We stopped at this subway on our way home and got this. My spicy Italian barely had any meat on it even though we added extra pepperoni. My flat bread looks absolutely butchered, not sure who made it but it looked terrible, although my husband's flatbread looked just fine. We orderd a pepperoni fresh fit meal for my stepson but his sandwich was tiny. His cookie was bigger than his sandwich and crushed. There was one person in front that left before we finished ordering so we were the only ones in line. There were some people inside but definitely not busy looking. Honestly this is the worst subway I've ever gone to and I really don't want to ever go back.

The staff at this subway were super friendly and served us quickly. The subway was nice and modern and had plenty of places to sit. Would come back again!

They may make great sandwiches, but we’ll never know. Swung through the drive thru after a wedding, at about 10:45. Ordered and pulled up to the window to have the girl working tell us she “hasn’t had a customer since 8:00 and put everything away a half hour ago.” She reluctantly said she could make our order, but that it “would take a REALLY long time.” For one, two of us have worked for subway. We know how closing goes, and realistically, all she had to do was pull the rolling cart out of the cooler for a minute. Second, based off her attitude, we declined to have her make it. At this point, the attitude we got was not one we want the person preparing our food to have. Third, if you put everything away, why did you leave the “drive thru open” light on. Turn it off and clock out and go home. You’re just collecting a paycheck for laziness at this point. It’s peak cabin and wedding season, and we were excited to grab food for the hotel. Either you are, or you are not, open until 11. Don’t just sit and collect a paycheck while you turn away customers (with an attitude)

Customer service was great, friendly service with a smile. My firstsentence was how I rated them a year ago. Today their quality of food is disappointing. I ordered a spicy Italian with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Just look disappointing.

Horrible...So we ordered a footlong with double meat...they barely put any meat on there...then we ordered double chesse and they put 2 pieces of cheese per 6 inches...told them to put sauce on the side so they put it on the sub...then I ordered 12 cookies well they ran out of the 12 cookies box (which i understand that happens) so when my daughter when in to get the order (ordered it off the app) they looked lost and was like umm let me see if I can find your order. Well they found it and they told her they were out of the 12 box of cookies and asked her if we wanted any other cookies. So my daughter calls me and I said no thats fine we don't want any. So we get home and find all this out about the sub and find 3 cookies in the bag but here's the kicker they charged me for 12 cookies. What a expensive and miserable trip. It should be negative stars.

Floor is dirty, critters crawling on the floor Guy working acts like he needs to be in a rush, he needs to slow down when helping a customer. Rude And food was disgusting Never again will I pick this Subway overall disgusting place

Best Subway I've been to in a long time. Team was fast and on the ball. Sandwiches were exactly how you'd want them.

Food is good but not great! Service could use a lot more work along with the atmosphere. The service has gotten slower over the multiple times I’ve been there for sandwiches for me and my fiancé. I don’t appreciate the fact that Josh the Team Lead for that Subway is constantly downgrading us. We are just there to buy sandwiches and all he does is belittle us. Don’t know why they still have him on the team but it needs to change! The atmosphere has been disastrous for so long from working there to all the point where I had to forcibly quit along with 2 others is not okay. I do not believe that this subway would ever be competent enough to stay in competition of their fast food restaurants. In all sweet and simple this restaurant needs huge improvements or I will continue to report this company out for the clear OSHA Guidelines they violated. And it is a long list of OSHA Violations. P.S. Clean your bathrooms better!
