Usually I have a great experience here but tonight I felt like I was rushed in and out. I didn’t really think anything of it and I didn’t really see my eyebrows while she was doing it. But I got home and to my surprise my eyebrows were still a huge mess. I called and got the girl who helped me, Paige. She said she “did her best”, ma’am no you didn’t. She said I could come in Thursday and she would fix them um no way are you ever touching my eyebrows again. I asked about a refund and she said to call back tomorrow. I think I will just stick to doing my own eyebrows from now on.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Perhaps if you need a simple buzz cut. During the ten hours that I spent there over two days two other people came in requesting their money back for their haircuts. I went in asking to go from brown to dirty blonde. I showed both stylist photos and discussed my concerns. They told me they were confident they could do it. Wasn't even close. The manager couldn't correct it. So I went in as a natural brunette and came out with blackhair because they couldn't even cover it up right. They gave me my money back after I requested it, however couldn't give me a deep conditioner to help repair the damage my hair underwent because they could not get it right the first, second or third time. Do not go here if your looking for an enjoyable experience.

It seems that the employee felt like I was interrupting her rest. It was the fastest haircut outside the military I have ever gotten. There was no communication or small talk or any kind of customer service. Rushed in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Went in to get my hair trimmed got there nicely and girl let me know itd be a 30 min wait and i didnt mind i was real nice about it. Left to shop then came back 10 mins before apt to wait then all i got was the older lady glaring at me about every 2 mins. No one said hello or how long itd be to wait . Sat there then when the younger girl got done she stared at me and went about her buisness and no one even acknowledged i was there and still didnt even say hello. So i left. Im big on the atmosphere where i go . And this place was less than satisfying .... would rate it 0 stars if i could

Bethany is a doll and she cuts & styles my hair exactly like I asked her to. I have also asked her to color it for me in 6 weeks.

I have very long hair. I went in for a trim and a few light layers. The woman began to cut my hair, and in the midst says to me " I'm not really sure how to do layers but we will give it a try" Seriously Lady?? The cut was half done .. and now you say that. You were correct. You sure did not know what you were doing. Never ever again.

My boyfriend went in today to get his dread’s dyed silver just for them to be a dark grey and barley show up in his hair. He sat there for 3+ hours and was unsatisfied but didn’t want to say anything when they were finished just to sit for another 3 hour’s because they can’t do what he had asked the first time…

The ladies are nice but, I think they lack experience. I went to them today, and the hair dresser was more worried about talking to her company then doing the job. I had to go to Great Clips to have my hair fixed. I absolutely loved the smart style hair dresser in Greenfield Indiana. She knew her stuff. It just goes to show it's not about the place you go, but the person doing the job.
