Serene, modern and luxurious. There is an indoor swimming pool. It has different amenities. The rooms are spacious and kid friendly, The rooms has big televisions and room fridges. Hot and cold showers are available. The hotel also send guests to the terminal making it more safe. They have a rooftop with a barbecue grill for a more fun experience.

we overnight stayed here during our SARS MC Mindoro Loop last Feb 9&10 2023 (late review 😊😊😊) but what i can say, best place to stay if you are in San Jose, only a bit tricky to locate the place. Staff are very friendly and accomodating and even cooked our dinner when we requested them. The Rooftop is a nice place to stay for eating and drinking esp the spiral stairs 😊😊😊 The place/rooms are also clean and cozy... Love to stay back here if planning for another Mindoro Loop ❤️❤️❤️🤗🤗🤗🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Stay here, you won't be disappointed! We booked this place just as an overnight stay before our ferry and it totally exceeded any expectations. The rooms were so nice we said we would extend our stay just for the hotel! The beds were super comfy, nice bathrooms, view of the ocean/beach right from our room, rooftop sitting area for sunset. The hostesses were so kind and helpful and made sure every need was met. They cooked us dinner when we were to tired to leave, and breakfast was included, and it was all really nice. They arranged a tuktuk for us in the morning to get to the ferry port. The best part? A super cute and friendly guard dog.

Nice place with fantastic staff. The rooms and cr are clean and absolutely worth the price. The breakfast is good and the menu for dinner is now lager and most of it was really good. If You want something else eating is no problem as it is close to town center with a lot of restaurants and You can order delivery. If going back to Mindoro it's absolutely a place I will go to again. I'm now here for the second time.

Cozy and relaxing stay was superb. Location is not to far in the center of the town. The only thing i marked 4 stars for the service are the following: 1. Showers and water utilities in the bathroom were not working properly. 2. The water coming out from the shower was filled with algae. 3. There are plenty of mosquitoes coming from the vent of the comfort room. 4. The pool was not functional. They informed us about the pool when we already arrived. All in all, the stay was very accommodating. The breakfast was tasty. The shore is very accessible. Thumbs up for the crew.

It could have been a 5 star rating, but the room is not thoroughly cleaned especially we have a toddler who likes to crawl and touch things inside the room. Room service is not always available but overall they are very accommodating and nice. The place has great food as well! Thank you.

Beachfront is the best hotel in San Jose. The rooms and bathrooms are new and furnished very nicely. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant because of the friendly staff and hands on owners. The location is near enough to be close to the city center but far enough to enjoy the sound of the waves from your room. Electricity is not a problem as the hotel has a generator. The breakfast is also very good! Nothing negative to say about this hotel. We loved staying here and will definitely be back.

Staying here calmed my soul. I really love the rooms and the view. The BnB is quite difficult to locate (super private) and hard to park your cars due to limited slots and narrow streets. Before going here, buy your snacks/food in the town as there are no stores nearby esp. during the night. If you dont have your own private cars, expect difficulty in transportation. Overall, I love everything in this BnB except the location.

Great place near the port with good rooms. Fully corresponds to the name - you can sleep well and have breakfast :)

What a fantastic little Hotel. All the staff are super happy. Make your fresh breakfast at your request Any time you wake up very tasty, food, clean rooms nice bathroom very cheap Shame the pool was out of order, but the service and waking up to the ocean made up for it perfect family, friendly and you can rent a motorbike plenty of parking within the lock up yard if you have a car

Didn't visit the place cause their phone number posted on their website is out of reach (missed several of my calls) and they're still open and accepting reservations on their website... Kept on ringing their doorbell but no one's answering.

We came here during a typhoon, so some faults where made more obvious. For example, the indoor pool was sadly not available, and our room had minor leaks. Also the door was a bit difficult to close and left a slight gap. HOWEVER, the hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming. The entire place had such a great atmosphere of serenity and peace. The terrace overlooked the ocean and was a great place to relax on the seats. The bed was super comfy and everything was very clean. The hostess brought us water whenever we needed it and overall made sure where we well taken care of. They also help you get to your next destination. They also had an stellar outdoor shower that seemed straight out of a movie. The breakfast was ok, not amazing but not bad.
