Stayed for over a week. Everything was clean, worked and in good repair. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Good parking and location. Close to shopping, restaurants, parks trails. We really appreciated the breakfast options and selection! After staying at many other Super 8 and other similar hotels, this one in Fairfield is top notch in every category

We found this hotel well worth the money. It was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and the breakfast provided quite a few options.

My wife and I have stayed here two times in the last month. Both stays the room was clean. The heater/AC unit worked well. The shower was hot (note to readers: when I turned the shower on all the way to "hot" it was lukewarm. As I turned the shower water valve back just a little it heated up nicely). Breakfast was adequate with waffles, cereal, biscuits & gravy, bagels, yogurt, bananas, apples and orange juice. I would stay again without hesitation.

I stayed here for a short while. I was continually impressed by the staff all-around. Very courteous and friendly housekeeping. Jay was the absolute BEST when it came to customer service and I cannot emphasize this enough. All while struggling with his computer system, he put the time and effort in to figure out whatever it was thru his computer so that he could still give the rate he promised or whatever it happened to be. I had a guest literally make water shoot out the back of the toilet ....Jay was so chill! Quick and efficient but not rude or unpleasant about the incident. The compassion he showed is enough I can confidently encourage anyone to stay here 👍

I've been staying here for 20 years once a year. First time there was no hot water in the morning. I asked the man at the front desk what the deal was. His reply, the manager turned up the water heaters from 110 to 120. Big deal that doesn't make more hot water just 10 degrees warmer. If the tight wad would have turned on the other water heater the hotel wouldn't have run out. I've NEVER had a hotel run out of hot water. This was management trying to save a buck or two at the expense of the guests. I did get $20 deducted from my bill after I said something.

Excellent location two minutes from center park, very helpful and nice staff. Big TV, microwave and fridge. Super clean. Indoor pool. Parking. Washer and dryer. Next to a Walmart. Bill on the second floor is awesome.

Lady continuously put my ID and card up to her face & mouth, scratching/rubbing her nose, and acted offended when I asked her to stop. Obviously, the key to the room didn't work, so having to get a new one was met with snarkiness. Got a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Best part was the tea tree shampoo and conditioner that felt really nice 👌

I love Super 8, but they need faster and more reliable internet.
