This
is
really
a
horror
movie
story.
I
booked
the
hotel,
because
it
was
just
three
miles
from
the
Memphis
airport.
We
checked
in
with
my
14-year-old
son
on
July
3,
2016
at
2
PM.
I
noticed
that
there
was
one
set
of
towels
and
asked
the
front
desk
to
add
one
more.
We
returned
to
the
place
around
9
PM
to
find
that
the
A/C
window
unit
in
our
room
was
disassembled
(#116).
The
staff
told
me
that
"he
was
was
cleaning
the
unit,
and
it
would
be
ready
in
about
10
min".
Then
I
was
called
to
the
front
desk
to
talk
"about
our
reservation".
In
the
lobby
I
was
approached
by
the
guy
who
asked
for
money,
$40,
cash,
and
we
would
be
moved
to
another
room.
We
had
to
be
at
the
airport
very
early
in
the
morning.
I
gave
him
$30,
everything
what
I
had
in
my
wallet.
We
got
a
key
from
another
room
(#121)
just
to
find
out
that
there
were
no
towels,
the
shower
did
not
work,
three
out
of
four
electric
outlets
did
not
work
(and
the
fridge
was
not
working
either),
plus
roaches.
Few
minutes
later
I
was
called
again
to
the
front
desk,
again
"about
the
reservation".
To
make
sure
my
car
would
be
functional
tomorrow
morning
I
decided
to
stay
the
night
in
the
car,
notified
about
this
the
lady
at
the
front
desk,
and
asked
not
to
disturb
my
son
who
would
stay
in
the
room.
I
have
to
admit
that
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
was
generally
nice,
however,
she
was
obviously
unhappy
that
I
am
to
stay
in
the
car
and
said
that
the
"parking
security
would
not
allow
me
to
stay
there",
She
also
expressed
her
dissatisfaction
that
we
took
the
only
set
of
towels
from
the
room
#116
to
the
room
$121.
I
told
my
son
to
lock
the
door
and
to
give
me
a
call
if
somebody
would
disturb
him.
I
did
spend
the
night
in
the
car,
with
the
engine
on.
I
was
awakened
around
5
AM
by
the
drunk
gentleman
who
was
trying
to
flirt
with
some
lady.
There
were
no
parking
security
around.
Then,
the
same
guy
whom
I
gave
$30,
knocked
to
the
window
of
my
car
and
asked
me
if
there
it
was
my
son
sleeping
in
the
room.
As
my
son
told
me
later,
around
11
PM,
somebody
was
trying
to
open
the
door
in
the
room
where
he
was.
They
could
not
open
the
inside
lock
and
left
when
my
son
told
them
to
stop.
He
did
not
call
me,
because
he
decided
that
the
problem
could
be
over.
We
will
never
forget
this
"hotel"
experience.
