One of the best, cleanest, brightest, most updated, pleasant feeling airports I have been to in a while. I felt like I was arriving in a minute Detroit at first. Way better feeling though. Restrooms everywhere. They were all clean as well. Great in and out experience here. Keep up the good work.

What used to be old, stained, smelly and dingy.... is now AMAZING! It has been remodeled and they have done a fabulous job! It has high ceilings with beautiful lighting now! The seating in the gate areas have wireless phone chargers built into them! They have art by local artists throught the terminal as well... Some of the best airport restaurants are in Memphis! They have great shopping too! They kept the stately front ticketing area, and re-built the gate areas. Memphis has out-done itself with this re-fresh!

Super impressed with the new B concourse....long overdue. Well done! Parking here is a breeze and very reasonable if you park in the newer Economy garage. Security is always fast with short lines.

Dang, Memphis airport has STEPPED UP THEIR GAME!! Props to the B terminal remodel!!! I’m highly impressed w the new bathrooms too! And the service today was amazing times better than a couple months ago. I still will never fly United again. :/ delta for the win.

A nightmare for elderly or disabled travelers. Rental car pickup is impossibly far walk from terminal when moving sidewalks, elevators, and escalators are simultaneously out of service in 100 degree weather. Two stars for fans and shade over the non-moving sidewalks. Curbside check-in and baggage handling service is the best $3 we ever spent and the attendant gave 110%. Restrooms are very nice.

As a business traveler, I've seen my share of airports. Memphis was a first, and I must say it was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. The restroom floors were like glass from the sparkle. The sinks were of a genius design and one I've never seen before. The soap, water, and air for drying were designed so that all 3 were accessible from what we would normally call a faucet. I didn't take a photo as there was someone waiting in line, but I do wish I had waited. Update: I got a picture when I returned for departure.

I've been to this airport multiple times and it's ok. It isn't as big and fancy as some of your other international airports but it gets the job done. I think it is more catered toward FedEx and it's hub than actual passenger transportation. They are serviced by several major airlines and it is usually not too busy although during my visit this morning it was extremely crowded and the lines were extremely long. There's plenty of different types of parking from short-term that is free for the first 30 minutes to long-term for people that will be gone on extended stays elsewhere. There are a few restaurants in the lobby before security checks and where the check-in stations are for the airlines and there are a few other ones past security as well. They got rid of the Starbucks that's in the presecurity area so I'm not sure if there is one after security. Recently completed a remodel but I'm not sure how it looks on the post security side. Overall not a bad airport and it will get you where you need to go.

A very clean and modern airport. Baggage claim is quick and easy, and signage is clear. The washrooms were clean, well designed, and private. Overall, a very nice facility to fly in or out of!

I’m so proud of Memphis. Especially the new airport. Clean up to date bathrooms and easy security and gate access. One of the better airports in this country. Keep it up M town!

I was pleasantly surprised upon my late night arrival to the Memphis International Airport by the interior design, airiness, brightness, and artwork displayed throughout. I felt by the artwork displayed I was in for a treat during my short visit for what is to come. The airport was easy to maneuver through and it hosted several features of enhanced design I appreciated, like arm rests with charging integrated. Thank you for making my travels better MEM.

Planes take off from here and land here. I've never been on one that didn't take off or land with all passengers accounted for (I'm still alive as are those who flew with me). So... I guess what I'm saying is, if you want to piggyback off a 100% success rate, consider flying out of Memphis and hop on my flight. You may also want to coordinate with me on the return flight Oh, and the artwork is nice and the terminal food, while pricey, is worthy of the Memphis label. And a pro tip: park in economy parking (cheaper); it's not that much further, has more open spaces, you get the attached photo op, and you need the exercise.

If you wanna go for a flight, why not. The inside has been remodeled, so you'll think you're in the mall. There are so many different cultures all in one spot, not to mention they are currently building a hotel inside as well, so the benefits are endless. Imagine waking up in the morning with room service and walking next door to your next flight. That's the ultimate service.

We like traveling through the Memphis Airport! The self park is really accessible to all the ticketing and security, a daily rate for parking is more affordable than a Nashville airport, and I just have to say they have the cleanest restrooms of any airport I’ve ever been in Lol

The new concourse is really nice but the security area is laid out poorly. Took off a star for that.

The airport has recently added a new wing with renovations that make the airport feel so modern. Comfortable seating and plenty of charging ports make your wait more comfortable. There are a few eating options and if you forget small items you could purchase in one of the small shops. Parking short term is pretty affordable and there is a cell phone lot for drivers waiting on their guests to arrive. I have had pleasant experiences with all airport staff and the space itself is so clean.

It was clean and bright. It is a medium sized airport and there was one excellent improvement. It has people walking floor escalators that make a long escort short. There is a small History museum in a corner of the ticketing concourse and among the airport highlights were several plaques and pictures regarding Martin Luthor King's funeral flight. Very interesting and very grahic. It should be in a more prominent place, it was interesting.

I've been using this airport for 30 years and it is SO much better now! I love the open feel and all the creative art and color. The red and green lights outside are a perfect holiday touch. Would love a few more local restaurants to choose from inside -Memphis has good food and everyone should get to experience that! I'm docking 1 star because even with the updates, picking up luggage at the baggage claim is still the slowest I've experienced at any airport anywhere!!

First time here and the new terminal is beautiful. It’s an airport. Get there early. Place was clean and staff was friendly.

Let's talk about the Memphis airport. It does what it needs you to do and that's fly in and fly out. Now it's small and gets you in and out quickly. Or to the best of its ability. But don't mistake it's size. It pumps people in and out. It's a hub for this part of TN. I love the art on the outside where you pick up the baggage. Also it's clean, always someone cleaning the bathrooms. I will say this airport does not have a USO. They have a military lounge. Which consists only of a few lounger chairs about 3. Then a huge conference table with chairs around it. So if your military and traveling don't expect much. The lounge is there in the middle of the terminal so are able to reach your gate easily no matter which side it's on. If you get stuck overnight go in and try and sleep the next you can.

I think this is a great airport. Small. Clean. Plenty of restaurants. Friendly TSA employees. Easy in and out.

Very clean and modern airport, the bathrooms are very clean and modern too! Really cool sinks! TSA lines were short and we made it in quickly. Stop and get your coffee for your early morning flights at the Ramblin Joes right after TSA because the Starbucks line is longer than TSA!

I have travel here lots of times and in the past it didn't look too good but right now, this airport has been excellent. Very impressed with all the remodeling.
