Customer Service experience was so so. The cashier is so rude, I don't know if it's the timing I went to their store but come on it is morning that time. They should have lots of enthusiasm. I always held datablitz on high regard. Would probably switch to other game stores.

They are one of my favorite stores to buy my games. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The store has almost all the game titles you can think of and if they do not have it, you can have it specially ordered for you. I don't think I've ever bought a game from any other store. That's how happy I am with their service.

Great place to buy the Nintendo Switch Games and also Pokémon cards. They have a variety of Nintendo Switch Consoles as well! The staff is nice, and they will help you with your requests!

Quite well visited shop, best time to go is probably early morning. Because of there is a buyer before you or a few you'll wait forever - especially if they buy a console because of the testing. Can't understand it, a shop like this has to write everything done by had, not able to print the bill directly from the counter system. As well, many games are not displayed, I know, the space is limited, however if you look for a title, the best is to ask the staff.

So line is long and I had to wait then one of the staff member asked me of what will I purchase. So I told her, I will be purchasing this particular game. I waited for 30+ minutes and when I'm near the cashier, that staff earlier told me that the game was out of stock. So why did she not told me earlier? She was just standing around doing nothing the whole time. I could have save a lot of time instead of waiting for 30 minutes for a game that was out of stock. Awful service.

This branch sells mostly gaming accessories. It lacks popular Nintendo Switch games.🙄

Great electronic game store. Datablitz sells game consoles, their respective games, and some third-party equipments for these consoles (e.g. PS4, PS3, PS2, X-Box, Wii, PS Vita, PSP, Switch, DS, etc.) . They also sell personal computer hardwares (e.g. mouse, keyboard, etc.) But don't sell any actual laptop or PC (i-Tech does that though). Datablitz also sells action figures (Play Arts Kai) and trading card games (Pokemon and Dragon Ball Z).

It's a GREAT gaming store, BUT you need an adult to buy, but in UPTC you don't need an adult to buy.
