I attended the Scott St Melton collection point? The blood taking nurse was so gentle i didnt even feel the needle go in and it was over before i even realised . Thank you nurse/phlebotomist you did great

Needles scare me but every time I’ve had a blood test at the Melton site, the collector has been experienced and the test has actually been painless.

Both my son and I had to get blood tests taken and we're scared of needles but the lovely staff made us both feel comfortable and we enjoy the experience..
