Customer service is extremely poor. Waited inside for 5-10 minutes for any staff member to come help as I was wanting measurements for a couch. Safe to say my $2,000 will be going elsewhere. Customer service is everything when dealing with $2,000+ items. These people don't deserve your sale.

Worst shop ever to deal with. They won't take back an office chair that I bought as a gift for a friend. He doesn't like it. It's too big for him and his office space. It's in perfect new condition. ( Mind you when I got it home I had to clean the metal legs as they were filthy and had marks and scratches on them. Chair seemed used. They have no refund return policy. None at all. I was told once you take an item or if the store that's it. So I'm stuck with an expensive $230.00 chair that I will have to try sell on eBay. I would be lucky if I can get $40 for it. To buy there was a BIG mistake. There's no refund, no return, no gift voucher to return and buy something else. Nothing. They don't care about customer service. I dont understand why they don't care about their customers. After all, not all purchases go right. I will NEVER, EVER shop there again. Also I had another issue with this ship 10 years ago. I bought a mattress which was as hard as concrete and they wouldn’t change it.

Came in to buy new bedroom suit. I was the only person in store, walked around for 10 minutes and the 2 gentleman working were too busy talking amongst themselves to come help. They saw me come in as they both looked up but not even a greeting. Didn't feel welcomed there.

Walked in on Saturday and got a genuine hello from "Adam". He had plenty of time for my wife and I. And knew his stuff. Very happy with our mattress. Keep up the good work

Service is great and the prices are better. A great laugh with the boss and saved major dollars on a superior product.

Bill was very obliging, asked us what we were after from cheapest to the more expensive. Gave us some options. Settled on a "SleepTech" Mattress and had it delivered within a 1/2 hour at a Total Cost that was $100 cheaper than what the local Salvo's offered on what was an inferior brand. BIG Thankyou. I can get some sleep again after a week on the couch!!!

Bought 2 sets of natural solid wood beds for $420 each and a $390 high double layer mattress. Couldn't be happier
