first time to experience a luxury facial from this establishment but I came out feeling a bit disappointed. making an appointment was easy via their IG page. I arrived on time for my appointment and I was asked to fill up a form and was assisted quickly to my room. the place was messy, everywhere I go there was clutter, which wasn't a welcoming sight. I wasn't given a towel, bathrobe or anything at all to change to or cover myself up in case the room gets cold. facial was ok, they used a different machine compared to other clinics that have the usual steam, etc. I had to tell my technician where to extract because she failed to see the blackheads. extraction wasn't as thorough and a bit hurried I believe. somehow I left the place not feeling luxurious and paying 2500 for the experience didn't seem worth it. I had better experiences in other clinics with cheaper rate. sadly will not be back.

This is my 2nd visit to Luminisce. My first is for facial warts removal. Since I'm satisfied with their service, I've decided to try their Luxury Facial. They're responsive on messenger and accommodating with all my queries. Upon arrival, they will fill up a form for you while they ask questions. I'm alright with that since no other customer is around, but I think saying your address, birthday, number, and procedure would not be preferred by everyone. Better to have this answered by customers via google form a day before, or if you're not comfortable, maybe try asking if you can fill up the form instead. After the form, you will be directed to the doctor office for a consultation so you can ask any concerns about your procedure, and they can also suggest a treatment plan. After the discussion, a quotation will be shared with you, but it's up to you if you will avail all those procedures. I stick to my target procedure, which is their Luxury Facial. Just take note of this when planning your visit since I failed to consider the time for the doctor consultation l, so I really can not add any procedure that day. I found videos about their Luxury Facial so I know what to expect. The room is private but not soundproof since I can hear workers renovating other facilities beside the clinic. The 5 sets of treatment are relaxing, and no pain felt on those devices. I was just overwhelmed with the Oxygenation since it's like water being sprayed to my face, so I felt like drowning when sprayed near my nose. This is my first ever facial, so I'm really expecting that blackheads and whiteheads removal will take time. It was painful for me since I'm used to those blackhead removal patches lng. I wasn't expecting that my face would still look good after. I thought my face would have some bruises.. haha.. My face feels so smooth and nourished after the session. I believe the price is reasonable with the service you'll experience.

Super love the ambiance and customer service! ❤️ I was well accommodated when I had my first Pico laser. I felt at ease and assured especially when all of my questions were answered prior to my treatment. Even after, the staff were checking in on me and on the condition of my face.

I had the absolute best time and experience at Luminisce when I had my laser treatment in Alabang. The doctors and all the staff were so friendly and most notably the results of the treatment were just AMAZING! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!

It's my first time to try the Luxury FacialAt Luminisce BGC and I must say that they're trustworthy. They kindly guide me to the process, assess and making sure that those are healthy and good for my skin. Additionally, their clinic is aestethically pleasing and making it more comfortable for the costumers.

I really liked the treatments that I did here in Luminisce. The ambiance is so relaxing and the staff is so friendly. Next time I will bring my mother with me.
