Asked them to make a new 1. Employee proceeded to pull out the trash barrel to throw it away and then made me another using the same gloves. Pointed it it and asked for another. They got very rude. Made me a third 1 while literally swearing at me guess what was frozen again. Asked them again to make another. They threw me out and told me not to come back. Extremely rude unprofessional and more importantly unsanitary!!!!!

    Best drive-thru or any Dunkin' Donuts Experience that i've ever had. Our drive-thru cashier was super kind to me and my children. And really brightened my day when i've been very stressed. thank you so much.

    The person on duty, Felt the need to scratch his beard before he served me my dounut without safety gloves after his scratch Dunkin is moving closer every day to a class Action

    Zero Stars If possible. How does a coffee shop run out of a standard everyday product like whole milk!!! Ever hear of a grocery store people? There is ZERO excuse for not having milk. Whoever runs this place needs to get a clue order the right amount of product or maybe use some petty cash and run down the street to the grocery store instead of turning away customers.

    I had just previously left another Dunkin' donuts down the street who made the worst coffee I've ever ordered and when I asked for an additional pump of caramel because it wasn't sweet the employee gave me a dirty look and hurried me through. These people were amazing they corrected my coffee with a smile apologized for my bad experience and thanked me. You gotta love it, good service.

    AWFUL! Since the store management changed, this locations quality dropped off significantly. I have had items forgotten but today is the third strike for me. Sat in the drive through line for over 5 minutes listening to the woman on the mic take a personal call with her cell phone provider. Not once was I greeted or asked to wait for a min. I drove off without being able to order. Horrible service.

    Hostile and extremely rude employees. Insulting and swearing at customers. So bad that we called in complaint to Dunkin corporate phone number but they never followed up. Behavior of staff goes beyond just "unprofessional" to "threatening." Recommend go somewhere, anywhere, else for coffee or donuts.
