If you're looking for a place late and no one else has a room that's just got a bed and a shower this place works. But be aware that walking in at night will kind of feel like a horror movie. The place is kind of falling apart, and the elevators either don't work or they look like a deathtrap. Got woken up by Memphis code enforcement with cops looking to inspect the room, so that wasn't pleasant. Like I said, stay here as an absolute last resort. The only good thing is no bed bugs.

It's ran by some very angry Chinese people who are rude and short tempered and hard to understand, the toilets don't flush all the way down, the TV's only get 3 chanel's, the key card don't work half the time, when the key card don't work you have to go back to the front desk, most of the time there's no body there but the Chinese man fat cat, when you complain the old man gets very angry, my room had roaches and ants, for the price it's way way too much no room service at all, first floor is mostly family and kids running around all night long,. I give it a 3 on a scale of 1_10. I used to go there 30 or 40 years ago when it was the Ramada inn , and then the Holiday Inn,had a nice bar and Grill

I stay there and the hotel does not have heat or hot water. I asked the owner and he said "do you know how many rooms want heat. I can't please everyone". I was too outdone. You have to run the water for 45 minutes before it get warm, then an hour later it is hot.

Hotel is ok for someone who is homeless. The main issue is people that have pitbulls and don't have a leash on them. Dogs chase people and dog owner thinks it's hilarious. If my family members are bitten all will be sued. Nobody never answered front desk and rooms need to be cleaned stinks in there.

Worst hotel I've ever experienced in my life! And that is saying a lot I lived on the streets and everywhere else for a long time I'm really surprised this place is allowed to operate and be open. After you finish taking me into my fourth different room for various reasons ie... Someone was already already in the room, no running water, smoke detector going off, then I got checked in to take a shower to get out of the shower at after midnight to find out there doesn't work. I don't think there's a single room that's okay. There is no remote no lights in the bathroom no fan in the bathroom it was one of the worst parents ever. I wish there was a way to give it a negative Stars

The place was nasty and reeked of cigarettes. Trash was overflowing and the pictures on the website are a lie. Do NOT stay here we saw our and immediately booked somewhere else; didn’t even care that we wasted the money

The hallways are messy and the rooms have a good bit of damage, but I've stayed here several times now, and the front desk and maintenance staff have always been great.

I reserved two bed, but was given one. The was smelly and didn't feel sanitary. I was switched to a two bed room. I used my card at check in. There was a $20 difference in rooms, that I paid in cash. It had not been cleaned from the last occupants. I asked for refund but was told they give refund. My traveling companion convinced to give a refund. They supposing refunded the money to my card, but I was refused the cash refund because I didn't close the door.

They helped us when noone else would - we have our 2 Huskys and they had no problem allowing them - most are personable - good place if you find yourself homeless... Could use a break on the rent instead of daily after a certain amount should allow a price break since there are no services to speak of - seems to have a lot of family's and people trying to get back on their feet - I would stay again if I needed a place - could use some cleaning and repairs
