This
low-key
but
comfortable
eatery
knocked
our
socks
off
with
a
rainbow
of
flavors.
The
nondescript
entrance,
kind
of
like
entering
a
strip
mall
establishment,
leads
you
to
order
at
a
counter.
The
menu
is
simple,
divided
between
sandwiches,
wraps,
salads,
and
bowls.
Essentially,
you
pick
one
of
those
items
and
then
pick
your
favorite
protein
to
go
with
it.
(There
are
vegan
options
as
well.)
There
is
a
nice
selection
of
appetizers
and
sides
to
accompany
your
dinner.
The
dining
room
is
plain
but
comfortable.
We
chose
the
pork
and
beef
combo,
the
chicken,
and
ordered
pork
in
our
spring
rolls.
Service
is
friendly,
but
slow.
We
were
the
only
people
in
the
restaurant,
and
it
took
approximately
15
-
20
minutes
to
get
a
sandwich,
a
rice
bowl,
and
an
appetizer.
Oh
slow
service
notwithstanding,
the
portion
sizes
were
generous
and
the
flavors
were
robust.
Definitely
worth
the
wait.
I’ve
honestly
never
had
a
more
flavorful
spring
roll.
All
of
the
ingredients
were
exceptionally
fresh,
and
the
fried
pork
strips
inside
burst
with
flavor.
My
pork
and
beef
rice
bowl
was
essentially
a
mound
of
banh
mi
ingredients,
layered
over
rice.
Mouthwateringly
good.
The
pork
wrap
was
also
excellent.
(They
are
very
generous
with
the
cilantro,
so
if
you’re
not
a
fan,
make
sure
you
let
them
know
to
leave
it
out.)
The
pricing
is
also
very
reasonable.
Combine
the
great
value
with
great
food
and
friendly
service
and
you
have
a
five-star
establishment.
We
will
definitely
be
bringing
friends
and
family
back
here
for
more.
