Yoga Sessions by Surbhi is one of the best experiences in Lost. She has classes in different categories of welness and healing. The yoga class seems like connecting back to the Roots. The harmonious feeling which you don't want to end. The view of the lost, practicing yoga while hearing the lilt of the sea waves, the coconut trees, it's a magical place to feel alive. I have not felt this aware of every part of my body in a really long time. Surbhi makes you feel your body as well as feelings. It is not just a physical but an emotional and spiritual experience. Everyone should try this. Much love ❤️

It was my first yoga class ever and it surpassed my expectations. Surbhi creates a very warm and friendly atmosphere. She is very patient and attentive which is really important for a beginner like me. The hostel itself is located right next to the beach so the soothing sound of the waves makes the experience even better. So the next time you are in Varkala, ensure that attending yoga with Surbhi is in your itinerary!

I didn't attend a yoga class for a long time because I always felt so much pressure and expectations. When Surbhi invited me to her yoga class with a big smile and her loving eyes I had to go. She is for me a very professional yoga instructor and a very kind person. She holds a sacred and safe space for everybody. Serene but misleading. I stayed at the lost hostel, Varkala for about two weeks and kind of made friends with Surbhi and she slowly and subtly started hinting us about how the yoga classes happened everyday at the hostel and not a single time she mentioned any price against it. She kinda portrayed it as a complimentary activity in the hostel. But once I had attended she slowly talking about how earlier they used to charge 300 but now since they have been charging 500 she had the same number of attendees. And finally asked me to pay, this was really weird. And I didn't like it at all. Now the Yoga. I have been curious about yoga from sometime now and have been doing a minimal of surya namaskar and quick reads about it here and there. There are regular sessions, once in morning and one in evening. You should be able to align in any one of these but make sure to confirm the prices before you enroll.
